Summary: Preview:Stefan severes his ties with Helena once and for all.
Recap: Roy helped Melissa search the hospital for a missing Chloe. During their search, they ran into Mac, who wanted to question Melissa again regarding Sorel's murder. Roy tried to shield Melissa, but when Mac informed them that he knew Sorel had ordered Leo's death,Preview:Stefan severes his ties with Helena once and for all.
Recap: Roy helped Melissa search the hospital for a missing Chloe. During their search, they ran into Mac, who wanted to question Melissa again regarding Sorel's murder. Roy tried to shield Melissa, but when Mac informed them that he knew Sorel had ordered Leo's death, Melissa broke down. She told Mac that she had legitimate reason for wanting Sorel dead, but insisted that she hadn't killed him. Roy deflected Mac's attention by talking about all the ways that he would have left Sorel to die, and Mac asked him where he had been the night Sorel was killed. Alexis was stunned when Jax revealed that he had found Kristina. She said that it was impossible because she had never spoken of Kristina with anyone — not even Stefan. Jax said that he had met Kristina when they both hired the same PI for different reasons. He grew close to her and eventually found out about her connection to Alexis. Though she initially didn't believe him, Alexis soon accepted the truth and wanted to know everything about Kristina. Jax suggested that the two meet face to face since Kristina was just as eager to meet Alexis. Before they could leave, Alexis received a call from Alan, who asked if Chloe was with her. Alexis and Jax decided that they would find Chloe and make sure she wasn't in trouble and then they would go see Kristina. Helena was infuriated to see that the Ice Princess had been stolen. She sent her associate in search of it and told him the consequences would be dire if he didn't find it. Gia happened by in the midst of her tirade, and Helena detained her to ask where Elizabeth was. Gia made no bones about hating Liz as much as she hated Helena, but said she had no idea where she was. When Helena grew suspicious, Gia changed the subject by mentioning her new boyfriend, Lucien Cane. At the Cassadine crypt, Stefan was horrified to see that Stavros' chamber was empty. He immediately went to Helena and asked where his brother was. Helena experienced a moment of panic when she thought that Stefan had discovered that Stavros was alive. Stefan eased her fears when he asked where she had buried her brother's dead body if not in the family crypt. Helena made up a story about wanting to fool Laura and Luke, but Stefan didn't really care where Stavros was buried. He expressed his pity for Helena's obsession with her eldest son and told her that he was finished with her and their entire clan. He stalked out after telling his mother to go to hell, and Helena was visibly shaken by his anger. Liz attempted to use the Ice Princess to bring Lucky back to normal, but she didn't know how. Lucky had moments of breaking through his brainwashing, but he wasn't able to disassociate Helena's programming with Liz's commands. He warned her that if she didn't leave, he would hurt her the same way he hurt Luke. Chloe stumbled upon Stavros' picture at Wyndemere and was beyond shocked to see that Lucien Cane and Stavros were one and the same. To her great horror, Stavros walked into the room at that very moment. She tried to hide the photo album she had found and pretended that she was there to meet Stefan. Stavros initially kept up his Lucien masquerade, but his anger got the better of him as he discussed Stefan. He told Chloe that Stefan had lived in his shadow for too long and no longer deserved to live at all. Chloe hit Stavros with a statue and tried to get away from him, but he caught her. She begged him to let her go and promised him that she would take Stefan and leave the country if he would only leave them alone. Stavros pretended to consider her offer, but ultimately told her that he would never allow his brother any happiness. Angry, Chloe yelled that he was the one who wasn't good enough. Stavros turned on her menacingly and said that she had made a fatal mistake.
