Tales of Zestiria is a good J-RPG, based on a deep and clever fighting system, and offering a nice and classic journey. But maybe Bandai Namco should now let some features and some techs behind to begin a really new era with its IP.- JeuxActu

A successful bet for Robocop from the Teyon studio which offers us a pleasant spectacle, especially if we like the character and this 80's 90's period of American cinema. But make no mistake, Robocop is an ultra generic FPS, bordering on old school in its foundations, the game doesn't invent anything and people who only swear by the codes of the modern FPS will perhaps be disappointed. But the game has such a pleasant feeling that it is difficult to ignore its pleasure, especially since the game respects the license to death, and that must also be emphasized. It's violent, it's kitsch and it's even narrative, but we had a lot of fun in the 12/15 hours needed to finish the game. Because yes, this Robocop also has the delicacy of having a duration of very honest life for a narrative single player game.- JeuxActu

More a party game than a real sports game, Nintendo Switch Sports naturally follows in the footsteps of Wii Sports and Wii Sports Club. And it's true that we have fun, as long as we have a few friends at hand and a subscription to Nintendo Switch Online. These two conditions are indeed necessary to have fun over the long term, because the absence of any scripted mode means that solo play has almost no interest.- JeuxActu

With its magnificent graphics which give the feeling of a next gen game (apart from the NPCs), Avatar Frontiers of Pandora is an invitation to travel, to immerse yourself and get lost on the magnificent planet of Pandora. But if graphically the title is incredible, it ultimately remains far too academic in its gameplay. We actually feel that the developers really wanted to break away from the usual formula of Ubisoft games, notably Far Cry, forcing them to go in a direction that was a little too conventional. The adventure goes well, but it lacks that epic side that we are waiting for forever. Ubisoft's title could have been the last great game of 2023, it will ultimately remain a good game that did not follow through with the proposition.- JeuxActu

It's clearly Team Ninja's gameplay expertise that saves Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin from disaster. It takes a monster foot to move from one class to another while becoming familiar with the finesse they abound. Made with good intentions, The Smurfs 2 The Prisoner of the Green Stone unfortunately does not manage to do as well as its predecessor released in 2021. However, the decision to take inspiration from Ratchet & Clank in its gameplay was a good idea in itself, but OSome Studio did not go through with the adaptation. Between a limited gameplay loop which is never renewed, the restricted use of SmurfoMix, the hallucinating - and incomprehensible - poverty of the bestiary (5 types of enemies in total), only 3 different worlds to travel through (and which last far too long). for a long time), portals that are completely underused but also an inconsistent level design, we get bored quite quickly because of this repetition in the gameplay. On paper, the Horizon and LEGO association could have made sparks, but Guerrilla Games and Studio Gobo would have needed more production time to follow through with their ideas, and especially a real LEGO game. Apart from its devastating visuals that make it the most beautiful LEGO game ever created to date, LEGO Horizon Adventures disappoints in its overly linear structure, its limited and much too academic gameplay, not to mention its unfortunately insufficient content. Not only does the adventure lack challenge, but it also folds up between 7 and 9 hours of play, depending on how you play. There is cooperation that helps to increase interest, but it is a feature that is basic in a LEGO game anyway. And what about the combat system, which is far too limited and never evolves during progression, making the game monotonous and devoid of interest. By trying to please both young and old players, LEGO Horizon Adventures unfortunately appeals to no one. It's a shame, because there were some good ideas to explore.- JeuxActu

Sorcery is not the best game of 2012 on PS3 for sure, but from now on, players have good reasons to get the PS Move out of the drawer.- JeuxActu

Degrees of Separation shows a great potential, but the platformer suffers from an antique gameplay which feels wrong, whether you're playing solo or in coop.- JeuxActu

Take a little Animal Crossing, add a pinch of Stardew Valley, mix it all up in a Disney cauldron, and you've got Disney Dreamlight Valley! If the formula gives the impression of having the air of a thoughtful marketing project, the game is actually surprisingly effective and endearing. [Early Access Score = 80]- JeuxActu

