Summary: Looking to gain the upper hand in the custody battle, Tim tells Kirsten to bait Janae into violence.
After a trip to the circus with Kirsten and Mickey, Ned reveals to Janae that Kirsten wanted to be a family with him again.
Janae confronts Kirsten at the General Store and warns her to stop messing Ned and Mickey around. Kisten pushesLooking to gain the upper hand in the custody battle, Tim tells Kirsten to bait Janae into violence.
After a trip to the circus with Kirsten and Mickey, Ned reveals to Janae that Kirsten wanted to be a family with him again.
Janae confronts Kirsten at the General Store and warns her to stop messing Ned and Mickey around. Kisten pushes Janae's buttons, causing Janae to lash out and throw a glass of water on Kirsten and Tim to issue an AVO against Janae.
Toadie follows Rosie's advice and approaches Diana Murray. She reveals she is looking for a change of pace but thinks a suburban practice might be too slow for her. She spends the afternoon with Toadie, helping him evict Tim Collins from the offices. Later on, listening to his speech congratulating Rosie on become a qualified lawyer, she changes her mind and accepts his offer of joining the firm on a trial basis.
Elle continues to watch over Oliver after his operation, prompting him to tell her he still loves her, and wants to rekindle their relationship. Elle considers it, but stands firm, determined to shut off her feelings for Oliver once and for all.
