Summary: Janae starts a protest campaign to stop the council painting over Stingray's memorial wall.
When she learns that the council workers are already on their way, Janae, ned and Mickey block the workers from doing their job and are soon joined by Lou, Harold and Elle.

When she learns that the council workers are already on their way, Janae, ned and Mickey block the workers from doing their job and are soon joined by Lou, Harold and Elle.
Steph is forced to choose between her friends and the council and eventually crosses over to stand with her friends. The wall is saved, but Steph knows she has lost any sway she had with the council.
A still embarrassed Toadie announced to everyone that he and Steph are in fact engaged. He buys her a beautiful ring, and an uncomfortable Steph says that while she is not ready to be married again yet, she will keep the ring as a sign of their love.
Declan and Bridget lose Justin in the chace, but when they return to Declan's car, they find it vandalised. Declan blames Bridget, who is hurt by his lashing out. She offers to pay for the damages, but Declan accepts only half of the money, saying they are both at fault.
Justin returns, and challenges them to another drag race.
An old associate of Frazer's offers him a tip on a fixed horse race.
