Lust From Beyond is a game that uses sex and nudity that take place on screen as a claim. Total War: Rome Remastered is an interesting update of the 2004 classic. However, the improvements in the graphics can end up knowing little in some aspects such as animations and lighting effects on the battlefield. The addition of the two expansions and their available features from the start make it a definitive edition to consider. Quality of life improvements, improved camera and zoom, and accessibility options make it a product to be reckoned with, but not attractive enough to catch up with contemporary Total War games.

Definitely, one of the biggest JRPG ever made. If you love the genre, you should play it.

Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree is a game I’m eager to praise, but it also warrants some criticism. As much as I've loved its world and anime-style characters, over the long term its combat has become more of a chore than something genuinely enjoyable.

Cartel Tycoon has some very interesting ideas that are unfortunately overshadowed by an inconsequential story and a certain lack of depth in its management strategy. It's addictive and fun, but it has the potential to be so much more.

On the field, the sensations are very positive, with Hypermotion V already seeming to be well-oiled. [Recommended]

Although the pace can be a bit uneven, especially at the beginning, the challenge is present when the gameplay possibilities open up and is enlivened by unique humor accompanied by detailed and detailed animations. RiMS Racing is one of the best choices if you are a motorcycles lover. It's not easy to find a simulator game with so many possibilities and a realistic driving component.

Resident Evil Village is good proof of what the franchise is capable of, looking for the variety of environments, situations and enemies. But trying to cover so much, sometimes the game is not as consistent as I would like, with a more basic and linear level design. [Recommended]

Aliens: Fireteam Elite is a fun co-op game with a brilliant map and sound design. Cold Iron cleverly spreads the various enemies they have across the campaign, dropping each bomb when it’s needed most; which is good since the game would otherwise feel incredibly stale.

Valiant tries to surprise with its crusade setting and multiplayer modes, but it has serious narrative problems and a gameplay approach that doesn't feel fresh in any way. Throw in a lot of crashes and lag, and the result is rather hard to recommend. [Not recommended]

Harvestella is a fun mix of elements that will seduce you.

An interactive horror film from the creators of Until Dawn. A great plan for Halloween night, trying to discover the mysteries from the hell itself. [Recommended]

Alfred Hitchcock - Vertigo is a good reimagining of the 1958 celluloid classic. Packed with script twists and turns and creating a completely new story on the basis of the original, it can be blamed for at times extending longer than it should by discovering thus its weak points in the plot. Playable is scarce, it could well have the same plot and dialogues taken to the cinema or television and the result would have been the same. Artistically, it hits the ground running because of the modeling of the characters' faces and highly improvable facial animations. A narrative adventure that can please those looking only for a good plot that comes completely dubbed into Spanish.

NEO The World Ends With You is a great JRPG and also a great sequel that deserves all the time it needs to be completed. [Recommended]

Football Manager 2023 feels more as an update to the previous entry than a new game with exciting features to try. Even so, every little change and addition helps to create a more immersive, realistic and challenging experience even for longtime players.

An almost straight PS5 port of the same wonderful Action-RPG that premiered on PS Vita in 2016. [Recommended]

One could say New World is basic. And it definitely has some weird design choices scattered around progression, economy and world. There’s the graphics card issue too. And yet, something as simple as existing in Aeternum is fun and amazing: loved the aesthetics, the sounds, the animations, the combat, the progression. An experience too appealing to ignore.

