Recap:Helena held Lucky in her thrall by dangling the Ice Princess before his eyes. Lucky told her of his plans to marry Liz and leave Port Charles. Recap:Helena held Lucky in her thrall by dangling the Ice Princess before his eyes. Lucky told her of his plans to marry Liz and leave Port Charles. Helena gifted him with a special ring -- the same ring that Laura reacted badly to earlier -- and told Lucky to give it to Liz. She promised that every time he looked at the ring, his mission and his future would become clear. Lucky slipped the ring in his pocket and Helena woke him from the trance. An unaware Lucky blasted Helena for interfering in his family and told her to stay away from them all. When he left, Helena laughed triumphantly. Nikolas and Gia returned to the cottage after futilely searching for Lucky. When Liz showed up, Nikolas took the opportunity to tell her that he thought something was wrong with Lucky. He alluded to the programming without openly saying it since Gia didn't know about it. Gia fumed against their secrecy, but decided to respect their silence. Liz didn't believe that Lucky was being programmed again. She suddenly thought of a place where Lucky could be and she and Nikolas raced to the boxcar. Lucky wasn't there, but they did find a photographic shrine to Liz that freaked them both out. After Skye alerted them to someone being in Emily's room, the Quartermaines raced upstairs to find Zander and Emily kissing on the bed. Zander apologized for disrespecting them, but he maintained that he and Emily were in love and they wouldn't be torn apart again no matter what. Alan told Zander that he didn't approve of him and was still concerned about Emily's safety, but he was willing to allow Zander and Emily to date. The conditions were that Emily could only see Zander with their approval and Emily had to move back home. She agreed to everything. Ned and A.J. threatened to destroy Skye if she ever hurt Emily again. They warned her that she could do what she liked to the rest of them, but Emily was off limits. Having received a similar lecture from Rae, Skye told them that she didn't take to threats very well. She suggested that they call people in Llanview and Pine Valley to find out the level of damage she could do. Having received a missive from Carly saying that things went bad with Sonny, Roy rushed to the Penthouse to confront Sonny. He asked where Carly was and was stunned when Sonny said that Carly didn't exist to him anymore. Sonny accused Roy of playing on Carly's fears and using her just to get to him. Roy countered that he helped Carly because her husband refused to. He tried to get Sonny to see that everything Carly did was right because she was trying to protect her family. Sonny felt that Carly had betrayed him and betrayal was unforgivable. Roy prepared to leave, but he first told Sonny that he hoped he would be happy alone with his gun since that was all he had left. Roy later asked Mac for help in finding Carly. Alone in the Penthouse, Sonny took out his gun. He paced back and forth restlessly and looked up when he heard Carly's voice. Carly told him that she knew he loved her and that as much as he wanted to hate her, he couldn't. She reminded him of the promises they had made before God and she promised to never leave him. She asked him to put down the gun and be with her. Sonny raised the gun and shot at the mirror, realizing that he had just had a vision of Carly. She really wasn't there at all.
