    Explore a deep and involved weapon handling and player maneuvering system, geared towards providing officers with an unprecedented level of control over their situational effectiveness. Ready or Not utilizes a simple and organic control scheme which won't have players fumbling around, forgetting dozens of key bindings.

    Organize an approach, then execute the mission in real time. Officers can decide to deploy with items such as ballistic shields, door rams, tactical ladders, and much more.

    Ready or Not lets us play as the captain of a SWAT team and does so with bewitching skill, captivating you with challenging gameplay and intriguing gunplay. Between single player and online co-op, customization and progression, agent management and nuances galore, you soon find yourself hostage to a brutal FPS that just won't let you go. And that's fine, even if not everything is (yet?) perfect.

    Ready or Not has made a name for itself with VOID Interactive's ambitious goal to depict with absolute realism and without compromise the combat scenarios that a SWAT team faces on a daily basis. However, the truth is that behind the scandal lies an excellent first-person tactical shooter that, after two years of early access, is ready to inherit the legacy of SWAT.

    Ready or Not isn't the perfect simulator, but it's an excellent shooter that places users in consistently believable and detailed contexts, providing them with a myriad of options on how to operate. Net of some imperfections and a single level of difficulty that can put even the most experienced players' nerves to the test, it is the one and only spiritual heir of SWAT worthy of being defined as such.

    To conclude, let me tell you that if you are looking for a tactical shooter title that really presents you with a challenge, this game is without a doubt for you, for others it can be somewhat frustrating at times, but not boring at all. The game tries at all times to make you feel that you are in a real life scenario, its level of graphics is not cutting edge, but that does not mean that it feels very realistic, although it has several errors in optimization, the ambient sound is excellent and that It helps a lot in the development of the different missions, constantly creating tension.

    Ready or Not successfully imports the moment-to-moment gameplay and intensity of the classic SWAT franchise, but without much innovation and a host of major AI issues this tactical shooter was seemingly not quite ready to breach out of Early Access.
