Recap: Chloe was amazed to see Jax standing in front of her casually asking how she had been. Infuriated by his nonchalant attitude, she slapped him across the face. She asked him if he had been with Brenda, and he declared that he had been sent on a wild goose chase. Chloe wanted to know why he had written her such a terribly abrupt goodbye letter, and Jax claimed that he had never written a letter at all. He believed that Stefan had been the one to hire the Brenda look-alike, as well as the one who had the letter written in order to keep Chloe in his clutches. Stefan appeared and told Jax to keep out of his business. Chloe demanded the truth, and Stefan admitted that Jax's claims were accurate. Disgusted with them both, Chloe turned down Stefan's proposal and told Jax that she wanted nothing more to do with him either. Stefan and Jax confronted each other once she had gone, and Stefan warned Jax that Chloe belonged to him, and he wasn't going to let her go. Bobbie called Luke's apartment, desperate to make sure that he was all right and in need of his help. She couldn't reach him, but Carly responded to Bobbie's call and came to the brownstone. Bobbie handed her a threatening letter from Sorel saying that he planned on killing Michael before he killed her. Carly immediately went to Sonny and demanded to know what he was going to do about the threat. Sonny, who had just discussed with Benny his plan to eliminate Sorel, told Carly that he had everything under control. He refused to give her any details, even when she begged to know how he planned to keep them safe. A.J. overheard the conversation, and when Sonny left, he confronted Carly about putting their son in danger by marrying Sonny. Carly told A.J. to back off and promised that she would make sure Michael was safe one way or another. At GH, a patient was brought in with severe injuries. When Melissa went to tend to him, she noticed that pictures had fallen out of his jacket. The pictures were of Carly, Michael, Zander, and Emily. She showed them to Roy, and they surmised that the man must have been one of Sorel's henchmen, and the pictures were his "hit list." Roy commanded Melissa to have another nurse treat the man, but when no one was available, she took care of him herself. She asked him to tell her who he was working for, and he said that he had been paid very well to do his job. Meanwhile, Roy ran into Taggert at Luke's and demanded that the detective protect the potential murder victims. Claiming to be Lucien Cane once again, Stavros approached Elton at Luke's and asked if he could help him get in touch with Laura. Elton was impressed with Stavros' rich appearance and fine taste in wine. He made no bones about flirting with Stavros, but said that he didn't have Laura's cell phone number with him. He told Stavros to call the office, and he would direct him to Laura's voice mail. Angel visited her father in the hopes that Sorel was finally willing to make amends. Sorel claimed that he had nothing to do with her husband Donny's death, and he wanted her forgiveness. Angel said that she would forgive him if he spared Sonny, and she begged for his rival's safety. Sorel claimed that she was a traitorous daughter, and he no longer considered her his family. When he started to choke and asked her to call a nurse, she watched him with tears rolling down her cheeks. The nurse came before Angel could call her, and Angel left. She went to Luke's, where Roy finally realized that she was Sorel's daughter. Angel told him that Sorel had murder on his mind and had to be stopped. Alan received a call from Emily's rehab center informing him that she had been attacked in her room. Apparently, someone had tried to kill her, but another man came in and stopped him in time. When Alan relayed the news to the family, they all realized that Sorel was behind the attack. Alan told Monica to arrange to have Emily moved while he went to the hospital. Skye offered to help Monica and was hurt by her stepmother's scornful refusal. Skye retaliated by declaring that as much as she didn't like Rae, she was clearly ten times the woman and mother that Monica was. Alan went to see Zander to make sure that he hadn't been hurt. Zander immediately jumped to the conclusion that something had happened to Emily. Alan wouldn't tell Zander what had happened, but assured him that he was taking measures to keep Emily safe. In the hallway, Alan ran into Sonny and accused him of causing more trouble for the teens. Sonny shocked him by telling him that one of his men had been the one to save Emily. He told Alan that in spite of his beliefs, he would never let anything else happen to Zander or Emily. Later, Zander made his way to Sorel's bedside and declared that he would never have the opportunity to hurt Emily again. He picked up Sorel's breathing tube and tied it into a knot.
