Summary: Elle is suspicious of the huge bills Laura is racking up at Lassiter's.
She confronts Laura as she pretends to look for Paul's missing bankcard, but finds no evidence of anything going on. When the card mysteriously reappears at the General Store at the same time Laura is there, Elle vows to investigate further. When the card mysteriously reappears at the General Store at the same time Laura is there, Elle vows to investigate further. She sneaks into Laura's room while Laura is out, but almost gets caught in the act when Laura returns. Elle hides in the bathroom, and is shocked to discover that Laura's apparently violent boyfriend Nick has been staying at the hotel as well, and is part of some kind of plan.
Bridget sneaks out to take part in the drag race with Declan. When they are racing, they speed past a police car with Adam and Sophie inside, who immediately chase after them.
Declan and Bridget pull over, allowing the police to chase after Justin, and thinking they have had a lucky escape, sneak home.
However, when Bridget arrives home, she finds Declan and his mother, along with police officers Adam and Sophie, waiting with her parents.
Steve bans Declan and Bridget from seeing each other, but Rebecca worries that Declan might end up in juvenile detention.
Running on adrenaline, Sophie makes a move on Adam, who gently rebuffs her and confesses the kiss to Pepper. An upset Pepper storms into Charlie's and confronts Sophie, who has no idea that she made Pepper's life a misery in school.… Expand
