WILL: Follow the Light is an interesting debut game from the studio. However, it is too short and this was frustrating. If you can overlook this issue, you'll enjoy the puzzles, the vehicles, and the excellent voiceover and segments of lore.

Tour De France 2026 is a real mixed bag of some great moments, coupled with truly frustrating times. A great amount of content and ultra realistic gameplay will satisfy the hardcore lovers of the series. For newcomers, the brutal learning difficulty may be too off-putting. Add in uneven visuals, erratic AI and a wonky sound design and fans may come away feeling disappointed. If you can weather the storm, there are some rewarding moments! Back to the practice grid!

All in all, Goblin Company has the foundations of a fun multiplayer experience, but I wonder if it has the depth to go the distance. If the bugs and lag can be patched out, it will at lest get its chance to show us either way.

I personally would recommend Monster Crown: Sin Eater to fans of Pokémon. Would I recommend it over Pokémon? Absolutely not. It does still feel like “a poor man’s Pokémon” or a fan made Pokémon ROM hack at best. However, I still had a good time playing. I really enjoyed encountering all the different Monsters and crafting a team of 8 really cool looking ones, and I still haven’t even seen all the possibilities. Even my partner, someone who is not as big of a Pokémon fan as I am, expressed interest in trying it out. I’m excited to see where the story goes next and what else the Crown Nation holds for me to discover. Overall, its a good game in my books!

Crushed In Time's story and gameplay are both unique, but it never knows quite what to do with it. It throws so many things at the wall, and a few too many don't stick.

Overall, this game is definitely worth a play, especially if you’re into short gaming sessions. I imagine playing it for longer than an hour in one sitting could send you into a bit of a trance.Even if you’re not into bullet hell games, you should give this one a go, even if it’s just for the soundtrack alone. For everything mentioned above, it should definitely be put on your radar. For just £17.99, it’s a must-have.

Elementallis is a nostalgia-infused experience that has Zelda vibes. There are interesting mechanics, a fine plot, and plenty of unique abilities and biomes. As such, it offers plenty of depth.

Death by Scrolling is at its best when you’re learning its systems and adapting to the constant pressure of its central mechanic. After that – well, it just feels a bit like Purgatory.

As a whole, Tavern Talk Dreamwalker creates a serene environment for you to return to when the real world becomes too much, as it often can. It’s world is relatively well fleshed out, its minigames satisfying and its characters intriguing, but it can suffer from some, at times, convoluted and a bit too densely packed dialogue. For visual novel fans and fans of the original Tavern Talk, it will be what they love and more, and for newcomers it’s a great introduction to the genre.

The overall the game is pretty enjoyable and it is a perfect game for dropping in and out sessions, such as if you were on the bus or on a break at work. I think could quite easily burn hours on this game and get hooked on trying to satisfy every hungry customer. The only drawback I could find with playing this game was the soundtrack. It was so monotonous. It’s essentially three chords on a ukulele on repeat over and over again, and it’s about as pleasurable as putting a cactus in your ear, but for the price tag of £11.69 you can’t really complain. Due to these reasons I would give this a 5.5 out of 10, so, if you’re in need of a quick boredom buster definitely give this game a go.

While undeniably rough around the edges, Letter Lost blends together a work simulator, a puzzle game, and a cosmic horror story and manages to make them all enjoyable. The puzzles just keep on coming, even as the letters keep piling up.

Smash it Wild: Tactical Volleyball Roguelike cuts a unique path in a well-trodden genre. It offers plenty tactical nuance, interesting battles, and character development. Although I disliked the UI, the action was fun.

Dungeon Clawler is a unique take on this much-loved genre. If you love Slay the Spire, you'll enjoy this indie experience. It has plenty of RNG gameplay and a classic claw-grabbing mechanic. I adore the interesting and unusual approach, but it can be infuriating.

Arms of God is a familiar auto-shooter arena experience. However, it keeps things fresh with its upgrade system, weapons, and minor base-building mechanics. I loved the brutality, the darkness, and the sense of dread. [Early Access Score = 80]

IO Interactive already had a glowing reputation with their work on the Hitman franchise and now, they’re reaping the rewards with 007 First Light. A brilliant, heartfelt and action packed James Bond story coupled with stunning visuals, gripping gameplay and a killer soundtrack. Add in a masterful effort in voice acting and you have the modern day quintessential James Bond game. I cannot wait to see where these developers take 007 next. James Bond is back!

Even though the majority of hours spent on Greenhearth Necromancer will be it running in the background waiting for either cards to refresh, or for your plants to grow, the time you will spend actually playing the game will be worth the long wait. Whether it's casting spells, bringing flowers back from the dead, or building relationships with neighbors, there's always something to do in the lively Greenhearth community.

Chainstaff is a cruel and challenging side-scroller that has a brilliant retro edge. It is gory, tough, and wonderfully dated. However, the controls are a little clunky and the story is somewhat cheesy. Yet, if you can overlook these issues, you'll love every moment.

To try and put into words what Supergiant Games have achieved with Hades 2 is no easy matter. This is an astonishing sequel which continues the wonderful narrative from the first game with an equally explosive and emotional tale. Improving and polishing an already perfect combat roguelite system is something I thought impossible. Gorgeous visuals and a thrilling soundtrack round this off as a truly legendary game. This is the quintessential roguelite experience in video games! It’s about time Supergiant games are called what they are, gods of the video gaming space. Bravo!

Overall though, Reptilian Rising isn’t the worst game out there. I’d argue it has more positives than negatives and receives a decent score in my books. Sure, it may not compare to the popular tactical strategy turn based games out there. I’m aware of this even as generally not the biggest fan of the genre. Improvements can be made. I’m not a fan of the comedy, but outside of that, I think the game has a charm to it. It almost feels like a hidden gem. In fact, at the time of writing, there are less than 10 reviews on its Steam page. At the very least, I hope Reptilian Rising gets more recognition. Reviews are probably the best way for developers to hear from their player base and improve their games. With more reviews, the developers can have a better idea of what is and is not working here.

It's not often that gaming companies can produce three excellent games within such a short amount of time, but Capcom managed to release three in less than two months, with PRAGMATA being the latest from the Japanese Studio. A unique sci-fi with innovative combat and a special bond between two very lovable characters, which combined make for an enjoyable and unique experience.

FROGGY HATES SNOW is a charming, addictive, and fun froggy adventure. You'll need to balance heat, snow, and an array of abilities as you explore different arenas and find every secret. Although it is a little repetitive, I enjoyed every minute.

Overall, Demon Lord: Just a Block is certainly not just a block. It’s a fun roguelite action game with tile-based gameplay. It has all the best things I love in roguelites with pleasantly surprising strategic twist that goes beyond just running in and hacking away (though you certainly still can). I adored the whimsical art style. I enjoyed testing out different builds, abilities and weapons. Combat felt smooth with a blend of strategy and action. This is certainly one I plan on coming back to and is easily one of my favorites of the game’s I’ve reviewed. I happily recommend giving this one a consideration, especially for anyone with a Steam Deck.
