    Start of season 1 we see the developers true colours, Huge game breaking nerfs across the board to almost everything. Playing the base game (only relased 6 weeks ago) is now a massive chore, "So why not buy a pass for our new season!" Poorly thought through, text book manipulation of your customer base. I wont forget this Blizzard / Activision. Campfire chat was justification and aStart of season 1 we see the developers true colours, Huge game breaking nerfs across the board to almost everything.     Despite having some moderate amount of "fun" during the beta, the full game turned out exactly as i predicted based on my experience with how modern Blizzard does video games - a polished turd. They baited the public, then balanced every last drop of fun from the game and turned it into a tedious, and ultimately pointless rat maza grind.

    I paid 150$ for the ultimate edition and the game is completely unplayable since the last patch dropped. My barb is so nerfed to the ground that the game became completely unenjoyable after investing countless hours. The developers are brain dead idiots who have no respect for our time and energy spent on the game.

I don’t know why I had to open new char without even completing the first one and doing same things again and again for the new season..     After the patch game and some animations got very slow, you can’t even kill basic mobs, feels like you are beating a wall.

    No good lots, not enought stashes, I spent time checking items more than I play game, so boring. I was very excited for the game and cross platform, they said would be better with the new season but all got worse.

    We get in dungeon and I don’t even see my char, in the end we don’t even see who dealt the most damage, killed most etc. game is so dull. It can be fixed but there will be no players left till they fix. I am so sorry. I will not do the same things again and again for nothing.    … Expand

    Had a hope blizzard is listening the community. But hopping for that was a mistake. Everyone knew the oblivious problems with the game and what should be fixed as soon as possible, and what they did in the first season? Basically nothing, or even worse. Deserved score.

    Horrible Game. The development team learned NOTHING from diablo3. Horrible gear balancing, does not scale with levels. horrible maps, same layout all the time with very little diversity. Horrible character builds, no choice in looks or appearance. Horrible game play, same thing all the time.     The looks of the game is amazing why I give it some score, but that is all. Not worth the money and you come to a game that really is just about running around without any end goal or guidens from the game developers.

    Pretty good mobile game. For some reason it sells on PC too, without any UI/UX rework, but with graphic bugs, MMO-wannabe mechanics and tons of monetization.

    Story is not bad, 3 point for this.

    I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a casual game of killing mobs of monsters for fun. I have bronchitis and was looking forward to playing a rogue again but the leveling hasn't made it very fun distraction. I finally got up to level 23 and it felt like I was still low level as I had to be careful with just the standard mobs of enemies as they level up with you. Unlocking newI wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a casual game of killing mobs of monsters for fun. Unlocking new skills isn't really exciting either. I forgot to level up multiple times as the skill s were very underwhelming to me. I had 4 skill points I used right before I quit and I felt like I was even less effective than before I used them.

    It also seems like they went backwards from Diablo 3 on many things. Diablo 3 was more dynamic in both characters and environment. Also I miss the console's inventory system. I think I'll play that instead of 4 the next time I feel like playing Diablo.    … Expand

    They complete destroyed the franchise with this game. The cinematics and scenery is fitting but that's about it. They give no player choice for playstyle despite what they have claimed over and over again. You cannot simply pick it up and play builds you make from within the game. Aspects are a terrible design choice and they are overly oppressive in terms of cost scarity and flat out design. You will need these aspects and put them onto rare pieces of gear to proceed in the game. Many of the good aspects are only random drops you would likely need to pay to extract, pay to place on a item, and then when you replace that item in the next 10 minutes you would need to find another aspect as you cant use the one you extracted more than once. Due to recent patch barb and sorc are unplayable. Necromancer the class pictured everywhere as a summoner is a class that does not work at all because minions are so terrible the ai on them is bad, they dont have colliders to block for you so enemies just walk past them and hit you. The ai is terrible for them. The damage is terrible for them. Necro only survives via bone spear build and that was recently nerfed as well. Blizzard has made it clear they don't care about making a fun game. Diablo 4 is just a battle pass and in game store receptacle to drain blizz simps of their money. They have no interest in making a fun/interesting game for the average person.… Expand

    Season One is super fun! Caged hearts mechanic is really gods/fun. Hopefully we can have them in the eternal realm. Cosmetics are good. Kudos to the design/illustrators team.

