Recap:Skye continued to implore Jax to help her scheme against Sonny, but he remained firm that she was pursuing the wrong course of action. She assured him that she could make it worth his while, as she planned to secure more ELQ stock shares from Edward. Jax shrewdly surmised that SkyePreview:Gia and Nikolas finally reunite for good.
Recap:Skye continued to implore Jax to help her scheme against Sonny, but he remained firm that she was pursuing the wrong course of action. She assured him that she could make it worth his while, as she planned to secure more ELQ stock shares from Edward. Jax shrewdly surmised that Skye was blackmailing Edward and asked what she had on her grandfather. Skye refused to divulge her secret, but she promised that it would make them both even richer than before. In the abandoned mansion, the restless suspects berated Mac when he said that he was waiting for evidence from the lab that would prove who the murderer was. They all separately railed at him for detaining them for so long. Most angry was Angel, who stormed out of the mansion once she realized that she wasn't being charged. Sonny arranged for Johnny to take Alexis and Zander home. Once outside, Zander admitted to Alexis that Sonny had done everything that A.J. had accused him of. Alexis worried that Zander was becoming as coldhearted a liar as Sonny, and Zander confessed that Sonny's lure was hard to resist. Alan, A.J., and Monica headed home, though Mac advised Monica not to leave town since she was one of his prime suspects. They were all startled to find Jax and Skye together, though Jax ran out as soon as he found out that Angel had been questioned. A.J. warned Skye that Jax wasn't to be trusted because he was only out to help himself. Skye declared that so was she, and that perhaps Jax had finally met his match. Alan sat Monica down and told her that he loved her, and that if she had been the one to kill Sorel, he would do everything in his power to protect her. Monica said that she hadn't turned off Sorel's respirators, but she had seen Alan turn off his medicine and hadn't done anything to stop him. She felt his actions were justified since she knew that he was acting out of love for Emily. She fell into his arms and declared that she loved him more than ever. Before leaving the mansion, Bobbie received a phone call telling her that Luke's condition was worsening. Roy and Melissa went with her to the hospital, and Bobbie rushed in to see Luke. He was still lucid, but clearly very ill. Bobbie confessed to him that she had played a part in Sorel's death by not trying to save his life. She worried that Luke's illness was a form of retribution for her inaction. Luke assured her that she was a good nurse and a good person, and he advised her to forget all about Sorel. Bobbie gave him the antidote that Tony had made, and she hoped that it would make Luke well again. Roy fretted outside Luke's room, as he feared that his friend was dying. Melissa followed him up to the roof and listened as he explained how he hated feeling helpless when someone he loved was in trouble. Melissa realized that Roy had been in Sorel's room in order to protect her in case she had killed him. They held on to each other tightly for comfort. Nikolas was happy to find Gia waiting for him on the yacht. He haltingly told her about his "reunion" with Stavros. Unbeknownst to them both, Stavros had followed Nikolas and was listening in from outside. Nikolas confided that as a child, Helena had made him believe that his father was a hero, and he had longed for him to return. But as he grew older, he learned of all the despicable things Stavros had done, and he was glad that he was dead. Now that he knew his father was alive, he was horrified that he would become just like him. Gia took him in her arms and reminded him that he was a good person and the best of the Cassadines. She told him that she could never love him if he was an evil man. Finally, the two fell into each other's arms and made love for the first time in months. Meanwhile, Stavros left the yacht and wandered the docks like a lost man. He broke down and cried when he realized the depth of Nikolas' hatred for him. Sonny headed for the lake house and surprised Angel. He told her that he knew she had killed her father and offered her protection. Angel confessed that she hadn't gone to the hospital with the intention of killing Sorel, she just wanted to stop him from hurting people. The next thing she knew, she had unplugged the respirator and was watching him die. Jax burst into the house and demanded that Sonny leave. He told Angel that he had known for some time that she had killed Sorel, and he intended to help her. Unfortunately, Carly had followed Sonny and heard the truth about Angel. She berated the woman for causing so much trouble and tried to physically attack her. Jax held her back just as a car drove up to the house. Though none of them realized it, Mac and Felicia had deduced that Angel was the most likely killer, and they were on their way to get her.
