Guns N' Runs reminded me why I love challenging old-school action games as much as I do so if you enjoy the genre then I recommend that you play this sucker. Its performance issues are kind of a bummer, though, so be wary about that before diving in.

Biped 2 continues the trend of offering top-notch co-op puzzle platforming fun that its delightfully unexpected predecessor provided in spades. With its funky fresh feeling of constant variety and consistently lovely sights and sounds, it's certainly worth checking out.

Mafia: The Old Country tells a gripping character-based story that series fans will certainly love. At the same time, it doesn't do much to put itself above its predecessors but with so much variety packed in, it's still an enjoyable play.

Looking through my review notes felt like I was reading the journal of an increasingly depressed individual. There's amazing praise at first but that quickly turns to frustration, irritation, and even anger at times. With that said, I'd recommend Sea of Solitude for the school chapter alone. The entire adventure is also only a few hours long so thankfully, it won't overstay its welcome.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth3 V GENERATION is a mostly familiar experience, especially if you're coming fresh off Re;Birth2 yet it still provides one charming and hilarious adventure that beautifully ties up the original trilogy.

Potato Flowers in Full Bloom is bursting with charm and old-school challenge so if you're a fan of dungeon crawlers then I recommend it. That is; if you don't mind the occasional grind and getting lost every once in a while.

RiME is an attractive title that sends you on a fascinating journey. The unvaried replay value shouldn't keep you from giving it a try as it's an adventure game that stays interesting and accomplishes an intriguing dialog without even one spoken word.

Agatha Christie - Murder on the Orient Express is an impressively entertaining and unique spin on the classic mystery story even if our moustachioed hero, Hercule Poirot, is more serious than I'd like him to be.

Mixolumia is a top-notch puzzler that will keep you trying to outdo your previous best. It may not be as fully-featured as some other puzzle games but you'll still find it difficult to put this sucker down once you get going.

Class of Heroes 3 Remaster may not be a massive step up from its predecessors but one thing's for sure: if you love old-school dungeon crawlers then you'll thoroughly enjoy discovering its copious amounts of rewarding content. Plus, the characters are so cute.

Fans of Kiryu's crazy adventures will love Yakuza Kiwami 2 as it's full of over-the-top action and ridiculous scenarios. Even with its somewhat disappointing combat and story, it's a must-have for anyone who loves action games.

I'm thoroughly impressed at how much better of a game Blue Reflection: Second Light is when you compare it to the first game. In fact, it's so good that I kind of feel mean for disliking the original as much as I did. Here's hoping for a Third Light!

Dosa Divas combines exploration, cooking, and turn-based battles into one colourful and entertaining tale that will make you ask for seconds.

I had a load of fun with FULL METAL SCHOOLGIRL, especially with its absolutely hilarious sense of humour that constantly made me chuckle. Please don't judge it by its silly title as it presents one over-the-top action-packed laugh-out-loud commentary on modern worklife.

Chorus provides both solid space dogfights with intuitive controls and a distinctly presented story that remains engaging throughout. It may have its maddening moments that hold it back from greatness but it's still an impressively promising original IP.

Even with its flaws, Labyrinth of Refrain: Coven of Dusk is one of the most enjoyable dungeon crawlers that I've ever played. The somewhat open-ended progression system and rewarding party growth mechanics make for one satisfying adventure.

Cadence of Hyrule features incredibly appealing visuals and music as well as a gameplay dynamic that's fresh and exciting. That being said, once you're done with its somewhat short campaign, there isn't really much else to do.

Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus offers the same exciting fun that fans are used to while also including a fully realised and wholly enjoyable multiplayer component. Even if you played the vanilla version, this is worth getting for those who want to play with a pal.

Ayo the Clown is exactly what a 2D platformer should be; silly, fun, challenging, varied, and intuitive. So, if you enjoy the genre then adding this indie gem to your collection is a must. Plus, it's sure to make you smile and that's always a good thing.

Rock of Ages 2: Bigger & Boulder features a fantastic albeit familiar mix of genres that's sure to provide some great and often hilarious times. Although the fun factor doesn't last forever, what's here is definitely worth checking out.

Bubble Bobble 4 Friends: The Baron Is Back! is a fantastic revival of a classic arcade game that has stood the test of time beautifully. If you're a fan of the series then this newly improved modern interpretation will be sure to delight.

The Inner World is quite a delightful surprise that manages to keep you hooked to the end with its charming personality and best-in-class hint system. I definitely recommend it for fans of 2D point-and-click adventures and casual gamers alike.
