Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli for PS2 is only a bad reflection from the PS3 version of the game. It lacks good visuals, more game modes and multiplayer options. Maybe, Ferrari's cars are very interesting in the real life, but not in this title.

Despite being the eighth expansion pack for The Sims 2, Apartment Life has really interesting features. Nice gameplay additions and the possibilty of creating apartment buildings are among it´s strongest virtues. But warning! Just for fans.

Electronic Arts invites us to live with pets in a videogame which features a high customization level, a good number of minigames and a decent use of the Nintendo DS technological possibilities. However, the game is so repetitive and simple than it could be only enjoyable by The Sims fans.

Ratchet & Clank: Quest for Booty is fresh and funny entertainment that the whole family can enjoy this summer. Insomniac Games achieved an action spectacle full of acrobatic jumps and simple puzzle solving. Three hours of adventures at its best for an adequate price.

Too Human turns itself too quickly into an entertainment of fast, reiterative and excessively easy consumption, but it also counts with some elements that save it from forgetfulness. Good music, simple action, pleasant treatment and a good personalisation of weapons and objects are among its virtues. However, other components such as the argument or the role part, designed to give the game its own personal touch, fail resoundingly.

Smash Court Tennis 3 actually fails in every section -graphical, gameplay, sound, control...- to fall in the absolute mediocrity. It´s difficult to recommend it even to the hardcores of that sport, maybe them will like it less than anybody else.

Gas Powered Games' latest release disappoints in its attempt to transfer the Siege Dungeon style to space. This is a video game that does not stand out for good or for bad in any particular aspect. The only elements that save it from mediocrity are the length and some good conceptual decisions. Unfortunately, Space Siege doesn´t have any depth to it, neither does it work as a role game or as an action game; turning quickly into a Hack and Slash shooter, repetitive and outlandish.

Light defeats darkness in Final Fantasy IV, an RPG game coming back to present in a new 3D visual way. It has the same epic story as ever but adds unknown intro scenes and an improved musical score to the challenging gameplay. If you are a Final Fantasy fan, then don't doubt. FFIV is an impressive adventure for the Nintendo DS hardcore gamer.

Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo´s Dungeon is a correct spin-off of the Final Fantasy series. The game is designed for the beginner players with few experience in these kind of games, but is focused for the followers of the franchise too. The dungeon system is a little repetitive but the job classes and the minigames help to offer a great mix of gameplay.

It is difficult to recommend Helboy Science of Evil to anyone. The common players will find serious difficulties in digesting such a non sense button smasher, whereas hardcore Hack and Slash users know that there are dozens of proposals superior in quality. The absence of argument and charisma in the characters will dislike even to the fans of Mignola´s work.

Supreme Commander had strengths to be one of the great RTS of the year in Xbox 360, however its optimization condemns it to the forgotten. Three long campaigns and innumerable multiplayer maps contribute to an excellent duration, and the well transferred controls to the pad of the console were elements that made us dream about a truly interesting proposal. Unfortunately the ridiculous rate of frames per second destroys any of its hypothetical virtues.

R-Type Tactics is an original and risky bet in the series with good results in this title. It's a game with an interesting offer although the experience is a little short and doesnt have a deep enough strategy. Technologically it has a good level with great possibilities, but the graphics are still anchored in the classic genre and we saw better sounds effects in last games on the PSP. A new and wonderful experience for many players but maybe a little disappointing for the followers of the franchise.

At last, Namco Bandai tells the legend behind Soul Calibur with a long and funny game which has also a bad approach due to an unlucky linear gameplay, very simple visuals and a dangerous lack of variety. Soulcalibur Legends isn't as good as its predecessors but it's still an enjoyable and interesting "beat 'em up" fighting game.

Trauma Center: New Blood is a good solution to enlarge the life of the wiimote as a scalpel, but also an interesting option for people looking for a way to play doctors in Wii.

Manhunt 2, rather hesitant in delivering its ulterior motif, is monstrously violent, extremely gory and smashingly bold when it comes to moral values. Suffering from procrastination along with other external factors, it manages to come to the spot and attract our attention, with much to yearn technically. Yet in terms of controversy, as the game intended when it started, success is the word. It is, so far, one of the most violent game in PS2 lines.

Dementium: The Ward has an amazing atmosphere, a necessary game in the lineup of the Nintendo DS. The visuals are notable but with some problems in the playability. The first steps with the game give us good impressions but later the game shows a repetitive way, an annoying save system and a strange gameplay mechanic.. A great game mixture of FPS and survival horror.

The last game in the Phoenix Wright's trilogy gives us the opportunity to discover five new cases in a very conservative title that lacks any other kind of innovations. It's basically an expansion from the original Phoenix Wright videogame, but it's also a great time to discover the past about the lawyer and his mentor, Mia Fey.

Naruto Shippuden: Ninja Council 4 didn´t improve anything and it has the same problems of the last games. It has a serious lack of the game modes, only story and multiplayer, with a repetitive action. Also we need to see the problems with the desperate control. A game only recommended for true Naruto´s fans.
