Monica found them locked together and discreetly interrupted. She wasn't angry, but she asked Zander to go home. Alone with Emily, she asked how far her relationship had gone. Emily didn't come right out and say she and Zander had sex, but she intimated that she was being careful. Monica disapproved of Emily having sex with anyone, but she ended up just telling Emily to make sure she was safe. Sonny woke up on a boat and realized from the bleeding wound in his side that he had been stabbed. He dreamt of a woman in white who asked him to come to her. When he woke up, the woman was sitting next to him and he realized that she wasn't just a dream. Bobbie visited Carly in the Penthouse to make sure her daughter was safe. She was stunned to hear that Carly still believed that she could win Sonny back. Bobbie tried to make her see that Sonny would never forgive her and she urged Carly to move on. Carly refused to give up on Sonny and reminded Bobbie of her love for Roy. When Bobbie confessed that she and Roy had broken up, Carly told her that Roy had been a real friend to her. Bobbie wasn't as convinced that Roy's motives were so pure, but Carly advised her mother to give love a second chance. Roy took Melissa back to his apartment after her drunken night out. She kept bringing up their past in Chicago which prompted Roy to remind her that they weren't in Chicago and they weren't involved. Melissa entreated him to make love to her, but he wouldn't take advantage of her. Still, when she kissed him, he had a hard time pulling away. He eventually got her to go to sleep by promising not to leave. Alan found Skye sitting alone in the living room and sat down with her. He worried that she was thinking about drinking, but she assured him that it would take more than a lonely night to push her toward alcohol. He admitted to his own problems with addiction and offered his assistance in dealing with it. Skye appeared to be genuinely touched by his sincerity, but told him that her problems were her problems alone. Before saying goodnight, Alan told Skye that he would be honored if she would call him her father. Though she was hesitant, she eventually wished him a goodnight and called him dad.
