Nioh 2 improves upon many of the things that made the first one so great. It does not necessarily represent an evolution of the saga or the souls-like genre but it has many additions that are welcomed. Team Ninja has created some of the most intense and violent combat of this generation, especially when you get to a boss fight. It takes a great deal of patience and plenty of time to master the game, but it's worth it.

The best thing about Streets of Rage 4 is that it feels like a real comeback. In a world where everyone is rummaging through an old toy drawer to see what movie, series or game can be revived, this title feels like a natural step in the franchise.
