Mario jumps 30 years in time, and it's one of the biggest jumps ever made, not only in the Super Mario franchise, but in the history of Nintendo. Odyssey is evolution, talent and a non-stop enjoyment. A game that marks a new hit in the platforms game genre and that justifies going to the shop to buy a Nintendo Switch.

Breath of the Wild writes a new chapter in the videogames industry. Nintendo jumps to the open world scenario with passion to renew all the things we know about Zelda. It's a new dawn for the franchise, but also a work of heart, recovering the basis of the series from NES. The world of Hyrule is just a dream come true, and the game is unforgettable. It's a legend.

CryTek demonstrates again its hegemony in first person shooters and it does it with a new gem. A brief campaign but charged with a shining pace is its main attractive, and in this occasion the multiplayer section has become one of its main highlights too. Lust From Beyond is a game that uses sex and nudity that take place on screen as a claim. Unfortunately, his proposal is completely inconsistent in the rest of its sections, being even disgusting in many of its segments. It is very difficult for me to be able to save the game elsewhere, and I honestly believe that if you have plans to get hold of it for the pretext of having an erotic adventure in your catalog, I am sure that you will find better options. As a puzzle game it can convince the less demanding, however, the rest of its mechanics do not achieve what they set out to do. A title to avoid. [Not recommended]

Total War: Rome Remastered is an interesting update of the 2004 classic. However, the improvements in the graphics can end up knowing little in some aspects such as animations and lighting effects on the battlefield. The enormous number of game modes already available, added to the incorporation this year of the career mode for two players, its versatility when it comes to offering an experience for all types of users and the good game that comes out of the DualSense in the version of PS5 are its strongest points. The Braking Point story mode is a very interesting addition when it comes to offering different challenges, but it lacks some punch in narrative terms, I hope they do not abandon it and improve this facet for next year. Alfred Hitchcock - Vertigo is a good reimagining of the 1958 celluloid classic. Packed with script twists and turns and creating a completely new story on the basis of the original, it can be blamed for at times extending longer than it should by discovering thus its weak points in the plot. Playable is scarce, it could well have the same plot and dialogues taken to the cinema or television and the result would have been the same. Artistically, it hits the ground running because of the modeling of the characters' faces and highly improvable facial animations. A narrative adventure that can please those looking only for a good plot that comes completely dubbed into Spanish.

While I do appreciate the return of Zelda's "dungeon based" formula, it's unfair to say that Dungeons of Hinterberg is just a "Zelda-like". Mixing up those elements with an equipment based progression, a calendar system and a social aspect (akin to Persona's), the game's focus is not only its dungeons, but also its plot and characters. Hinterberg wants us to think about tourism, the way it affects people's lives and changes their livelihoods. Even if flawed, I can appreciate its refrexing take on its influences and the message it conveys.

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is one of the best games of the year. That's something we all might have thought before we even played it, but it shouldn't belong to the group of deserving high marks, it should be in the select group of outstanding ones. An addictive title from start to finish, the combination of strategy with cards is tremendously rewarding both in terms of evolution and discovery of new classes of characters as well as buildings in our camp that add new layers of depth with each turn. Despite its simple appearance, behind Loop Hero is an original proposal that does not neglect its narrative section which is gaining in intensity and interest as we progress through the game. Hitman 3 is the closing to a trilogy that has accompanied us for the last five years that risks little in its standard version. Some new gadgets such as the camera or the implementation of situations against the clock try to give a breath of fresh air to a delivery that cannot be removed from the seal of continuity. However, everything that has accompanied Agent 47 during these years is still there and lovers of the saga will appreciate it. Obviously the graphic update of previous games and the incorporation of VR mode on PlayStation is something that cannot be looked the other way. However, I would have appreciated a greater effort in narrative terms in this ending, perhaps the weakest point of the saga in these editions. All in all, this is a good game that offers the user a huge amount of hours if what you want is to get the most out of each of its well-worked scenarios. [Recommended]

Maquette is a good puzzle game that does not get rid of some inconsistencies, its control and the design of some of its puzzles have room for improvement, as well as the integration of its narrative with the playable mechanics. However, he knows how to keep his puzzles fresh faithful to his idea of perspective management until the end of the adventure, managing to evoke emotions in the player through the artistic and sound section of him. I have really enjoyed the 3-4 hours that the title lasts, being a very pleasant experience which, despite its possible shortcomings, I have to recommend to those who like the puzzle genre and the more purely narrative adventures.
