Singstar Queen is the most fun, challenging and rewarding experience to appear on a Singstar game line-up. Do I need to add that Singstar Queen is much more amusing than Singstar ABBA?

By no means is Midnight Carnival a bad game. The problems with it lie in the fact that it is just too difficult to be enjoyed by a wide audience. The new challenge, interesting multiplayer and the incentives brought with a world-wide leader-board are perfect additions for long time fans. The extremely difficult challenge and frustration most people will have with nearly every level will only give newcomers the wrong impression on what this series is actually about.

Young basketball players could definitely consider using this game as a training exercise.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine delivers exceptionally on a very simple concept: an M Rated slice and dice adventure starring Wolverine that follows the plot of the movie. It never claims to be anything deeper than that, and in a way, that’s why it succeeds.

While Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 is not as good as the first Marvel Ultimate Alliance in many ways it is still a game that action gamers, RPG fans and those comic book fans will love if they can look past its flaws. I have to admit I did expect more from this game, but it was a riot to play through from start to finish. This is a must buy.

Fright of the Bumble Bees is an interesting start to the series and should be evident that the following three episodes will satisfy adventure gamers. This game is not strictly for fans of the series and may end up turning some people into one. Hardcore adventure gamers might not find this game to be much of a challenge, but people looking for a game that will entertain them or their family members for a few hours will certainly enjoy the puzzles and humor from start to finish.

Rabbids is still the best minigame compilation in town, hands down. If you liked the previous versions even a little, you definitely need to pick this one up. Just be warned, the game really shines with the balance board, so if you don’t have one, borrow one. You’ll see what I mean.

If you’ve played any version of Animal Crossing before, your love of the series will pretty much be the deciding factor on whether or not you’re going to pick this up. Online is a nice feature, but when the game is almost the exact same as the previous two versions, it’s time to try something new.

It’s hard to recommend Savage Moon except to hardcore fans of tower defense games and those who enjoy sci-fi themed titles. The game has potential, but the camera issues and the lack of originality will alienate those new to the genre looking for a fun experience. With a bit more polish, the developers would have succeeded in making a title that appealed to a larger group of people.

Without any doubt, the Wii version of Virtua Tennis 2009 bests its Xbox 360/PS3 counterparts The lacking visuals and sound may be a disappointment, but the awesome online and intuitive controls make this well worth it for any fan of the sport.

By spicing up the mechanic that is used so often in games with more going for them, Hybrid proves its worth as a definite gaming gem, and is well deserving to be given a shot by gamers everywhere.

SingStar 90’s is a fair investment if you have all the others games and the microphones (standalone version is sold around 30$).

A plethora of content, an expansive career covering the 4 Grand Slams, a great roster of players, and an incredibly precise new control scheme makes this game certainly deserving of Grand Slam in its title.

It feels like whatever budget this game had was blown on the audio and visuals in the game, leaving the story and design team scrambling with what little finances they had leftover to make a worthwhile game out of it. Unfortunately for them, the game comes up feeling pretty shallow. While I give it props for having an expensive looking sheen, it’s definitely not a noteworthy DS game in any other respect. Do yourself a favor and leave this one to gather dust on the shelves.

With Guitar Hero 5 shipping in less than three months and being touted as “the ultimate Guitar Hero experience”, it’s a bit odd that Activision decided to offer this compilation on a retail disc instead of going with the downloadable content model. Still, any fan of Guitar Hero won’t overlook the fact that you can now play the most popular tracks of the franchise with more than one instrument and won’t hesitate to add the game to their game collection.

A fantastic concept, an enchanting story, a wonderful cast of characters and a setting that still fascinates no matter how many times you visit. But, the Wii's hardware is showing it's limitations at every turn, hampering everything that Warren Spector and crew set out to accomplish.

If you are a fan of the series you’ve already dropped the MS points and are battling it out against other others. The tough to master controls and the higher than expected cost will detract potential players and that should not be the case. Once you get a hang of the dual-analog controls or tweak them to your liking, you will have a hard time putting this game down. If you never got around to playing this in the arcades or never owned a Dreamcast, this is now your chance.

When all is said and done, gamers wishing to relive the glory days of wholesome, 64-bit goodness will want to download and enjoy Banjo-Tooie; in reality, most will already have done so. On the flip side, the modern gamer wishing to see what all the fuss about Banjo and his pal Kazooie is will be disappointed, as they will go in expecting something that is amazing and get something that was amazing… back at the turn of the century.

It is very deep, with over 100 quests and activities, and that's not to mention all of the unlockables and surprises that can be found around the park. Disneyland Adventures is a game of discovery for kids (and the kids-at-heart).

The exclusion of a few modes is a glaring issue, but one that can be excused considering this is a launch title. Thankfully, the action on the pitch is still up to par and there is enough content to keep soccer fans happy in the meantime.

This is a good game but not a great one which consistently trips over its design such as the overall difficulty and enemy units which attack you just leave much to be desired because they are very generic and lack any sort of personality that your monsters and floors do. It seems like the enemy units were just slapped together based on older Final Fantasy games. Buy it only if you have points to spare.

