Summary: Preview:Jax comes back to town.

Recap:Liz's world crumbled when Lucky declared that they shouldn't get married. She didn't understand his irrational behavior and begged him to go away with her so that they could straighten everything out. Recap:Liz's world crumbled when Lucky declared that they shouldn't get married. She didn't understand his irrational behavior and begged him to go away with her so that they could straighten everything out. Lucky claimed that he couldn't protect Liz and that she was better off without him. When she continued to question him, he yelled at her to leave him alone. Liz tearfully left and sought out Sonny at the hospital. She asked for his help in breaking through to Lucky because she didn't know where Luke was and had nowhere else to turn. While Sonny was sympathetic, he wouldn't get involved because of the lingering animosity between him and Luke. Sonny and Angel pretended to be strangers for Carly's benefit, but Sonny later chastised Angel for lying to Carly. He accused her of intentionally trying to cause trouble and she reminded him that she had been nothing but honest from the start. Sonny apologized for jumping to the wrong conclusion. Angel later visited Sorel and was stunned when he wrote that she was a traitor on a piece of paper. Carly took a blood test and pelvic exam and was devastated to learn that she wasn't pregnant. Frantic, she told the doctor that she had to be expecting because it would hurt her husband too much if she wasn't. Carly ran out and spied Sonny watching babies in the hospital nursery. She didn't tell him the results of her tests. Felicia tried to call an ambulance for Luke, but he woke up and demanded that she let him take care of himself. Felicia expressed her concern for him and Luke pushed her away. He told her that she was nothing more than a sex plaything to him and he didn't want her involved in his life. When Mac happened by and heard Luke yelling at Felicia, he went to hit Luke, but Felicia declared that she would fight her own battles. She knocked Luke into a garbage pile and left. As all of this went on, the "inner Luke" was begging the "outer Luke" to tell Felicia about Helena forcing Lucky to poison him. He also wanted her to know that Stavros was alive. Unfortunately, the poison in his system was stronger than his subconscious. Luke stumbled back to his apartment and came face to face with Lucky. Alexis stormed into the auction house flanked by Taggert and Stefan and presented Helena with a court order to hand over her mother?s necklace. Helena had no intention of doing so, even when Nikolas suggested that it was the only way to get Alexis to leave. However, when Taggert forced Helena to comply, they discovered that the necklace had been stolen. The cat burglar had broken into the room using cutting edge technology and lifted the necklace out of its case. As he fingered the necklace, he lifted off the mask that covered his face. The cat burglar was Jax Jacks!
