Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty

Cyberpunk 2077 has always been good at pulling you into its world, but Phantom Liberty grabs you by the collar and pushes your face right into the grimy, piss-soaked alleyways.

Phantom Liberty is an excellent follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077's story. The expansion heavily benefits from coming at the best time the game is having right now thanks to a slew of technical and creative updates it received since launch, boasting new interesting additions to gameplay with the Relic system. Phantom Liberty introduces sensible and well-written characters that heavily impact V, while, at the same time, cement themselves as a few of the best characters on CDPR's game.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty is the culmination of CD Projekt Red's efforts to right the wrongs of a challenging launch, with this premium expansion combining with Update 2.0 for a total revitalization of Night City. This is Cyberpunk 2077 at its best, and with the price of entry this low you've got no excuse not to dive back in.

Playing Cyberpunk 2077’s Phantom Liberty expansion in 2023 is by-and-large a wonderful experience. It genuinely feels like CDPR has managed to zero-in on a lot of what the base game did well, as well as finding ways to polish up some of the aspects of it that didn’t quite live up to their potential.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty will not bring anything super expected, or something that will make everyone pull out their hair. This game has already taken a very worthy place, and it is very deserved and justified, just even if you look at its path. And this is true. I liked this expansion and I recommend everyone to explore this universe, there are so many interesting and new places and characters in it that it would be wrong to say something bad. The developers did not abandon their project, which became almost the most discussed topic of 2020, but they got together and did what few could. They created a universe that millions loved.