Elden Ring: Nightreign is a much needed medium-sized experiment set in Hidetaka Miyazaki's iconic fantasy world. It does a pretty decent job at mixing together and shaking up a sizable collection of enemies, weapons, weapon arts, magicks and consumables. The resulting concoction is undoubtedly fun and addictive, although it also feels deprived of its original epic, immersion and overall thoughtfulness. [Recommended]

A fun collection of microgames that adds an interesting story mode and a big roaster of playable characters. If you love the WarioWare series, this is one of the most inventive entries ever made. [Recommended]

Pentiment is absolutely focused on dialogue and a simple exploration, but with these ingredients alone it has managed to capture me thanks to the quantity and quality of the themes it deals with rarely seen in the video game industry. [Recommended]

Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties is a strong and confident remake of one of the franchise’s most important entries, well worth attention whether you loved or hated the original. [Recommended]

Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra not only proves itself to be a remarkable MOBA, but it has also managed to leverage the strengths of its license and adapt them perfectly to this type of game. With addictive gameplay, impressive technical features, and a surprising affection for Toriyama's work, this is a title that any fan of Goku and company should give a try. [Recommended]

Mario Tennis Fever is a game from another era with modern graphics. It's one where completing a story mode, tournaments, and challenges isn't just for the sheer enjoyment they provide, but also to unlock new content in the form of characters and rackets. Sonic Team has found in CrossWorlds a fun and dynamic formula that refreshes a classic and well-known gameplay style. It makes every race exciting, as the tracks are constantly changing. [Recommended]

While I do appreciate the return of Zelda's "dungeon based" formula, it's unfair to say that Dungeons of Hinterberg is just a "Zelda-like". Mixing up those elements with an equipment based progression, a calendar system and a social aspect (akin to Persona's), the game's focus is not only its dungeons, but also its plot and characters. Hinterberg wants us to think about tourism, the way it affects people's lives and changes their livelihoods. Even if flawed, I can appreciate its refrexing take on its influences and the message it conveys.

Suda51 strikes again. It's not perfect, but if you love Suda51 you will get what you are expecting.

eFootball debuts terribly with its new game as service model, but it's not its only problem: lacks of content and lots of technical and visual issues puts the new Pro Evolution Soccer far behind its own legacy. [Not recommended]

GameExcite not only shows its love for Star Trek: Voyager with this game, but also its respect for it, offering an outstanding survival and exploration experience, just like the hardships the crew had to endure during its seven-year journey home. It's not a perfect game; there are elements of its interface and mechanics that could be improved, and it can make you want to tear your hair out at times, but the feeling you'll have when you finish it will be just as emotional, if not more so, than what the ship's crew felt when they returned to Earth. Of all the Star Trek games that have been released, this one is undoubtedly among the best.

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is one of the best games of the year. That's something we all might have thought before we even played it, but it shouldn't belong to the group of deserving high marks, it should be in the select group of outstanding ones. Miles and Peter give us a hilarious adventure, full of necessary messages about asking for help when needed, and technically it is a delight for the senses. And it shows us that Insomniac is one of the fittest studios on the planet, and it's been that way for many years now. There will probably be bigger titans in 2023 when it comes to video games, but Marvel's Spider-Man deserves a place right after them. [Recommended]

Creatures of Ava from Inverge Studios is such a solid videogame, but without neglecting the charisma. Visual charisma, with a very solvent and inspired technical and artistic section, as well as gameplay mechanics that, without being brilliant, are consistent with the story and keep us entertained. It has some improvable details, such as inventory management or level design in certain phases, but if we add it all up, we have a game to recommend. [Recommended]

I think it has the foundation to be a great game, makes some brave decisions and tells a peculiar story. However, I feel that it has been too restrained, that it could have given something more of itself in terms of duration and difficulty, but the truth is that I really want to see what will be next in Out of the Blue [Recommended]

Monster Hunter Rise returns the beloved action RPG series to a portable platform, bringing along the valuable quality of life lessons learned within MH World a couple of years ago. It’s swift and smooth, looks awesome and you just won’t be able to put it down for a good 40 hours of playtime. Could’ve used a more challenging and compelling endgame, though. [Recommended]

SaGa Frontier Remastered is a good remaster of a game that deserves more changes to feel a game from today. Nowadays, it looks like a too experimental game, but it’s undeniable that it still has its charm.

