Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 is a complex, complete and realistic simulator, as ambitious as the game that preceded it and that brought so many people closer to the world of aviation. The Career mode is interesting and well structured, as are all the other available modes that allow you to experience the game as you wish and enjoy the hyper-detailed models of the vehicles to the last nut and bolt, or the most incredible panoramas of our wonderful world from a different perspective than usual. The technology behind cloud rendering is interesting and promising, it lightens the weight of the game on consoles and allows integrations with real-time satellite information that greatly increase immersion and simulation fidelity. However, even knowing that Asobo is a workaholic studio capable of producing patches and solutions in a short time, we cannot ignore the current state of the game servers, still not up to the ambitions of the production. It is equally difficult to ignore the fact that without a more than good connection free flight can be problematic, or the occasional lag, freezing and stuttering phenomena encountered on Xbox. There is room for maneuver, without a doubt, and in a few weeks everything could already be resolved. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Dustborn may not be one of the most memorable releases of the year, yet there is some good in the work done by Red Thread Games. The on-the-road story does not always travel on the right tracks and some characters are out of focus, contributing to weakening a title with undoubted potential. That said, it remains without a doubt a title to keep an eye on, and who knows that that journey from West to East may not be to your liking, despite the critical issues.

Exoprimal is a cooperative shooter characterized by a great gameplay, but which desperately needs more content due to excessive repetitiveness of the matches. It takes very little to see everything that Capcom production has to offer. In other words, at the moment it is perfect for playing a few matches in the company of friends, especially if you are an Xbox Game Pass subscriber. Humor and wonder come together to perfection in the latest effort of The Chinese Room, returning a brief but full of surprises experience, which on living room screens relives in an imperfect but content-wise form, certainly to be privileged when in the future it will be allowed to come out.

Gotham Knights is Warner Bros Games' experiment to also bring DC superheroes to open world RPG territory. Given the legacy of the glorious Arkham series, however, the result is a fairly controversial work: a digital playground for those who live off Batman comics and a good diversification system for the four playable heroes do not fully justify a formula in which the quantity dominates quality. The open world that acts as a theater for the adventures of Nightwing, Batgirl, Robin and Red Hood is traditional and repetitive, while the role-playing inspiration - however stimulating in terms of progression - becomes too overwhelming for the narrative and playful rhythm of the production. In general, the major divergences from the Arkham epic are in part the main limitation of the work. While having fun, the Gotham Knights still don't seem to be at the level of their mentor.

To make the offer even more attractive is the method of distribution of the game, which can be downloaded at no additional cost by all owners of Bright Memory (who will find Infinite in the library starting from 12 November 2021). Furthermore, if you have not yet purchased the title, know that its price on the Valve platform is really negligible: only 8.19 euros.
