F1 2021 is a show from start to finish. The enormous number of game modes already available, added to the incorporation this year of the career mode for two players, its versatility when it comes to offering an experience for all types of users and the good game that comes out of the DualSense in the version of PS5 are its strongest points. The Braking Point story mode is a very interesting addition when it comes to offering different challenges, but it lacks some punch in narrative terms, I hope they do not abandon it and improve this facet for next year. However, we are facing a very solid team that takes great advantage of the new generation of consoles. Make you feel like a real F1 driver. Very complete, addictive and tremendously entertaining. Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin provides an incredibly accurate representation of the traditional combat mechanics through the lens of a Japanese turn based RPG, as well as some colorful, expressive, living characters that make up for a rather gimmicky plot. Legend of Mana will appeal to lovers of the classic RPG, the combats remain as they were and this is something as good as bad according to the eyes of those who look at it. The musical instrument creation system and monster hunting are very entertaining. However, its narrative is too messy, the artifact system can make you take more than one unnecessary lap, and its story ends up paying for it in terms of intensity and pace. Despite having a good number of improvements in the quality of life for the user such as quick saves or deactivating the combats, as a remaster it falls short compared to other works done with the saga.

Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 has in its favor the shortage of titles with similar characteristics on the market. Its accessibility and adaptability to any player is, by far, its greatest success. However, the progress that the saga showed with its predecessor in 2019 has been cut off, we are facing a less ambitious delivery than one might expect. The truth is that, without being completely upset, I expected a lot more from it, having left me somewhat indifferent. There are better alternatives in the genre, even within its own saga.

Total War: Rome Remastered is an interesting update of the 2004 classic. However, the improvements in the graphics can end up knowing little in some aspects such as animations and lighting effects on the battlefield. It has the official license that gives it access to all the official bikers and circuits but, above all, with a great job behind it that allows it to offer a pure and demanding simulation experience but that knows how to reward the player's effort. The package is surrounded by a technical section that gives lukewarm progress for the new generation and, above all, by the presence of that career mode that can become a real sink of hours. Paradise Lost is an interesting narrative adventure that captures the player's attention through familiar elements such as text and audio notes. However, his story is too reminiscent of others already seen if he has some baggage in the genre. The design of its scenarios and its artistic section stand out, its weakest point being the modeling and animations of human beings, although we rarely see them during the game. Lust From Beyond is a game that uses sex and nudity that take place on screen as a claim. Unfortunately, his proposal is completely inconsistent in the rest of its sections, being even disgusting in many of its segments. It is very difficult for me to be able to save the game elsewhere, and I honestly believe that if you have plans to get hold of it for the pretext of having an erotic adventure in your catalog, I am sure that you will find better options. An addictive title from start to finish, the combination of strategy with cards is tremendously rewarding both in terms of evolution and discovery of new classes of characters as well as buildings in our camp that add new layers of depth with each turn. Despite its simple appearance, behind Loop Hero is an original proposal that does not neglect its narrative section which is gaining in intensity and interest as we progress through the game. Destruction AllStars is a fun title that bets on chaos and destruction in a casual fast-paced bet. Its use of the DualSense gives a good clue of what is to come in the future on the platform and has a good grid in which to lose yourself trying possibilities and finding the heroes with whom you feel more comfortable. However, their proposal is limited and it may be that after a while there will not be too many incentives to stay in the game. I would have liked to see more synergies between the skills of drivers and cars, I think the team component loses a bit of meaning within the framework of a game like this. As a final consideration we must bear in mind that, due to its characteristics, it is a game that can be expanded and improved in the future, so we must be attentive to its progression and acceptance within the player community.

It is a title that to some extent is enjoyable and its limited duration of no more than 8-10 hours is a good endorsement if you are interested in giving it a try. However, you should not expect too much from its stealth system, the enemy AI is too scarce and the combats end up being repetitive and not very precise in its execution. On the positive side, I am left with the transformations in lupus or Crinos, especially the latter, as well as with the moments in which the program seems to want to do something different. The Medium manages to unite in a single game four elements that are not easy to find well integrated in a single title: it maintains a good narrative tension, telling a difficult story in an affordable way, and its soundtrack perfectly complements this narrative. Its aesthetic proposal gives a unique framework and, at the same time, complements the story. Finally, it properly integrates its playable mechanics within the product. Hitman 3 is the closing to a trilogy that has accompanied us for the last five years that risks little in its standard version. Some new gadgets such as the camera or the implementation of situations against the clock try to give a breath of fresh air to a delivery that cannot be removed from the seal of continuity. However, everything that has accompanied Agent 47 during these years is still there and lovers of the saga will appreciate it. Obviously the graphic update of previous games and the incorporation of VR mode on PlayStation is something that cannot be looked the other way. However, I would have appreciated a greater effort in narrative terms in this ending, perhaps the weakest point of the saga in these editions. In part, Cyberpunk 2077 is just what we expected: Night City is full of life, cruelty and the warning of a future where humanity has been corrupted in its principles, but at the same time with style. It is also a good RPG, but not one that breaks the mold or takes us to the next evolutionary jump of the medium, with a design sometimes simpler than it seems.

Beyond Light presents itself very much in the same fashion as the previous couple of Destiny 2 expansions: rough, but extremely lovable. No one can blame you for crying over your sunset Mountaintop or the inability to run the Menagerie, sure, but hey, there’s a bunch of really cool questlines ahead, a fantastic whole side drama for the Clovis Bray family and a really fun raid experience. So, at the end of the day, that’s just how Bungie makes content.

Fitness Boxing 2 is not a bad choice for players looking for a way to exercise on Nintendo Switch. You will sweat for sure, but there isn't a big improvement in this sequel and, beyond that, the training isn't as addictive as other similar approaches like Ring Fit Adventure.

Football Manager 21 may not look like a revolutionary entry, but the sum of its advancements, the new analytic tools, and the numerous improvements inside the match engine are enough to keep you hooked again for hundreds of hours.

NBA 2K21 on the court is a true showcase of the next generation of consoles, a leap of quality with the best sports gameplay ever in a game. But, off the court, it demonstrates everything that's been wrong with NBA 2K for the past years: a pay-to-win experience riddled with microtransactions that drowns what otherwise could be an excellent game.

Twin Mirror is another interesting experiment by Dontnod, committed to transferring its concerns about human and social issues through the medium, which on this occasion it does not achieve with such mastery due to a somewhat rushed development, but still continues to be fun and stimulating.

Godfall is arguably the most conformist looter of all. Perhaps fearing to fail where its predecessors failed, it passes by as a nay-sayer: ‘no’ to big cinematic stories, ‘no’ to huge sandbox environments, ‘no’ to… matchmaking? No visual customization? Why? That’s right, this one appeals to dedicated players, holding just about the bare minimum amount of features. Fancy graphics, deep progression, challenging combat. It’s fun, sure, but we’d wish Aperion was a much meatier world.

Chronos: Before the Ashes is a good action role-playing game, its proposal to gain age with each death is interesting, although it could have been explored in greater depth. Despite this, the adventure places the player on the razor's edge in each combat and knows how to accompany his exploration of good and original puzzles that are perfectly integrated into his design. Unfortunately, the game loses consistency during combats where its virtual origins may have ended up being too great a burden to get rid of. All in all, this is a recommended game for those who love souls challenges looking for a somewhat different experience.

A great JRPG you should play if you would like to live a great and classic adventure. Unfortunately, this edition is a graphic port from Nintendo Switch, so it doesn't shine like the original release.
