Summary: The police let Rebecca know that Declan is no longer a suspect in the hit and run case, however joy quickly turns to shock when Oliver receives a call from someone using Declan’s phone, claiming to have kidnapped him.

Paul wants to get the police involved, however Rebecca won’t let him. This causes Adam to become suspicious, as suddenly, Rebecca does not want the police looking for her son anymore.
Meanwhile, when Declan tries to leave the hotel room, the truth about the situation dawns on him. When he attempts to leave, Laura tries to persuade him to stay, which does not work. Nick then violently grabs Declan and ties him up.
After a brief discussion with Rebecca, Paul realises that Elle was telling him the truth about Laura and Nick, and heads to the hotel to see if they have Declan.
When he interrupts their getaway from the hotel, Laura knocks Paul out with a vase and leaves him on the floor.
Toadie vows to fight for Susan’s freedom, but Susan has other ideas, determined to pay for what she has done. Back at home, Karl breaks the news to Rachel and Zeke that Susan has confessed and is currently being held at the police station.
Although Karl tries to shelter the kids, they show the determination to support Susan by going with him to the police station to pick her up.
Meanwhile, Lou and Valda become concerned for Carmella as she is still running her vegetable delivery business while pregnant, leading Valda to invite Carmella to help her with the online lingerie business. Carmella politely declines, but is interested in the idea of getting her own business online.