Even if it keeps the same drawbacks as it's ancestors LEGO Jurassic World is a fun game, only spoiled by the repetitiveness of it's gameplay and the new voices of the characters. LEGO Jurassic World ain't the brightest game of the IP but it's not the worst either.- JeuxActu

Minecraft Dungeons feels like a Diablo but for kids, as it's pretty easy, but sadly, it lacks substance to really shine, as one can beat it in 5 hours. We would have loved to be able de build or destroy blocks.- JeuxActu

Fe offers a great journey in an enchanted world with a great artistic look and the total freedom to explore the surroundings. On the other hand, the gameplay mechanics quickly become boring and the absolute lack of any challenge may pose a problem to some gamers.- JeuxActu

If you didn't have the chance to play Hyrule Warriors and if you love musou games, then go for this 3DS version. It gathers everything that worked on Wii U and even adds new features and new content. You will need a New 3DS to enjoy it fully though.- JeuxActu

If it's clearly imperfect on many levels, No Straight Roads still manages to make us happy with its clever use of music and its colorful world.- JeuxActu

Inazuma Eleven 3 : Team Ogre Attacks wouldn't have been so unsurprising if it had been released in September with the two other versions. Now, we can only stress the lack of new features of this third game, which gives us the very same gameplay than Bomb Blast and Lightning Bolt. For the biggest fans only.- JeuxActu

With Isle of Man TT Ride on The Edge 2, Kylotonn proves that we can finally look away from Milestone to get a good bike game. A must-have for all the fans of road racing, and fast racing games in general.- JeuxActu

Unhealthy, gloomy and scary, Scorn pours into true horror. Not the "good-natured" one of classic survival horror and easy jumpscares, but the one that grips the guts and really makes you feel uncomfortable. His sticky and visceral universe, inspired by the works of H.R. Giger and Zdzisław Beksiński, offers us a nightmarish biomechanical vision. In fact, with regard to the atmosphere, Scorn is a bit Agony in success.- JeuxActu

Ghost Recon Wildlands is a very good open world co-op game (that can be played in solo), with loads of content. On the other hand, it feels quite like any other Ubisoft open world game and lacks a bit in personality.- JeuxActu

Magrunner: Dark Pulse may be a modest game, but it's a nice game nevertheless. In spite of a story which doesn't really matter and a "Chtulhu touch" underused, Magrunner does well with his gameplay and it's enough to give us some good moments. And forgive the weakness of the last part of the game.- JeuxActu

Ten years after Super Meat Boy, SMB Forever has the merit to try something new and yes, maybe surprising. Unfortunately, the switch from a classic platform game to an autorunner risks leaving a lot of fans behind. But the game absolutely does not sink into mediocrity despite its few flaws.- JeuxActu

Mother Russia Bleeds is a nice first down for Le Cartel Studio, but not yet a masterpiece because of some bugs, a very changing difficulty and too much big pixels that make it kind of hard to see things. The game is saved by its cliché Russian setting and a very good OST.- JeuxActu

EA Sports went serious with EA Sports UFC. Beyond the awesomeness of it's graphics, the game impresses by its gameplay even if the casual gamer might get frightened after the tutorial. For a first try, this IP hits the top in spite of some drawbacks like an online multiplayer that needs work or the career mod which is quite repetitive and at last some hits that lack a true impact. On that last matter we have to say it's weird from a game as violent and brutal as EA Sports UFC.- JeuxActu

After completing the first episode of this Bioshock Infinite: Burial at Sea, it clearly appears that mixing Bioshock and Bioshock Infinite universes was a very good idea indeed, and maybe the best reason for a solo DLC. Going through Rapture is a true joy, and the meeting with Elizabeth as a pin-up is great. The gameplay, the art direction and the scenario are still very interesting. The only drawback are the two hours of play sold for 15€. You should go for the Season Pack!- JeuxActu

Beyond: Two Souls is really difficult to judge with the usual tools because it’s such an unusual game. Let’s say that this one manages to impressively overcome its faults to deliver a truly unique experience. Gameplay in Beyond is only a way to include you, to make you participate to this emotional journey and to make you touch the heart of the game, its masterpiece: the story and all the narrative aspect that comes with it. The kind of game you remember for a long time.- JeuxActu
