The Surge is the hidden gem of the month. It has some flaws, and its visuals might not be top notch, but its virtues surpass them. When it comes to gameplay mechanics, it's a notable game, addictive and fresh. Above average difficulty and the unique style that adds the sci-fi approach are all the reasons you have to buy them. A great candidate for this month's best sellers.

Let it Die won't surprise anyone when it comes to technical aspects and its gameplay mechanics have already been seen many times. However it has that Suda51's touch and you will always want to see more from Uncle Death. The fast degradation of equipment can be pretty annoying and even so, you will always want to go a floor further. We were expecting much more after that first Lily Bergamo's teaser and we hope that Grasshopper's next game isn't a free-to-play, even though this one has unnecessary microtransactions.

Not a Hero is enjoyable and fun, although the plot sections are relatively boring and the whole concept is burdened with the feeling of repetition. Pixelated style works, as well as the cover system, although Roll7 apple doesn't fall far from the nonsensical violence and the politically incorrect joke, which could have made it a better game.

Hitman is not what we would expect, neither visually nor in the chosen episodic format. However, it is what we would like to see when it comes to gameplay mechanics, taking a step back from that action-oriented path that Absolution had taken. A little more effort, regardless of it is an episodic entry or not, will make Hitman's next game what we really want to see from the franchise in this generation.

Burial at Sea - Episode 1 is Columbia's characters first approach to Rapture. It doesn't offer many hours, which could work to the detriment of buying it individually.

WWE 2K18 offers slight improvements from last entries, although it keeps its more than established combat mechanics. It needs to solve several technical issues outside the fights, that are pretty hard to witness, but there is still time to fix it.

Ashes of Ariandel is, plain and simple, disappointing. Is it bad content? Nope. Are you going to enjoy it? Most likely. Does the content justify the price? There's no doubt about this: no, it doesn't. We don't know what From Software was thinking when they decided that this could be a DLC but we really hope that the second one is better, since it will mark the ending of the series and it should be a memorable one.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is still far from the good times Budokai or Tenkaichi brought, and keeps with what we saw in the first entry, bearing in mind the year and a half Dimps had. Many content, many characters, many missions, many fan service and many hours, that's the good point. But it is quite repetitive and it is extremely easy in most of its gameplay.

UFC is a good fighting simulator, but with serious problems when it comes to learning how to play.

Disney Infinity is a family-oriented production, specifically aimed for children, who will enjoy both the different characters and interactive scenarios. It's a notable product, and a recommendable children's game.

Frank's Big Package offers a lot of content and many enjoyable extras, although Dead Rising 4 is the least loyal to the series' general lines. It succeeds when it comes to entertainment, but Frank West's comeback as main character could have been much better.

Despite some weak points, Super Bomberman R, is a funny and madly entrance for both classic players and casual ones that are playing a Bomberman for the first time. I recommend you to play it with your friends or for those moments when you need a break and just have fun. The game doesn't pretend to be something else but a Bomberman, and that's why It works.

Its simple visual department not withstanding, Cloudberry Kingdom is actually very good 2D platform game. Its exciting pace and the variety of game styles makes for a perfect example of the saying "easy to play, hard to master". It's 4 player game mode is equally chaotic and hilarious.

Steep is big and fun in the early hours, but it is very simple in the long run. You will want to challenge other players and repeat these missions over and over again. Always better with skis, snowboard or wingsuit. The paraglider bores. The technical aspect is very solid.

God Eater 2 is a good game, with the gameplay mechanics of Monster Hunter or Freedom Wars and can be a good substitute until a new game of those franchises. There is the burden of being a remaster of a handheld game, and what it implies in camera and visuals.

Farpoint, played with the new Aim Controller, is one of the most immersive and impressive virtual reality experiences. It is expensive. This game is a step forward in feelings of translation. It's fascinating and caring in audiovisual terms. But if you're going to play with DualShock 4, what you have is a bad and generic shooter. The cooperative multiplayer is finally not special.

Kylotonn manages to offer a better experience than 2015's game, although there are ways to improve in order to get closer to other games of the genre. Milestone brings another suitable game for any kind of driver, something that could weigh down those looking for a more complex simulator. Other than that, it is an entertaining entry in the franchise, with many customizable elements.

Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition is the warm arrival of the musou genre on Playstation 4, since the game doesn't make use of the hardware's full potential, and has the same visuals lacking from the Playstation 3.

Song of Horror offers a horror experience that will satisfy fans of the genre, as it offers an entertaining story and brings up some brilliant ideas, although it does not execute them as efficiently as possible, with a less than average graphic section that weighs down the end result of the work.

We are clear that Terminator: Resistance does not come to compete with the great first-person shooter, but to demonstrate the possibilities offered by a title based on the universe of John Connor. Fans of the saga already have a title with which to face Skynet.

We are facing a title that offers a particularly simple experience. Although those who have played similar titles might feel disappointed, however if we do not pay more attention to the story, the game flows and has fun without major difficulties. It is worth giving a chance to this pioneering game of Chinese industry.

Castlevania Requiem: Symphony of the Night & Rondo of Blood is a simple package that remains small in front of the rich content that it keeps inside. Konami has shown little interest in providing something new to PlayStation 4 users, with the commercial potential of nostalgia being the main and only reason for the making of this collection.

Minor spin-off of Persona 5 that does not do justice to the original game, it is entertaining and affordable for all audiences, but it lacks more variety of phases, more challenging levels and a more important use of Personas.

Any good RTS lover will appreciate Northgard's proposal, a game that is correct in every way and that leaves the best of it for the Multiplayer Mode. The variety of clans and the mechanics of growth of each Viking village will make us feel trapped to its simple but addictive gameplay.

Demon Pit is a recommended game for old school gamers, those who enjoyed titles like Doom, Quake and even Half-Life. He proposes an intuitive and simple gameplay. For many players it may not be a complete game, since it has no history, but those who know how to enjoy the action can get the most out of it.

Styx: Master of Shadows is quite an interesting stealth adventure, both for its enjoyable moments as for the variety it offers once you unlock different skills. A good example of what can be achieved without the nowadays common excess of action.

Even though we haven't checked the consistency between the game and the TV show, we can say that Defiance, with its ample variety of options, will be a satisfactory experience for any MMO fan. Although this game is not a graphic marvel, if the player base keeps up, it will last for a long while.
