Expeditions: Rome has absolutely everything a good RPG needs to succeed. His narrative, rhythmic and interesting as if it were the best Rome’s Empire novel, immerses you fully in his story. Thanks to the system of morality of our companions and their different paths to travel, every decision matters. Turn-based combat is vibrant, vertical, and challenging, while camp and resource management, as well as the crafting system for new equipment, ensure that time flies. Alfred Hitchcock - Vertigo is a good reimagining of the 1958 celluloid classic. Packed with script twists and turns and creating a completely new story on the basis of the original, it can be blamed for at times extending longer than it should by discovering thus its weak points in the plot. Playable is scarce, it could well have the same plot and dialogues taken to the cinema or television and the result would have been the same. Artistically, it hits the ground running because of the modeling of the characters' faces and highly improvable facial animations. A narrative adventure that can please those looking only for a good plot that comes completely dubbed into Spanish.

Project Zero: Maiden of Black Water is a title that, at the time of its release, could already be considered outdated by market trends. However, that is where its charm lies, in maintaining a formula that has worked since its inception on PS2 and exposing Japanese terror as very few have achieved within the video game. This relaunch brings with it a handful of additions such as improving its rate of images per second, reducing loading times, new aesthetic content or the inclusion of photo mode. Although the original experience, hand in hand with the Wii U GamePad, is unrepeatable, the version analyzed on PS5 manages to correctly adapt its mechanics. Disciples: Liberation is a tactical RPG in which you will have to make many decisions that will lead to different endings. However, and despite being a very complete game in terms of mechanics and details, with a good number of dialogue options, its long duration ends up taking its toll. The overexposure of its mechanics of alliances with the different factions of the game and, above all, the little challenge that its fights end up supplying as soon as you focus on doing something other than its main campaign, weigh down too much the experience of a title that goes from more or less. It would be a total recommendation if they had focused more on creating a tactical challenge to match and less on filling in hours of gameplay in missions that often appear little contextualized for what CRPG lovers demand.

Back 4 Blood is one of those titles that is worth leaving permanently installed on your computer. Its shooting mechanics are tremendously entertaining, and it is always a pleasure to kill countless hordes of infected that do not give us rest. Despite having only two game modes, the card system and modifiers make it a very versatile experience both in its cooperative and competitive sections. You may end up missing a few more infected types, however, as you play, you will see that the subclass system gives more variety than it seems. With excellent performance on both consoles and PC, having cross-platform play ensures that there are always people ready to join you in its various scenarios. It remains to be seen how the title evolves over time, as Turtle Rock has confirmed that new DLCs will arrive, in which it will be enough for a single member of the group to have them to be enjoyed by all. However, Arkane has been very conservative in a proposal that I think could have given the player a little more freedom. Well cohesive in its mechanics, it is one point below the rest of the studio's games in the last decade in terms of level design, but it is enough to continue to be above the majority.
