Except for the possibility of wandering around Westeros and meeting some prominent personalities of the continent, Game of Thrones Kingsroad is a title with mediocre gameplay and a not very virtuous monetization system, which pushes the player to spend more and more in order to advance and obtain advantages that are otherwise inaccessible. Unless you are a die-hard fan of the series, there are very few reasons to even try the production signed by NetMarble, given that the market is full of much more valid alternatives.- Everyeye.it

Unlike the first chapter, Lovecraft's Untold Stories 2 does not hit the mark, but in contrast it represents a clear step back in many respects. Its only real strength is represented by the artistic direction, which, abandoning the pixel art of the progenitor, preferred to adopt a cleaner design inspired by comic books. Overall, the title turned out to be somewhat unsatisfactory: once the adventure began, you are immediately catapulted into history without a real guide, while the combat system appears slow and clumsy, also due to woody animations. To this already unfortunate situation must be added some rather unbalanced enemies, numerous bugs that compromise the experience, an isometric view that sometimes makes you turn up your nose and, last but not least, the unexpected removal of the cooperative mode promised to the public during the development. At present, Lovecraft's Untold Stories 2 appears to be far from being able to be a playable experience that can be promoted.- Everyeye.it

After the disastrous Super Neptunia RPG packaged in 2019 by Artisan Studios, we harbored the sincere fear of finding another title that is poor in every respect in our hands. The Japanese developer Compile Heart has instead taken over the reins of its flagship franchise, and although Neptunia Virtual Stars lends its side to several critical issues, the result is all in all enjoyable. The gameplay and the balance of the difficulty should be revised, but overall the spin-off manages to effectively carry out its duty, which is to entertain historical fans of the saw and fans of virtual YouTubers.- Everyeye.it

The resurrection of a saga that already failed to win the hearts of players twenty years ago turns out to be a bit empty, like the coffin that Grave carries on his shoulders: the developers of Iggymob offer an extremely simple experience through a shooter third-person shooter with basic mechanics, fixated on repeating shooting to mow down wave after wave of helpless enemies. The long and always identical corridors that form the backdrop to the carnage of the resurrected gunslinger frame an all too meager playful recipe, weakened by a spartan technical realization and by a basic repetitiveness that is revealed within a few hours. The artistic direction of Yasuhiro Nightow is evident in a character design very close to the lines admired in Trigun, but it is not enough to elevate what remains an unambitious product.- Everyeye.it

Can Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 be considered an expansion sold at full price? In part yes, and this element inevitably affects the vote, like the questionable single campaign. At the same time, however, it is impossible to pretend nothing has happened: the multiplayer component is the most fun to play in recent years and includes a pack of maps much loved by fans. Unless you buy COD just for the campaign and are willing to turn a blind eye to the lack of major innovations compared to last year, it is really difficult for you to be disappointed by the classic multiplayer of this chapter.- Everyeye.it

Star Wars Episode I: Jedi Power Battles is a good remaster of a title that has some structural flaws, some evident at the time of its release and others that have emerged over time. There is no point in hiding the problems: the camera management is antiquated, the controls far from the modern standard, the uncertainties in the registration of inputs and in the AI of the enemies are difficult to forgive (also because they were easily resolvable, with a fine work on the game code). On the other hand, however, we have a work of preservation of a much-loved classic in the world of Star Wars, which puts on the table a classic but modernized aesthetic, renewed textures, a nostalgic soundtrack and atmospheres that will surely thrill George Lucas fans. The replayability is high, while the local multiplayer and the additional modes (primarily the one-on-one one) add depth to the game. Recommended, but only for Star Wars fans!- Everyeye.it
