A worthy sequel to the original that excels for its believable and interesting characters. Add impressive set pieces and music, and you have an adventure you will enjoy to the fullest. In addition, the voice-acting is also excellent and the gameplay varied enough that you won't get bored for a second. What is noticeable is that some somewhat classic gameplay elements are used in the game, when they are not necessary, making it feel somewhat out of place. There are also some graphical issues that need to be addressed, but none of this will hinder your enjoyment of the game.

Kojima’s latest creation is unique, perhaps even too unique. You’re essentially playing a courier, but an intriguing plot and phenomenally designed open world conspire to keep things interesting. Death Stranding may not be a perfect experience, but it comes pretty damn close.

Skullgirls stands out because of its insane character designs and dito move sets. Beneath this shiny layer of craziness, however, it's nothing more than one more thumb-twisting 2D fighter that doesn't quite make it to the level of its colleagues.

Excellent gameplay once again, a decent story, highly customizable characters and fantastic gameplay tweaks ensure this franchise isn't going anywhere anytime soon. The online multiplayer is awesome as we've grown to expect from Mortal Kombat. The number of new characters might be a little sparse but don't let that keep you away from yet another fantastic game. A must buy for fans of the franchise.

A great soccer game, even though keepers still insist on doing strange things and your fellow players obviously don't know what offside means. On top of that, the graphics are mediocre at best and PES still hasn't gotten all the proper licensing. These complaints don't do much in comparison with the fun you'll have playing this game, though.

Little Nightmares II is the right kind of sequel. It takes the concept and wonderfully creepy atmosphere of the original and expands upon them, in all kinds of unexpected (and often downright disturbing) ways. Frustratingly, however, the gameplay still leans an awful lot on trial-and-error.

Super Mario Party Jamboree is packed with fun content, additional modes and the overall presentation is excellent. The multiplayer is incredibly entertaining and all in all, this is the most fun installment in the series to date. Based on the hilariously over-the-top action movies from the eighties, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon knocks it out of the park. The LEGO gameplay also remains fun to experience so in that context you know exactly what to expect. With this new golf game, 2K Games takes the franchise to an even higher level. EvoSwing is a good gameplay element and it is fun to be able to create your own courses. More importantly, the entry level for beginners is fine, but it's also great for pros. Graphically it is a step forward and the MyCareer mode is also heading in the right direction. Although the game wants to crash sporadically, and adding gameplay improvements to the Premium Pass is a somewhat curious choice that somewhat encourages pay-to-win.

It's brief and technically imperfect, but still... Blood & Truth is one hell of a memorable action fest. Diverse and action-packed gameplay gets supplemented by interesting and well-acted characters, turning Blood & Truth into a must-buy for PS VR owners.

Sonic Generations returns in the form of a remaster as well as a new game starring Shadow. A somewhat unusual combination, but it works out extremely well. The levels are fantastic, the technical improvements are excellent and the performance is top notch. Moreover, the purchase price is very reasonable considering what you get in return in terms of content. Lover of the original game or just a fan of Sonic in general? Then this is definitely recommended.

For the first time, the Metro franchise arrives at the PS3. It's a cruel and often terrifying experience, with an intriguing story, atmospheric visuals and great gameplay. The AI is questionable at times and there's some bugs to deal with, but other than that, Metro: Last Light is a strong shooter.

Marvel's Guardian of the Galaxy brings you a fun entertaining adventure, where the emphasis is on the development of the various characters. This can be called successful and the gameplay plays both with exploration, which is very nice, and with combat. This is somewhat limited however, because the game lacks depth in terms of combat. Graphically it is also not perfect, but it must be said that visually it looks very neat thanks to the artistic style. This makes Guardians of the Galaxy a successful game that is definitely worth it for Marvel fans.

A fantastic little gem from a little Dutch developing studio... It's only got one level, true, but it's replay value is uncanny, and gameplay and level design form a superb tag team.

More of the same, with the addition of a fun franchise mode. The lack of innovation is the game's biggest problem however. Frankly, it's kind of hard to recommend this to people who already own Super Mega Baseball 2. New to the franchise, then it’s a fine game that delivers hours of fun gameplay.

The game comes with an immense amount of content and fine gameplay that will keep you playing. In the process, the performance is excellent which ensures an optimal gaming experience. Lover of the franchise and plenty of diversity in activities? Then this game is just right for you, although don't expect too much from the story. Also, the camera is sometimes a bit annoying, but you can live with that since the rest of the game is more than fine.