    Criei acesso ao metacritic somente para escrever essa avaliação. Infelizmente diablo 4 deixou a desejar em muitos aspecto. A começar para modo historia, no qual é nada divertidos, sem desafios, vc somente andar e jogo não tem evolução de game. Depois de fechar o jogo, você encontra grande muralha de ganhar XP eterno.     Não, eu sou pai de familia, trabalho e meu tempo deve ser valorizado. Eu não quero ter que começar novo personagem a cada 3 meses. Eu quero começar novo personagem quando eu achar que devo. Começou a nova temporada e não posso joga-la, pq tenho que fazer tudo novamente, sendo que com meu personagem principal eu nem terminei tudo. Logo, meu amigos começam novo personagem e já não conseguimos mais jogar juntos.
    E a empresa fazer diversos NERF, deixa o jogo ainda mais dificil de ganhar XP e sinceramente, tentei por 3 dias jogar o game, mas desanimei verdadeiramente.
    Logo, vou aposentar game nesse momento, jogar outras coisas e caso a empresa faça temporadas para munda real (não sei qual nome que ela usa, não me importa) volto a tentar jogar e conhecer as historias com meu rogue.
    Blizzard já foi grande empresa, hoje infelizmente não consegue evoluir.    … Expand

Total **** of epic proportions. There's a lot of us fans who could have contributed if Blizzard had the humility to hire us, but they constantly spit on those of us who know **** and hire grifters.     Very disappointed in this release. Graphics are cool, but the game goes nowhere. It is just the same experience throughout the game. Enemies never get easier as you gain experience. The most challenging part of the game is to mix up your weapons and abilities just to survive.Very very BAD STORY is not good and d4 is always lagged connection is not good and not good s1 is very ****

Selbst im unteren Lvl Bereich sollte wenigstens die Möglichkeit bestehen die Weltbesten items zu finden. Das würde wenigstens etwas motivieren. Ich will mein ein Charakter stetig ausbauen und Spass haben. Nicht immer wieder von neu anfangen. Blizzard kümmert sich um Dinge die Nutzlos sind anstatt das Spiel zu verbessern und auszubauen.     You want to make the game fresh and exciting with a new patch by giving us new content, not by having us rerun over the same territory. I haven't even played sorcerer yet and now it's pointless to do so at this point since it has been nerfed to death. That translate as less replay value.     The game is super grindy if you want to do a chore just go do yard work you will probably hate life just as much but you'll get something out of it! Season 1 ruined everything

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This is the 5th Diablo game including Diablo Immortal that came out a short while ago. I got to a reasonable level of 76 before the patch was implemented. I did enjoy the beginning of the game. The middle and towards the endgame was horrible. The main boss isn't even a prime evil. She felt more like a sub boss at best. Paragon isn't a true paragon. They should just call it max level 100. In previous titles, both D3 and Immortal, the paragon levels was separate and infinite. When you completed the season your paragon experience would transfer to your non seasonal characters. With the current play style, it's impossible. There's no pets which would make it easier to pick up gold for you. There's no set legendaries like there was in the previous 2 titles. The mount is as slow as my character. And for being an open world where they supposedly sold 10 million copies, the game always feels empty. The guild I was in no one ever talked, even though it was an option. And the people I ran with were just rude and only wanted to do the content they could do ( NM dungeons 50 ). When I was running into a real problem. I kept getting levels, but the lvls was not what I was needing. I was needing gear and aspects from legendaries which never dropped my entire playthrough. My advice for developers, if it ain't broke don't fix it. In other words reevaluate aspects of previous installments of the franchise (and not just D2) that made the game fun and work off of that.… Expand

There is no point in trying to get to lvl 100 when its that same thing over and over again. The game was too much and I know im not going to get my money back.     Beware not to be drawn in by the enticing first act; the game is fundamentally raw and bereft of substance. The open world is disappointingly sparse, and the monotony sets in swiftly as you explore and quest.

