Recap: Sonny demanded that Jax tell him what he had found out about Brenda. Jax was reluctant to say anything until Sonny reminded him that he had helped Jax's brother leave the country, and he was calling in his owed favor. Recap: Sonny demanded that Jax tell him what he had found out about Brenda. Jax was reluctant to say anything until Sonny reminded him that he had helped Jax's brother leave the country, and he was calling in his owed favor. Jax finally admitted that the woman he'd thought was Brenda turned out to be a look-alike. He told Sonny that everyone who loved Brenda simply had to accept that she was gone for good. Ned showed up and wanted the real story once Sonny left. Sonny listened outside of the door as Jax reiterated to Ned that Brenda was gone. Jax and Ned discussed Alexis, and Jax was surprised to learn that his friends had uncoupled. Ned believed the breakup had more to do with the Cassadines than it did with him. Angel went to Sonny to tell him about Sorel's death, and Sonny comforted her when she started to cry. She also wanted to warn him that Carly knew that she was Sorel's daughter, but didn't know about their time together at the lake house. Sonny promised her that he would take care of everything and told her to contact him if she needed anything. Carly accused Angel of working undercover for Sorel once she found out that Angel was his daughter. Roy and Melissa attempted to make her understand that Angel's intentions weren't bad, but Carly believed that Angel was capable of killing Sonny. She rushed to warn him and was surprised when he assured her that he knew Angel would never hurt him. Alone, he toasted Sorel's demise with a dram of brandy and wished his enemy a long life in hell with the devil. Angel packed up memorabilia from her childhood and cried over the loss of her father. A knock at the door revealed a smiling Jax. Angel rushed into his arms with a cry of joy. In the chapel, Melissa prayed for peace and forgiveness. Roy reminded her that he was there for her if she needed him. She took out the photos that Sorel's man had given her and was horrified to realize that Michael's picture was missing. Taggert admitted to Tony that he was surprised by Angel's seemingly cool reaction to her father's murder. Tony told him that Angel was probably in shock, but Taggert was clearly suspicious. One of his officers found a photo of Michael, and Taggert planned to run it through forensics for fingerprints. Elizabeth and Nikolas searched the Cassadine yacht for the key to Lucky's brainwashing. When Nikolas heard Helena arrive, he pulled Liz into a kiss. Flustered, Liz quickly left, but Helena expressed her surprise that Nikolas and Liz had grown so close. Nikolas told her that Liz was still resistant because of her love for Lucky. He wanted Helena to give him the means to program Liz to love him. Helena didn't trust his reason for wanting the information, and Nikolas angrily said that he would prove to her once and for all that he had returned to the family. Liz arrived at the safe house just as Lucky was ready to break something in frustration at being locked up. He had been hearing Helena's voice in his head and felt that if he didn't get out of there, he was going to go crazy. Liz urged him to remain calm because the house was the only place that he was safe, and she didn't want him to leave. Lucky told her that he believed Nikolas was the mystery person who was helping them. While Liz didn't deny it, she told Lucky to focus on the fact that she had kidnapped him. She worried that he would accidentally tell Helena about Nikolas and put them all in danger. They heard voices outside, and Liz hid in the closet just as Helena and Nikolas came in. Helena asked Lucky if Nikolas had been the one to kidnap him as he had claimed.
