This year’s mastery of the Frostbite engine offers an impressive visual experience with players represented close to reality. Visually and audibly its a success. In the end, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II is a firm and safe step. Ninja Theory kept things simple and honored their own idea of creating a sequel for fans of the first game, not someone else. As a work with an indie essence and AAA production values, it fulfills its purpose, and although its flaws and limitations are evident, they do not diminish its concept and the strong potential it has to generate emotions, demonstrating that the medium can take other paths beyond the traditional. Yes, Hellblade II is more than a video game, it is a great audiovisual experience that does not betray itself; a work that deserves your time and your feelings.- LevelUp

Detroit: Become Human is a design achievement in which every choice you make matters. The narrative evolves with ease, with great rhythm and without ridiculous situations. This is a game that we can recommend, whether or not you are fond of classic science fiction. We are sure that you will spend entire evenings talking to other players about the decisions they made and how they affected the world around them.- LevelUp

Doom Eternal is one of the best FPS that exists today. We can even say that it far exceeds the original. However, not everything shines with the same intensity; the story is confusing and unnecessary, the platform sections are tedious, the new visual identity is generic. In general, you can notice a change of direction towards a game as a service for the wrong reasons. Doom Eternal finds himself caught in the eternal conflict of finding his own identity.- LevelUp

Monster Hunter Generations may not be a direct sequel to the Monster Hunter series, but it serves as a celebration to all the hunters that started with the series 10 years ago instead. The complexity of the game is still there, the gigantic monsters too, but the new mechanics are the main attraction of this portable title that looks amazing on a brand new 3DS. In the end, fans of the hunting video game category will feel grateful that Capcom keeps doing great Monster Hunter Games.- LevelUp

We were pleasantly surprised by Borderlands 4. It's a game that managed to hook us for weeks during the process of writing this review, and we know we'll continue to clean up loose ends and experiment with the rest of the characters. However, the technical issues raise some alarm bells that we hope are just that. For better or worse, the reality is that it's more Borderlands. We don't mean that as a necessarily negative thing; after all, its value as the game that popularized looter shooters is impossible to deny. What we mean is that if you're the type who didn't enjoy the loop of the previous games, we don't expect this title to change your mind.- LevelUp

EA Sports FC 25 marks a turning point for the better in the renewed football franchise. Of course, it carries some vices from the past, but it is far from those disastrous moments or those that showed a lack of interest among followers of this type of games. We can say that the foundation is being built for a total football experience that satisfies casual and demanding players and that is saying a lot, as it breaks with the mediocre period of recent years. We are sure that this year's installment will have more fun for you and that you will scream with emotion for each goal as if it were real, so, believe it or not, there are more good ones than bad ones this year. Happy start to the football season.- LevelUp

Mario Party Superstars is a clear example that you don’t have to repair something that is not broken. Its a trip back to the Nintendo 64 era and the early years of the GameCube, that is, the time when Mario Party was most relevant.- LevelUp

NBA 2K25 shows that Visual Concepts has not stagnated in its comfort zone and the goal remains to grow, test new technologies and offer the greatest amount of content in a sports game. In terms of gameplay, new systems and experience customization, this year's installment is on another level and can easily look over its shoulder at other IPs. NBA 2K25 still offers a lot for the traditional gamer and the enthusiast. Now that the generation gap has become larger, we can say that NBA 2K25 is, truly, the first game of this Next-Gen that we have owed so much and that is enough to get lost in the court no matter what is happening around.- LevelUp

Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven is a fantastic JRPG and I hope this is the opportunity for it to connect with more people. SaGa is a series whose experimentation makes it have very high good moments, but extremely difficult to digest bad moments and Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven is one of the highest points it has hit and becomes the best way for anyone to try this series for the first time.- LevelUp