It is an advanced student of the Dark Souls III formula that, despite that lack of precision in the controls, has kept me obsessed until the end. [Recommended]

Nothing in this Remastered is completely essential except Naughty Dog's work itself, which seems not to have aged one bit. [Recommended]

Gestalt: Steam & Cinder is a video game with very ambitious intentions and achieves some interesting things. The combat is appealing and agile, the progression keeps you entertained, and the artistic and sound design are good. However, its biggest bet is the narrative, and there it falls down in the way it tells it. If you don't mind the second part, you'll have a good time with this metroidvania.

Dragonheir: Silent Gods is a really nice title that mixes Dungeon & Dragons-style, role-playing mechanics with elements of turn-based combat and gacha.

A good remake, but it still feels a bit old.

A really good 2D platform / hack’n slash game for up to four players in local coop with nice visuals, sound and game mechanics. [Recommended]

His combat and role-playing strength are the best, without a doubt, of the set; without detracting from the mercenaries and their crazy personality. However, the issues underlying his combat, the hard-to-understand menus, and the difficulty of him all weigh heavily. Of course, from here, Haemimont Games can build a good rebirth for the saga.

Capcom has done a job not only of compilation, but of remastering, adapting the illustrations and 3D models to high resolutions and I think with better success than in their previous trilogy.

The Medium manages to unite in a single game four elements that are not easy to find well integrated in a single title: it maintains a good narrative tension, telling a difficult story in an affordable way, and its soundtrack perfectly complements this narrative. Its aesthetic proposal gives a unique framework and, at the same time, complements the story. Finally, it properly integrates its playable mechanics within the product. It is a risky work, which invites, like the rest of the Bloober Team games, that each one has their own interpretation of what happens on screen.[Recommended]

We can assume with a trailer and a few images that this will be a narrative adventure with a powerful graphics... And that's true. The only downside is that it takes a good number of hours to begin to appreciate all that it has to offer, however, the work of Four Quarters exudes great care and care in each and every one of its sections. However, everything that has accompanied Agent 47 during these years is still there and lovers of the saga will appreciate it. Obviously the graphic update of previous games and the incorporation of VR mode on PlayStation is something that cannot be looked the other way. Maquette is a good puzzle game that does not get rid of some inconsistencies, its control and the design of some of its puzzles have room for improvement, as well as the integration of its narrative with the playable mechanics. However, he knows how to keep his puzzles fresh faithful to his idea of perspective management until the end of the adventure, managing to evoke emotions in the player through the artistic and sound section of him. I have really enjoyed the 3-4 hours that the title lasts, being a very pleasant experience which, despite its possible shortcomings, I have to recommend to those who like the puzzle genre and the more purely narrative adventures.

Oddworld: Soulstorm is a great reimagining of what Abe’s Exoddus once was, has brought a renewed experience to the new generation of consoles that stays true to its ideas. Sadly, it also brings with it its biggest flaws, pacing is still a problem, with sections that can become tedious due to imprecise handling and some glitches. Despite this, the incorporation of the object creation system, its 2.9D technology and the polishing carried out in the singing mechanics makes Soulstorm a good title within the saga, a saga that is still not for everyone.

A great remaster of a simply good shooter that lost its identity to seem like others video games from its era.

Ready or Not is the tactical PvE and multiplayer shooter you should keep an eye on. It is not only a complex and hard experience, but also super fun to play with friends. That idea of a super advanced AI is a reality. Enemies are unpredictable and behave erratically. An experience that I regret not having played before. [Recommended]

There are improvements and additions, as every year, but it seems that every time it has to feed more modes and experiences, but does not give enough to have to prioritize what counts with micropayments. It's a good (even great) game when you're on track, but everything else is still several notches below.

Bravely Default is a special JRPG. Its first hours are amazings because it feels like the classics Final Fantasy, but after that, the game starts a boring loop that ruins the experience. Dune: Spice Wars leaves early access without many relevant changes beyond its campaign mode. The style of play and the political base are maintained, and although it is enough to get you hooked and enjoy the game, at the same time its lack of new features weigths too much.
