Manor Lords is a title with potential, although we will have to wait patiently to see it. This, undoubtedly, can deter the more impatient from giving it a chance. The progression is slow, and we might have to start several games from scratch to get the hang of it. At the end of the day, Sker Ritual offers solid gameplay, with a nice arsenal, enemies with unique powers that add to the difficulty, and a well-balanced mix of waves and objectives. Visually, it has very detailed work. The problem is that what makes it great at the beginning ends up condemning it when thinking about the game in the long term.
