Martha is Dead has an interesting idea, but not enough to be considered a great game in spite of its flaws. If you're a fan of thrillers or the setting of Martha is Dead appeals to you, it is worth a check. It's not a life-changing horror game, but it's immersive enough to keep you hooked for a while.

Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story is a very simple game, yet it has a lot of charm thanks to its personal narrative that's easy to relate to. Undoubtedly, the connection between Nunu and Willump is the heart of the adventure. While the puzzles are fun and intriguing, it's regrettable that both the platforming and combat are very monotonous. Depth is noticeably lacking in most of its systems.

This is a colorful metroidvania game. It's a shame that the level design is just as subpar and frustrating as the enemies in the game itself. The art direction is also a strange mix of 2D and 3D elements that ends up feeling inconsistent. A good effort but there are much better games in the genre.

Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain is entertaining and will make you have a good time. It's designed to leave you feeling like you can do better, so it constantly motivates you to beat your individual scores or those of other people. Its Achilles heel is that its offer of mini-games is short and lacks surprises, so it is made for you to enjoy it in long sessions for a few days, or in games of a few minutes in the long term.

Yes, it has some great reimagined graphics, and it represents a solid return to the Oddworld universe when it works as it's supposed to. However, New 'n' Tasty lacks some precision in the analog controls, it has almost no replay value and lacks imagination on the cooperative front, so this isn't the perfect remake by no stretch of the imagination, nor it stands close to great representatives of the platform/stealth genre, such as Another World or LIMBO.

I think it is necessary to see Naheulbeuk's Dungeon Master as an introductory proposal for the genre and a game that in small portions of consumption can give you fun times. Its campaign, humor and missions are attractive despite its limitations or wrong decisions in execution. We are not facing the panacea of simulation and management and of course we are very far from works like Dungeon Keeper, but it is not a terrible experience either.

Final Fantasy VI Pixel Remaster is an inconsistent work. Graphically, it has some nice effects, but also some ugly elements, the most obvious one is the typography. The heritage of Colin McRae's installments is there, Codemasters was guardian of it for 2 decades, and of course there is a vote of confidence for what they will do in future editions. Unfortunately, in his debut the result is not what was expected and amounts to a slump after a period with good results in his racing game releases. Destroy All Humans! honor its past, and if you place yourself in your 2005-self, you'll have fun, but in the end, this game ends up not being a remake, but a relaunch with a nice visual skin.

They say old habits die hard, and that's precisely what stains Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. We have a game that knows how to capitalize on the franchise it's based on to deliver a product that does enough to distinguish itself from other releases. Despite having several moments of quality and clever design, the overall quality suffers due to outdated mission design, as well as a dull, hollow, and timid story that shows a lot but says very little.

I liked my time with Dread Templar, especially when the game took off and began to offer a challenge on par with the best exponents of the young retro FPS subgenre. On the other hand, I think it needed a bit of work to really stand out, perhaps by handling the upgrade system or the boss battles in a different way. In any case, Dread Templar is a good game that understands the classic fundamentals of the genre and contains adrenaline-pumping moments in polished and emotional combat.

A funny cooperative DLC that will appeal to both zombie killers and nostalgic gamers of the classic era of Capcom.

The lack of revolutionary game design turns this into a hard-to-swallow experience without the appropriate mindset. An interesting effort nonetheless.

Just Dance 2025 Edition is an update that adds 40 new songs from various genres, so it is a good option to try with family and friends. Sadly, there is not much more to say about it.

Gorgeous at times and frustrating at others, Mulaka is a beautiful journey with an important social message hidden in a format that is too ambitious.

Vader Immortal: A Star Wars VR Series is a good starting point to explore that galaxy far, far away through virtual reality. However, the main value lies in the presentation and the value of the source material, rather than the game itself.

Exoprimal is a mixed experience. Its simple concept offers immediate fun, as defeating dozens of dinosaurs with the exosuits is very satisfying during the first couple of hours. Unfortunately, the combat system is unable to sustain the entire experience and avoid the feeling of monotony.

A solid re-take on the classic Pac-Man concept, now with infinite scrolling levels and extra-glitchyness. Despite having multiplayer and free skins on consoles and PC, the game feels repetitive and samey. If you are looking for a more interesting modern variation of Pac-Man, you are better off with the Championship Edition.

Nickelodeon All Star Brawl is a solid and very fast fighter that focuses its attention on delivering an experience that is competitive and fun. His faults are the lack of content, and the much-needed voice talent to bring to life the iconic roster of characters. All-Star Brawl can be improved but it seems that the game is not finished yet.

Arcade racing is what has defined Need for Speed since its creation, and Payback is not an exception to this rule. However, due unbalanced progression and the irrelevant single player campaign, this new iteration seem rather uninspired and lackluster.

When it's about to get better, The Order: 1886 ends abruptly and leaves us with a bitter taste. Its unimaginative level design, boring lycan combat and substandard pacing almost ruin the whole experience, had it not been for the best visuals on the console right now and great weapon design. The IP has potential, and we hope that Ready at Dawn learns from its mistakes. They've got something interesting here.

ReCore has some fresh ideas, but an uninspired world, unbearable loading screens and some technical anomalies, gravely undermine what could have been a good experience.
