Double Dragon Gaiden is a fantastic trip down memory lane. The pixelated art style has a wonderful art style. Moreover, the audio is loud and crass. As such, if you adore old-school beat 'em up games, you will fall for its dated charms. My only complaint is the mindless nature of the action is shallow and repetitive.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind is exactly what it sets out to be; a fun and nostalgic trip down memory lane. Stunning pixel art visuals, fun and engaging combat and a killer soundtrack will make fans of the series long for more. Sadly, some players will not feel as challenged as they’d like to be in gameplay, along with tedious frustrating moments found in the super scaler levels. A simple plot and repetitive voice work don’t do the game any favours either, but overall, if you love the Power Rangers and arcade games, you’ll find room in your heart for this one. A nostalgic trip!

There’s a meditative quality in browsing the shop, weighing risks, and setting up the perfect formation that scratches an itch few games do. Maybe Knightica could carve out a larger niche for itself. For now, it’s a refreshing, strategic spin on the roguelite formula that’s worth keeping an eye on.

For someone who was brand new in many ways to this genre, I found SMTV enthralling in its deep and meaningful story, its superb cast of characters and its beautiful, yet haunting environments. However, I struggled at times to grasp its unforgiving combat. To sum up, this type of game and gameplay is certainly not for everyone, but for fans of the series, it’s the formula you know and love with wonderful new additions. Quality of life improvements help polish an already well-rounded game. Beautiful art style and a heart racing soundtrack complement the game to make a wonderful package for both returning players and newcomers like me. See you in the desert!

I love these types of games, simulation games that also can be considered to play like a sandbox game too! It’s got career mode to get you understanding and also learning how to play. Then you have the chance to just build up your farm the way you like. This is such a wonderful game that really is great for kids and adults. It is so much fun to play with a group of people, friends or family and even by one’s self. Nevertheless, you can do so much with the many options to play. For example, the multiplayer choice gives you an option to play separate games to compete with 2-4 others. Though it wasn’t perfect, there is no denying that I loved Moo Lander. Its blend of exploration, combat and RPG elements was fantastic. Sadly, the controls weren’t as accurate as I’d have liked, but this is a minor thing. If you love multiplayer games, you’ll adore what is on offer. Alongside this, the story mode is excellent thanks to its amusing plot, badass cows, and eclectic blend of aliens. Unsurprisingly, I recommend you to buy it here! Overall, Alien: Rogue Incursion Evolved Edition felt to be a strong attempt, and in many aspects, succeeds well in moving from VR to non-VR. If you’re coming into it without having played the VR version, it ought to feel like a solid Alien first-person shooter / horror experience: plenty of atmosphere, dread, decent combat, improved visuals, and tighter controls. Somber Echoes succeeds, for the most part, in crafting a unique tale of sci fi horror and mythology. A captivating story, a great movement system and solid combat will satisfy fans of the Metroidvania genre and keep them coming back for more with multiple endings to unlock. In closing, Silent Hope is a excellent, Etrian Odyssey-styled dungeon crawler with a great story, lots of things to do at base camp, and randomly-generated dungeon layouts. That being said, the music was a bit forgettable, and only the title theme and the first dungeon theme stuck out to me on a first listen to. Also, there can sometimes be a bit too much to do in the base camp at one time, which leads to a sense of feeling overwhelmed. NEScape is a fun but challenging puzzle experience. Relive the NES era and tax your brain. Sadly, a lack of detail and a ticking clock will test your patience. However, once you understand the fundamentals, you'll cherish this rewarding experience.

Just Crow Things is a juvenile and amusing adventure title. Can you explore each bizarre location and upset every Hooman? The action is silly, addictive, and downright stupid. However, I loved every immature moment. The only negative is the repetitive gameplay.

Duskpunk provides an engaging experience for those who enjoy decision-based story games. Strategy is still an important factor on how you play this game, but it’s all worth it to experience this game’s rich story. Take this with a grain of salt as I had been reviewing the demo of Duskpunk, so I am unaware of what’s to come after a certain point.

Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii successfully marries the core elements of the Yakuza series with a captivating pirate theme. For newcomers and seasoned fans alike, it offers a compelling adventure that is both familiar and refreshingly new. As someone who had not fully embraced the series before, this instalment provided an accessible and enjoyable entry point, solidifying its place as a standout title in my gaming experience. Its blend of engaging combat, diverse side activities, and a vibrant setting make it a noteworthy addition to the franchise.

Highwater is an incredible adventure title that doesn't break the mould. However, the chilling parody to our future existence will rock you to the core. Furthermore, the cruel social divide and the post-apocalyptic world are horrific. As such, this is a dark and tough-to-swallow title.

Serious Sam: Tormental is a great take of the rogue-like twin-stick-shooter genre. The theme of Serious Sam fits perfectly with this gameplay type. The dialogue is funny and the game is very addictive to play. If you played rogue-likes like Enter The Gungeon before, I believe you will love Serious Sam: Tormental.

Horizon Chase Turbo is a fantastic throwback to the arcade racing games of the 90s. The gameplay is a great mixture of easy to learn but hard to master, and the different game modes provide you with enough variation to keep you entertained for hours. The graphical presentation of the game captures the retro aesthetic immensely, with OST matching its themes magnificently. If you are looking for a racing game you can sit back and enjoy, then this is one worth picking up.

PowerWash Simulator is a fantastic and oddly satisfying real-to-life title. With many areas to clean, plenty of cash to earn, and new equipment to buy, you are spoilt for choice. Sadly, though, the action is a little repetitive and some minor tweaks will resolve this problem.

The upgrades are wild, the action is nonstop, and the laughter is inevitable. It’s messy, chaotic, and more about vibes than polish. And honestly? That’s what makes it great. At its core, Guntouchables is just pure, dumb fun, and that’s exactly what it wants to be.
