Taking pity on him, Gia told him that love wasn't about pretty things or places. She described her relationship with Nikolas, telling Stavros that the reason she loved his son was because of the goodness inside of him. Stavros thanked Gia for her time, and then had his men send her back. Once alone, he imagined Laura coming to him and remarking on the change in his behavior. Nikolas visited Luke in the hospital to ask for his help with Helena, but Laura thought it was too much for Luke. Even though the antidote to the poison was working, Luke was still very weak. Still, he told Nikolas that he no longer hated him, and assured him that he was nothing like Stavros. Luke looked at the map he had drawn of the lab, but could make no sense of it. Laura sat by his bedside and promised him that together they would fight for their entire family. Ned watched Kristina sing along to one of his songs, and then soon joined in. The duo collapsed in laughter on the couch, and Ned continued to be amazed by her spirit. Alexis came in looking for Jax, and Ned immediately turned serious. He offered to look for Jax and suggested that the sisters spend some time together. Kristina attempted to play matchmaker by noting that Ned and Alexis still clearly had feelings for each other. Alexis gently told her sister that she and Ned were finished, and Kristina should leave well enough alone. Jax tried to rig the stopped elevator to move, giving Skye little of his attention as she went on and on about her schemes against Edward. She told him that she had spied Edward at a hotel with Janine, and now had the ammunition to bring him down. Jax told her that he had met Janine in the airport, but he still had no interest in helping. When he was accidentally shocked by the elevator wires, Skye unbuttoned his shirt and attempted CPR. He opened his eyes as the elevator moved, and she fell on top of him. Ned was standing on the other side of the opened doors and told Jax this wasn't the time for him to be playing around. They raced back to L & B to find that Alexis had left Kristina with a bodyguard, and had gone home. Edward sought A.J.'s help in dealing with Skye and Janine. He confessed that after a drunken night in Atlantic City, he woke up to find a scantily clad Janine in his hotel room, and he had no memory of what had happened. A.J. told Edward he would help him for more ELQ shares. Edward reluctantly handed them over, and then asked what the plan was. Before A.J. could spin a tale, Skye came in, and A.J. handed her the shares. He confided that Edward had tried to blackmail him, but had ended up giving his least favorite grandchildren more stock. Johnny stood guard outside of Alexis' door, while she went inside to take a nap. Before she could get settled, she heard a loud thump outside. Investigating the noise, she was shocked to find Helena on her doorstep.
