LEGO The Incredibles is satisfying, although I can’t say that it’s as good as some of the other games that came from the same developers. In any case, the price difference might be small enough to be subjective. If you love the Incredibles and Lego, then getting this game is a no-brainer.- Softpedia

The overly simplified, fluid combat system, along with the level design make Dead Cells an approachable platformer even for those who don't especially like this genre. It's one of Twin Motion's great achievements: making a platformer that is both addictive and pleasant, but above all else it can be enjoyed by a very large audience. If you haven't yet picked up Dead Cells, even if you're not into roguelike platformers, I strongly recommend getting it since it's one of the best of its kind.- Softpedia

Despite the fact that I’m not a big fan of the Adventure Time series, I enjoyed the game. It has some flaws, and there is way too much grinding, but it’s a nice change from what we usually play. If you enjoy some witty conversations and a little bit of mindless gameplay, then you should give Adventure Time Pirates of the Enchiridion a try.- Softpedia

If you've played any of Wadjet Eye's games, you're probably used to the pixel art and the low resolution, but Unavowed is an exception since it has twice the resolution of a typical game released by the studio. Moreover, the jazzy and blues accords perfectly fit the supernatural theme and the New York City landscapes. Also, once again, the voice acting is top-notch, but wouldn't even expect less from Wadjet Eye.- Softpedia

For what is worth, The Banners Saga 3 is a fitting end for a great adventure that's meant to highlight the qualities and downsides of the human spirit: sacrifice, love, heroism, friendship vs. malice, hate, thirst for power, cowardice. The story and the objective in The Banner Saga 3 doesn't change, it only becomes bleaker and more intense. On top of that, the sense of hopelessness and despair is present now more than ever, making The Banner Saga 3 a journey full of angst and melancholy.- Softpedia

Warhammer is the sort of universe that fits well with 4X games, and I wish there were more of it. Even if I never played the board game version, I was still able to enjoy it. And let’s not forget that it’s well optimized and has low system requirements, so it should be ideal to play on slower hardware, such as laptops, for example.- Softpedia

Supported by an enticing story and shocking, gory scenes, Gray Dawn ticks all the right boxes to be categorized as a true psychological thriller. The feeling of anxiety and dread is masterfully instilled throughout the game without making use of any elements of the horror genre. The only downside to the formula adopted by Interactive Stone is that they have clearly exaggerated with the religious iconography. Apart from that, and a few design issues, Gray Dawn is a short but deep immersion into the human subconscious, an exposition of the endless battle between good and evil.- Softpedia

Even if you're playing this after you’ve seen the movie, it’s still bad. It’s even worse if you’re playing the game without knowing the context. The coolest effects are the flashlights and the bullet tracing, but the awe stops there. The textures are rather bland, the levels don’t have all that much detail, and the characters animations, for the protagonist and enemies, are almost at a minimum. When you put all of it together, you’re left with something that’s just there, with decent visuals and not much else. The sound department doesn’t help either. The only redeeming quality if the voice and the interactions with the drone, but they are few and far in between.- Softpedia

All in all, I think that Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr should provide more than a satisfactory experience. The enticing story and solid characters are definitely the main highlights of Omensight, so if you're looking for a game that has both, Spearhead Games' new title will deliver. If you plan on getting into The Seven Deadly Sins, I believe you'll be better off watching the anime series and that's it. Curse of Osiris feels more like a cash grab rather than a true expansion. It most certainly does nothing to stop the fanbase of players from leaving the game in favor of other titles. There is simply not enough content to improve the base game to the point that would keep players engaged for a longer time. The uninteresting campaign story and unexciting end game activities that rarely offer any challenge, makes Curse of Osiris a really weak expansion. Middle-earth: Shadow of War is definitely an improvement over the previous title, and it would have been much better without the loot boxes. While it can be argued that it makes life a little bit easier for people that don’t have time to invest in the game, it ultimately detracts from the goal and that it to be fun. On the other hand, the loot boxes won’t stop me from replaying this game at least one more time, and to go through all of the expansions. Forza Motorsport 7 is a yuuge game, and by that, I mean that it’s massive, and by massive I mean gigantic. You get the picture. I can’t really picture myself playing it for less than half a year. With so many races in single player, with the multiplayer choices, and the option to build your own races, people are going to have this game installed for a long time. I can’t speak about replayability because you’re not going to uninstall it anytime soon. People are going to play it over and over again, with no end in sight. Surprisingly, the goal of Forza Motorsport 7 is not to win but to get credits to buy cars. Although Destiny 2 requires quite a lot of grinding, the whole process doesn't really feel like a chore since there are so many varied activities that you'll rarely do the same thing twice in a month (unless it's a weekly activity, or you really want to). Fortified is a solid mix of tower defense and action third-person shooting. Its design may not be all that original, but its execution is great and should entertain you, as well as your friends, via the cooperative mode.- Softpedia

