Recap: Gia and Liz crept around Wyndemere searching for some sign of Lucky. They panicked when they heard a noise and accidentally knocked over the fireplace andirons. In trying to find a place to hide, Gia tripped a wire in the bookcase and got trapped in a strange room. OnPreview: Luke and Laura celebrate breaking through the disks.
Recap: Gia and Liz crept around Wyndemere searching for some sign of Lucky. They panicked when they heard a noise and accidentally knocked over the fireplace andirons. In trying to find a place to hide, Gia tripped a wire in the bookcase and got trapped in a strange room. On the other side, Liz was caught by Stefan who wanted to know why she was in his home. Gia tried to find a way out when someone came out of the shadows. She was relieved to see Nikolas who got them back into the office. Stefan pretended to be amused by their escapade and told Nikolas the only way he would help find Lucky was if Nikolas returned to the fold. Nikolas refused again and told the girls they were leaving. Before they could go, Gia stopped and told Stefan that he was a pathetic and evil man. As Luke and Laura spoke about Lucky, Roy came in and told Luke how Stefan had tried to steal the disks. Roy gave them back to Luke and reminded him to watch his back. Luke and Laura attempted to break through more levels of the disks. They celebrated their success when Laura managed to get them to another level. When Laura started to worry that they would never find Lucky, Luke held her and promised her that nothing would happen to their son. Melissa's car broke down at Jake's and one of the men inside volunteered to help her get it fixed. As she waited, she had several drinks and made friends with some of the guys there. Roy came in and found her playing a drunken game of darts. She reminded him of all the good times they used to have together and wondered if they could ever have them again. Roy decided it was time for her to go home, but Melissa couldn't remember her address. Having no other option, Roy prepared to take her to his place. Carly pleaded with Sonny to take her upstairs and make love to her. It appeared that Sonny was going to give in, but he ended up pushing her away. Carly offered him an angel that she bought for him in Martinique, but Sonny refused to take it. He gave Carly a set of the new keys to the Penthouse and then prepared to walk out. He told her she could stay, but he wasn't going to stay with her. Dissolving into tears, Carly screamed for him not to leave her. Sonny went to Lily's grave and asked for her help in learning how to forgive. He told her that he wanted to forgive Carly the way Lily managed to forgive his betrayal. He reached in his pocket and pulled out the angel that Carly had slipped in. As he fingered it, Sorel snuck up behind him and wished him a happy belated birthday before stabbing him in the back. Sonny collapsed in the cemetery.
