    Hidden Through Time is a simple and relaxing experience that will see you lose a lot of time to it but in a good way. It never feels like a chore attempting to find items and this might be down in part to how lovely and bright the whole game looks and feels. If you’re looking for something out of the norm and very Where’s Wally/Waldo esque then this is definitely worth your time.

    Hidden Through Time has the secret sauce for what makes a game universal. It’s uncomplicated, fun, appropriate for everyone, and can be played in small chunks. For a hidden object/person game, I don’t see it being better than this. Crazy Monkey Studios does a great job of landing exactly on target on delivering exactly what you see, of which not all companies can boast. Highly recommended.

    If Where's Wally is your kind of jam, Hidden Through Time is a lovely digital recreation of that genre. With a cute aesthetic and pleasing creation and sharing tools, there's a lot here to keep the whole family entertained.

    This is a colourful hidden object game suitable for a wide audience to enjoy, with fun and recognisable themes present to add character to proceedings. Sure, it’d be nice for a few more time periods to feature in order to provide extra variety and the map editor is a tad overwhelming, but it’s not the end of the world.

    Despite its questionable likeness to Hidden Folks, there’s no denying that Hidden Through Time makes a nice addition to the genre. Its whimsical and colourful art style is a delight, and the level editor is a nice touch that adds some much-needed longevity.

    Hidden through Time really reminded me of a classic game I used to love on the NES called "Where's Waldo" It has a lot more to offer than that old game did though. You can play across four time periods and each has a bunch of levels. You have to complete the level or I think you can skip and come back. The maps start really small and simple with just a few items to find. The further you go the more and more they start to grow. It gets almost scary how big they get to where you have to scroll over them , and zoom in and out. When you find them it will circle them and they also give you a small clue which will help a lot some times. It is really a lot of fun to play alone, with family, or even if you stream. People can lend a eye without needing the controller, and everyone has a good time doing so.
    There are also map creation tools that can let you make some really amazing levels. I played some people's creations that might have been even better than some of the story ones. There are a lot of them that are really simple though. People created a lot to help with Achievement hunting. You will come across some that only have the 5 objects alone to find to help you collect your achievements faster. The Achievements are basically for finishing the story and online levels. If you are an Achievement hunter this is surely one to add to your collection. Really a simple 100% at an affordable price. This game delivers far more content than the price in my opinion. It kind of feels like this game may be unlimited replay value as I played hundreds of maps, and still wasn't even done with the user created ones. If you enjoy this game you could probably play it forever and never play the same level twice
    I really enjoyed the music it is super relaxing, and the game is as well. This is one those games I really enjoyed in times like we are facing right now. A game you can sit down and enjoy stress free, and play away some of your stress. You may have to play in spurts though, because some of the bigger levels can be a strain on your eyes after awhile. I loved how the game looked as well. It had a lot of really cool characters , animals, and locations that I just found adorable to scroll through. The things are hidden so well to that I felt it delivered a nice challenge to me. Not one that is going to get to you though, just enough to keep it interesting and fun. This is one of the more addictive games I've played so far this year I really hope more people experience it, and share their experiences with me on it. I'd love to hear what other people thought about it, and if they enjoyed it as much as I did.

If you’ve ever heard of them, if not think of Where’s Waldo? either way you’ll have the basic idea of what Hidden Through Time is about. It isn’t just one object that you have to find in Hidden Through Time though. Each level has its own set of items to find. As you progress through the game, the levels get harder. More objects are added to block your view of the objects you need to find. Some of the levels in Hidden Through Time are pretty challenging and at times. If you need a change of pace, you can actually make your own hidden object levels thanks to the game’s level editor. The editor isn’t as amazing, but you can make some neat maps with it and publish them online to challenge others or make them easy to assist them with their achievement hunting. Best feature of all is the fact that you can share your maps online and you can also download maps that other people have made. Hidden Through Time could possibly have an unlimited amount of content depending on how many people make maps and put them online for others to enjoy. Hidden Through Time’s controls meanwhile are pretty simple with playing but I found the level editor a bit awkward to use. I often find myself tapping the A button and moving the controller about while looking for objects to accidentally stumble on random hidden objects. Graphically, Hidden Through Time looks more like a child's cartoon than a regular game. Some objects do move or are animated and almost every object you touch makes some sort of sound. I really enjoyed the nostalgia it brought me. The hidden object gameplay of Hidden Trough Time might not appeal to everyone but those who like finding stuff will enjoy this game. There is a lot of content to be found here, especially considering it's really low price point for the level of content awaiting you on your Xbox One.… Expand
