It's not spectacularly innovating and the graphics are in dire need of improvement, but other than that NBK 2K14 manages to tweak its gameplay enough to justify the new installment in the franchise. We could do without the clumsy menus and stupid dialogue, though.- PlaySense

Unparalleled gameplay makes DiRT Rally 2.0 Codemasters' ultimate 2019 rally simulator. The game offers challenging stages, the difficulty setting is variable which makes the game just a tad more accessible this time around. The audio is fantastic, the cars look great and we could praise this game for pretty much everything it does. More locations would have been nice but don't let that stop you from buying the best rally game that is currently out there.- PlaySense

Solid gameplay that has a lot of depth due to the new additions. Whether you're playing on- or offline, you won't get bored because of the insane amount of content. SoulCalibur VI is a fine continuation of the franchise and fight fans will love it. The arenas in which the fighting takes place sometimes feel a bit void of action apart from the one on one matches going on but don't let that detract you from what is a great game.- PlaySense

The remake brings several good quality of life improvements, new content, a newly recorded soundtrack and more. The visual style chosen also fits perfectly, making the experience feel timeless. So for fans and newcomers alike, this game is excellent to get in on, although it is a bit curious that a 4K at 60fps option is missing. Also, the encounter rate is just a bit too high, which can be a bit annoying.- PlaySense

Lone Survivor might just be the purest survival horror game of this generation, leaving the player to desperately fend for himself, without offering him any clear information whatsoever on what's going on. One-man developer Jasper Byrne manages to use what are essentially GameBoy Color graphics to his advantage, suggesting horrors rather than flatout confronting the player with them, and expertly using creepy sound design to strengthen the experience. The map mechanics suck and it's a shame the game doesn't last very long, but horror fans can't go wrong with Lone Survivor.- PlaySense

Hogwarts Legacy is a game that is right on target. A stunning environment that is atmospherically designed gives you the freedom to walk around freely, play with magic and, of course, fly around with the broom. The gameplay is varied enough to keep you busy for a long time and it doesn't get boring easily either. As a fan of Wizarding World, this is an absolute must have. The game does have some small technical flaws here and there, but it won't keep you from getting entertained for a long time.- PlaySense

The eighth main entry in Capcom's long-running series isn't perfect due to some graphical imperfections and a lack of weight in the guns you start out with. However, we dare anyone to genuinely care when the rest of the game is this great. Resident Evil celebrates its twenty-fifth anniversary in style, with an always beautiful, often scary, regularly exhilarating and surprisingly emotional adventure. Sam Fisher returns to the PlayStation 3 and we are inclined to celebrate his comeback. A higher framerate and still engaging gameplay make this collection an absolute joy to play, even if some graphical errors and the absence of the first Borderlands drag it down somewhat.- PlaySense

The Division 2 is larger and more expansive than its prequel and the focus has in part shifted to end game content which adds a lot to the overall package. Coop is a lot of fun and the game surprised us continuously with its wide variety of environments. Lots of content and solid gameplay make for a very competent title. The AI could use some TLC though because it tends to be extremely dense most of the time. The texture pop-in is another minor annoyance as is the somewhat clunky user interface. These minor issues notwithstanding, The Division 2 is a great game that has plenty to offer. Recommended.- PlaySense

Copy pasted from Madden NFL 17, the 2018 edition of EA's American Football franchise doesn't exactly reinvent the wheel. Adding a story mode was a nice touch though and will no doubt keep fans happy for a while.- PlaySense

A number of big, but subtle improvements put Madden NFL one step closer to perfection, even if they're not quite there yet.- PlaySense

It's a shame the controls aren't very responsive and we grew tired of the framedrops by the end of the episode, though if you're willing to overlook that, you'll get a great premiere to what promises to be another brilliant season of the Walking Dead videogame. Prepare to be emotionally wrecked, guys - 'cause you sure as hell will be.- PlaySense

This expansion puts destiny 2 back on the map. Great story, beautiful destinations, awesome Supers, plenty of content, an excellent new multiplayer mode called Gambit and to top it all off a stellar new raid for you to sink your teeth in. Long story short; the Destiny 2: Forsaken DLC is exactly what you'd expect and what the base game needs. If they could only fix that framerate though.- PlaySense

Short, but sweet. Intense and exciting, but not exactly new. Interesting, but familiar. Why change a winning team?- PlaySense

If the franchise's wonderful conversion to 2,5D is the exceptionally juicy cake, the engaging story, colourful worlds and strong level design form the delicious layer of icing on top.- PlaySense

It's good to know that we can still be surprised these days. Sony's platform career is pretty much FUBAR these days, but the hedgehog with a need for speed still delivers on the racing front. It's not all that challenging, but apart from that there really isn't anything wrong with Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed.- PlaySense

Strong, deep gameplay and impressive visuals turn Desperados III into quite the experience that is worth to play. There are some annoyances though, the game's tendency to corrupt savefiles chief among them.- PlaySense

F1 23 is back and compared to F1 22 it offers a lot more. F1 Life has been exchanged for a more sensible F1 World that is full of activities. Braking Point is back, although it's full of irritating characters and otherwise the gameplay is a lot better thanks to tweaks and the addition of Precision Drive, which gives players the option to set a much more refined control scheme in regard to direct input. At the same time, we see little innovation in the career mode and the animations of the drivers could use a major upgrade. Other than that, a fine racer.- PlaySense

Did you enjoy the original games? Then this is definitely recommended thanks to the nostalgia it brings. The visual upgrade does the game justice, the gameplay is delightful as ever and there is once again a huge amount to experience, thanks in part to a number of new levels. It's a shame, though, that the original soundtrack has been changed except for a few tracks, which may feel a bit weird for players of the original. But we can live with that, considering the rest of the game is more than fine.- PlaySense

A lot more tense than the previous episode, with a nice balance between dialogue, action and looting. It's a bit shorter than we're used to, though the decrease in framerate issues more than makes up for it.- PlaySense

The best Tekken game ever made? Hard to say, really. But it might be even harder to come up with complaints that actually matter. Visually and gameplay-wise, this is a complete package fans and other interested parties should by all means get their hands on.- PlaySense

If not for the weak story, we'd hardly have anything negative to say about this one. Hitman 2 surprises with an absurd number of kill options, that keep the game interesting to play for what almost literally amounts to forever.- PlaySense