Rise of the Tomb Raider successfully reiterates the success of its predecessor by updating and upgrading quite a few different things, like combat, crafting, or RPG mechanics, while improving the environmental design and the general flow of the campaign. There are very few downsides, and no matter if you were a longtime fan or not, you can have plenty of intense fun with Lara’s latest adventures.- Softpedia

Po and the rest of the cast might be interesting initially, but those who love the genre in itself probably already have access to a Wii U and Super Smash Bros, with its larger cast and more polished core mechanics.- Softpedia

Sebastien Loeb Rally Evo is a game about mud, traction, frustration, snow, barriers, time warping and frustration, the kind of racing experience that a lot of players will decide is much too hard to master to be fun at any point.- Softpedia

Steve Jackson's Sorcery! loves to surprise players and to thwart their expectations about fantasy worlds, creating tension by making sure that the player is always looking for that out-of-place detail or conversation line that will help him decide how to best solve a situation.- Softpedia

Cobalt is an instant classic for side-scrolling brawlers. The combat is varied and addictive, the mechanics sufficiently complex to satisfy dedicated players, and the competitive modes can entertain all sorts of fans. Throw in the pretty fun story mode as well as the support for the Steam Workshop, through which players can devise their own maps, and you have a great investment.- Softpedia

Gameplay is as captivating as ever, and the couple of improvements manage to fit quite well into the established recipe. However, there are some noticeable downsides relating to the voice “acting” not to mention the design of some specific stages that feel rushed or confusing.- Softpedia

Bombshell is a relatively decent twin-stick shooter. It most certainly isn’t an action role-playing game, like its marketing claims. It’s also weighed down by its shoddy story delivery and by its tedious stages.- Softpedia

AIPD provides a solid twin-stick shooter experience, with plenty of variety thanks to the customization elements for your ship, the gameplay, or the mode. Fun in small doses in single-player and adequately chaotic when more people are involved, you can’t go wrong with this indie title.- Softpedia

Life Is Strange is an imperfect video game and the actual mechanics of playing it, including the time rewind, can become annoying of frustrating, especially when the development team tries to borrow from another genre. But the game makes it easy to create a connection with Max and to care about her choices and trials, a rare feat, and that means any fan of narrative-driven experiences should try it out to see how he deals with the feelings of the protagonist and the impact they have on Arcadia Bay.- Softpedia

Gemini: Heroes Reborn is a pretty compelling first-person adventure that manages to borrow from bigger titles like BioShock, Mirror’s Edge, or PsiOps to deliver a mix that can delight gamers in general, not just fans of the Heroes universe. Its adventure isn’t the lengthiest, and the replayability factor isn’t all that great, but you’ll certainly enjoy bending time and flinging objects with your mind in this title.- Softpedia

Tharsis offers some interesting mechanics, a story with little innovation but plenty of space for the player to create his narrative, and a lot of replayability, but all of that comes at a price: the difficulty level that can make players abandon the title before they see everything it has to offer.- Softpedia

Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen for the PC delivers a compelling RPG experience with great combat mechanics and a varied world to explore. It can be quite tough if you’re trying to speed through the main quest, but patient players who complete side quests and gear up their character, as well as their Pawns, will find plenty of things to enjoy in Capcom’s RPG.- Softpedia

Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India is a good but still not great entry in the Chronicles trilogy. While it does manage to make a few improvements over China, the initial entry, it’s still weighed down by problems like the clunky combat, the somewhat erratic AI, or sections that require a lot of trial and error to complete in the best way possible.- Softpedia
