Recap: Angel confirmed Carly's story to Sonny by telling him that she and Jax had once been lovers. When he pressed her for details, she asked him to tell her about Lily and Brenda. Recap: Angel confirmed Carly's story to Sonny by telling him that she and Jax had once been lovers. When he pressed her for details, she asked him to tell her about Lily and Brenda. Sonny exploded in anger, and Angel responded in equal force. She told him that her past was not his business unless he intended to take their relationship to the next level. She declared that he was acting like a jealous lover when they hadn't even kissed. Though clearly tempted, Sonny didn't touch her, and she stormed out of his office. Carly taunted Jax by reminding him about Sonny's relationship with Brenda and telling him about Sonny's new relationship with Angel. Jax turned the tables on her by pointing out that everyone seemed to be involved with someone except for her. He left her and visited Kristina at the lake house, where she revealed that Carly had wheedled information out of her. Fed up, Jax went to see Sonny to warn him to stay away from Angel. Meanwhile, Angel headed to the PC Grill, where she found Carly at the bar. She bought her rival a glass of champagne and congratulated her for successfully upsetting Sonny. As she raised her glass in a toast, she tossed the champagne in Carly's face. Carly responded by throwing her champagne at Angel. Angel warned Carly that it was dangerous for her to keep meddling in people's lives. Carly said she wasn't scared of Angel and told her to do her worst. Lucky happened upon Melissa and Roy as they studied the walls of the cave. They had found a drawing presumably left by Luke that depicted a man in a coffin. Roy asked Lucky if he knew what Luke was trying to tell them, and Lucky said it was the monster. Lucky had come to the cave because his father had made him wait there once when they were in trouble. Lucky mentioned the word "Rainey," but couldn't tell them that it was the manufacturer of Stavros' cryogenic chamber. Roy and Melissa took Lucky back to Laura's house, and Melissa asked Roy what was really wrong with Lucky. Helena berated Stavros again for not killing Stefan. She was worried that the DNA test Stefan had taken would eventually lead them to Stavros. Stavros however, remained unconcerned, as he didn't think the PCPD was advanced enough to discover the truth. Laura visited Stefan in jail and told him that she believed he hadn't killed Chloe. She wanted his help with Nikolas and Lucky in exchange for her help in nailing Helena for Chloe's murder. Stefan said that he would do what he could from behind bars, but warned Laura that Helena wouldn't rest until she saw him destroyed. Laura confided in Stefan that she had been thinking of Stavros a lot and had even thought she saw him. Stefan told her about his own encounters with Stavros mementos, and both wondered how Helena had managed to plant them. Alexis showed up and delivered the bad news that the DNA found on Chloe's body matched Stefan's so completely that it could only have come from him or a full-blood relative. He asked if she was starting to doubt him, but she assured him that she would find a way to prove his innocence. Alone, Stefan paced back and forth and could not stop thinking of his brother.
