Recap:Bobbie asked Tony to come to the cabin with the antidote to Helena's poison. Though Tony brought it, he wasn't certain that it would work without running blood tests on Luke. Bobbie begged Tony to administer the drug anyway, but Luke refused to let a "stranger" touch him. Tony left the drug with Bobbie, and she gave it to Luke. Unfortunately, it seemed to have little effect, as Luke was still lost in the past. Bobbie cried and cradled her sick brother as she hoped for a cure. Sonny went to Carly's cottage, after Carly called him to tell him that Michael had suffered a bad nightmare. Sonny comforted Michael and assured the boy that he would always be there for him. Michael expressed his love for Sonny and happily went back upstairs with Letitia. Sonny confirmed to Carly that he would always love Michael, but that didn't change the fact that their marriage was over. Carly maintained that Sonny still loved her and had never been able to say that he didn't. He said that he never told her that because he knew it wouldn't change her actions. Carly sidled closer to him and said that she knew he didn't really want to leave her. She kissed him, and he responded for a minute before pulling away. Though he left the cottage, he was clearly torn. Skye managed to subdue Edward by revealing that she had seen him in Atlantic City on the night that Sorel was murdered. She threatened to tell the family all the details of his wild night unless he backed off of her and A.J. Alan came in, and Skye kept quiet when Edward said a pleasant good night to her. Skye told Alan that she was having a hard time dealing with A.J. falling off the wagon. She knew how important it was for him to get Michael back, and she couldn't believe that he would jeopardize his chances. Alan said that he, too, sympathized with A.J.'s situation because it reminded him of all the years he had lost with Skye. The two shared a warm moment, and both pledged to do the best they could for A.J. when he returned. Meanwhile, Zander visited A.J. in the meat locker to try and convince him to sign the custody papers. A.J. was dismayed that Zander wasn't there to help him escape, and warned him that it would be a mistake to go against him. Zander maintained that his loyalty was to Sonny, and the only way he could help A.J. was by seeing that he signed the papers. When A.J. refused, Zander left and Sonny's men came in. They gave A.J. another false newspaper with headlines of A.J.'s death, and they left him bottles of vodka with Sonny's compliments. In the hallway, Sonny thanked Zander for trying and told him that violence was not an everyday part of his business. He said that his main priority was keeping Michael away from a father who could potentially hurt him. Zander understood those motives, as that was the very reason he had left his own home. Gia's shock over Elizabeth's sudden return to life turned to anger when Nikolas explained that his actions over the past months had been a ruse to save Lucky. She was furious that he trusted Liz with his plan and not the woman he claimed to love. Nikolas yelled that he did love her, and he had been trying to keep her safe from his family's machinations. In the midst of their argument, Mac showed up in response to Gia's 911 call. Gia made herself look deliberately foolish by telling Mac that she had called because she was angry at Nikolas. Mac left after warning her that the police department was not available for her every emotional whim. Gia returned to berating Nikolas, but Liz reminded them that she needed to get out of town while Helena still believed she was dead. Nikolas demanded that Gia stay on the yacht until he got back so that they could work out their differences. Helena tried to regain control of Lucky's mind, and he pretended to fall back under her spell. However, he suddenly grabbed her and revealed the vial of biotoxin that he had. He demanded that she give him the antidote for Luke or else he would kill them both. Helena appeared to comply and reached for the antidote, but pulled out the Ice Princess instead. Lucky was horrified to see that she had managed to recover it, and he was powerless to resist her when she held the diamond in front of him.
