WILL: Follow the Light is an interesting debut game from the studio. However, it is too short and this was frustrating. If you can overlook this issue, you'll enjoy the puzzles, the vehicles, and the excellent voiceover and segments of lore.

There is a lot to love about WILL: Follow The Light; Tomorrowhead’s debut game. The varied gameplay is very interesting, and the visuals and sound are top-notch. I do think pacing is a problem in some places though, and the story is slightly at fault for this, failing to deliver what is promised.

There are moments that feel very cinematic, where the atmosphere is thick and the journey truly feels entertaining, but there are a few too many things that get in the way of its lofty ambitions. As mentioned earlier, it also feels a bit too often like an at times flashy tech demo, but on the other hand, that can also be quite a significant advantage in a linear experience like this.