    The storyline is frankly stupid, with hollow characters that lack depth and intrigue. This 'new Diablo' is a disappointing offering from the contemporary Blizzard team.

    The difficulty curve is wildly inconsistent. Despite a level cap of 50, if you complete all quests in the first act and conquer all the dungeons on T2, you'll conclude the first act at around levels 40-45, creating a disconcerting imbalance.

    The loot system is nonsensical. At level 62, I'm still clinging onto legendaries from level 30+ due to their superior stats. Additionally, the first act leaves you almost fully equipped with legendary items, rendering the presence of white and blue items in the game meaningless.

    Post-game content is barren and monotonous, revolving solely around grinding for keys. Despite my efforts, T4 remains inaccessible, as I can't defeat the necessary boss. Yet, I've managed to clear 20 keys, each swarming with 70+ mobs, with surprising ease.

    However, credit must be given where it's due. Diablo 4 does offer an addictive gameplay loop, and there's potential for future improvement. My hope lies in the developers' ability to patch the existing bugs and inject more meaningful content. Once you have your "ancestral"-items for a working build, the only way to increase your power is through "unique items" that are randomly dropped. Yet, these "uniques" are sometimes so powerful that they can make or break your class and without them you will struggle significantly more with higher nightmare dungeons (which become the only endgame content - similar to greater rifts, just with objectives instead of a timer).

    The gameplay is basically a builder-spender rotation that rewards big pulls for most classes. Spenders hit really big while builders do pretty much nothing which feels very weird, especially for classes with very costly spenders. It still feely clunky when you compare the gameplay to Diablo 3 in the end stages, before sets and newly introduced uniques solved the problem. Therefore I give them the benefit of the doubt here and assume that they will introduce new items with following seasons to make gamplay much smoother.

    The game is ok. If you think about buying the game, I would recommend to wait until you can get it at a cheaper price since content is quite limited right now and the gamplay is still somewhat sluggish.    … Expand

    Now for the gameplay it seems to be the Devs don't understand how to create a game I really Dislike the fact that i can't play it offline.     Don't buy, its just another sad attempt to get your money, with scammy methods for the battlepass. Nerfs accross the board, for playtime increase, not for better gameplay, so that you buy more in their online shop.

    The last update has made the game unplayable. Do not even think of purchasing it until this is fixed. Certain classes are now unplayable and you can forget about soloing anything unless you have 5 hours to spend and like kiteing all the time. Absolutely terrible

    Never been so disappointed, as a huge fan for almost two decades, diablo2 is my one of my first games, love it and d2r even now. But now days, these so called new games, has completely lost sense about designing. Once the company made of people full of passion to game is gone, only money grabbing goblin and zzzq freaks remains.

Umm Uhh eh we did uh we did add the reset dungeon button uh back in. It does require that you're outside the dungeon and so there's kind of a loop there.

    There's a fair bit to like about Diablo IV — best-in-class sound design, intriguing character classes, fantastic graphics and occasionally addictive gameplay all feel like the series in its prime. However, even the best parts are let down by an undercurrent of frustrating design choices: the cynical inclusion of a Battle Pass, a bloated open world, repetitive mission structure and progression that too often feels meaningless cast a long shadow that let the latest Diablo title down. Future Seasons may refine what's here, but many of its issues sadly feel baked into the core experience. All but the most die-hard fans may wish to wait for a substantial sale on this one.

    The visuals are probably what excited me the most. The way the game looks and the atmosphere makes me feel like I'm playing the old Diablo again. On steroids and on a quadruple screen TV, but the feeling is still there. [Issue#328]
