    Bethesda has finally landed another hit. Starfield is the space RPG epic we’ve been wanting for so long. It has the incredible expansiveness and variance in design of No Man’s Sky mixed with the dialogue depth and creative quests of Fallout or even Mass Effect. The only thing that might bother some people is the heavy reliance on fast travel and that many planets only make sense when you build bases and production facilities there...Bethesda took its time, and rightly so: Starfield is currently the hottest Game of the Year candidate in 2023.

    Starfield is a new beginning. Not only for Bethesda but for Xbox as a whole. With excellent writing, stunning graphics, and thrilling gameplay it makes the galaxy yours to explore, shape, and live in. It is a wondrous tapestry to experience your story in a way that only the best have done before.

    This game became my Skyrim. Even though I've finished the game and seen a lot of things, there are still a lot of quests I want to do, a lot of planets I want to explore, a lot of people I want to meet. If you like science fiction, I'm almost sure you'll agree with me.

    Offering a vast universe filled with well-written and diverse stories Starfield is certainly a highly enjoyable game. Be that as it may, it comes along with certain shortcomings which more than anything stress out the need of Bethesda to (finally) invest in a new game engine.

    After nearly two weeks with Starfield, the feeling is that there is still plenty to see and do. An epic space adventure in every way that will suck you into a black hole of entertainment. The game has its problems – especially in the weak main campaign – but you'll definitely have other things to do.

    In a year dominated by sequels to franchise favorites, there was a hope that Starfield would carve its own path to success. While the team at Bethesda should be commended for taking such a big swing, there’s no denying that the game doesn’t feel like a cohesive work. Maybe continued support and future sequels will make something more meaningful out of a work that is clearly deeply enamored with both science fiction and space exploration. Unforunately, this first launch has had far more mixed results than desired.

    Truly one of the best RPGs out there.
    I know they're gonna fix the optimization, but the game is working fine on my 3070Ti.

    From the Start You're A Nobody Kinda? And then you can create a character and that's    Starfield......

    And then you can create a character and that's where it's like okay this game has potential.
    And then there are backgrounds, and it's just great that you can make the character you want, and you can do what you want
    then I start doing some quests and exploring then I'm like ohh I want to make a ship then I explore in my new ship then a space battle happens and the space battles are fun when you get the hang of it then you start building an outpost looking what materials I need and how to link them together, so it's all automated and trying to make it look good and next thing I know I'm 70+ hours in. I can tell you that this game if you give it time and do side quests and explore and go in with an open mind you will have the time of your life
    but of course it's not perfect and yes it does seem a bit short plus (but that could also just be because I had such a good time that it seemed short) there are a few bugs I've encountered and yes they can be annoying but once you get past it its fine again, and I have crashed 2 times but other than that I've had an amazing time and I have like 8GB graphics card and 32GB ram and an i7, so I don't have like an extremely expensive pc, and I'm happy with the game and there just so much to do also I've never hit a planet boundary I know that most content creators and other people are complaining about the loading screens and planet boundaries, but I explored a planet for a good 1 to 2 hours and never hit it but of course I didn't go in a straight line, but personally I don't think it's an issue most people are not going to encounter the boundaries unless they are trying to.
    And the loading screen aren't a problem most games have some sort of loading screen in them even most games today and this game is like 100x bigger than most games, so it's kinda expected yk.
    I would recommend this game to anyone who wants to have fun and yes it's my new fave game and I didn't sleep for 2 days because I was playing this game.    … Expand

At first 5 hours i was like: "What is this? Starfield is trash" and then i realized... I had too many expectations, If you lower them, you will realize that you can have fun in this game. Ofc optimalization is very very poor, around 40 fps at medium settings WQHD with fsr at 67% (RTX 3080 Ti and i5-12400f). To sum up- OK game, not amazing but just OK (the price is not ok).… Expand

    It's similar to fallout 4 but with no open world. The worst Bethesda game I ever seen.