Dante’s Inferno is a game of contradictions. It’s based on a literary epic but appeals to the most common denominator. It’s rammed full of sex, violence and depravity but sets a record as being the one of the first video game I’ve played where this feels completely tacked on. It’s just masking third-rate gameplay and a soulless experience.

I can say that Kinect Sports is now my second favorite Kinect title, right behind Dance Central.

If you are a huge fan of Dragon Ball and equal parts JRPG fan, you can’t go wrong with this game. It’s a competent JRPG and offers a ton of portable role playing content. That said, if you aren’t already a fan, this is one game you can safely avoid.

SkyFighter might not be deep enough for a retail release, but it works perfectly as a downloadable game. The missions are perfect in length that and suitable for either long sessions or short bursts.

If you are a fan of the genre, there's no reason not to give this one a spin. Just be sure to come in looking for more of the "Action" and less of the "RPG".

If there was some actual replay value in the game and AI/pathfinding was improved along with some User Interface tweaks I would easily say this was a buy, but right now I am right on the edge of saying buy or stay away. Perhaps in a few months of patches the game will have improved enough to nudge me one way or the other.

We like to give you our opinion on basically all the games coming out but what we like the most is defending a game that is awfully overlooked and underrated, no matter how different the game is from others and RACE Pro is one of them. While the game won’t win awards for its minimal presentation value, the game shines on the real thing: the driving. And you won’t have any reason to call on SimBin for that.

Extremely bad port.

Very fun combat, mixed into an era we rarely ever see touched in gaming and solid but brutal gameplay and the fantastic community built mod’s, gives this game a permanent place in my gaming library. Buy it.

Overall, The Last Resort is a good episode on its own, but weaker when compared to Fright of the Bumble Bees. Considering how you can only buy the game as a bundle on the PC, you have already paid for the experience. If you tried the demo of the first episode and still needed time to decide, I don’t believe this will change your mind.

The arcade on-rails flight combat action of the “good old days” is certainly present and accounted for. But unless that’s what you’re after, you would be better off leaving After Burner Climax grounded.

It’s clear that MotorStorm: Arctic Edge is merely just another PSP to PS2 port geared at appealing to gamers who might not own Sony’s portable system. For a PS2 racer, this is still a solid title worth your cash and the controls certainly make each race a lot easier and more enjoyable.

For what it offers, the game deserves a good look but its lack of MK flavour might turn off some people, especially the die hard MK fans. Still this game is awesome and deserves attention. Shedding some dollars will not be a waste for the entertainment gained in return.

I have played every single Square Enix RPG over the last several years and I have to say this is by far their best game story wise and while there is a few small issues with disc swapping and if you are not paying attention you will have to back track, this is one incredible game to play and is a must own for all RPG fans.

The original Puzzle Quest set the bar so high for Galactrix it is almost unfair to compare the two but in the end you must. If you can get past the “dumbed” down gameplay this is actually a fun and lengthy worthwhile gaming experience which most puzzle fans and Role Playing Gamers will enjoy.

Despite the few complaints I have about Wolfenstein, particularly the dated graphics and terrible A.I., when it comes right down to core gameplay it is a fun, solid and satisfying FPS that will appeal to those looking for a straight up shooter with few bells and whistles.

This is fair to a certain extent as all of these are valid issues but once you become accustomed to the game it really does offer an awful lot of value.

If you are into playing a purely action based MMORPG then this is one you should look at. But if you are into more traditional MMORPG games, such as World of Warcraft, Everquest 2, Age of Conan, etc. then you should look elsewhere. This feels more like a console action hero game than a standard MMO which is not a bad thing but I cannot say go out and buy it without putting down this one caveat.

To say this is the best South Park game is an understatement, it’s the only good one. For those who were worried this would be just another rushed licensed game should be relieved; there is a lot of fantastic content for fans of the series and the Tower Defense aspect of the game is done really well.

If you loved the first Mario and Sonic outing, the Winter Olympics is most definitely a welcome addition to the series. The controls feel less contrived than the previous game, and the addition of Balance Board support makes a huge difference. Perhaps not a gold medal finish, but it’s definitely reached the podium this time around.

Overall, I liked the new direction of the franchise. Don't fool yourself though, this is still Guitar Hero, through and through.

As much as this review may come across as "negative", Dungeon Siege III is a fun and easy to pick up game and certainly the best technical effort from Obsidian Entertainment in recent memory. If there were more complaints than praise it's because I really wanted this new entry in the DS franchise to be the best Action-RPG cooperative offering it could have been.

It might not offer anything original to the genre, it doesn’t alienate its audience by appealing to only one specific type of player. Those looking to play something that re-captures the great era of 16-bit gaming, this is what you need.

For those looking for a fast and fun snowboarding game on the Wii, Shaun White Snowboarding: World Stage is the game to play.

If you like your gameplay oldschool and you still harbor a crush for Sonic in his most primitive form, this is the closest you'll come to a Sonic 4 for Genesis. For everyone else, save your points and avoid this game like it's got the monkey-flu.

This is a great Bond game, probably the best since the GoldenEye 64.

The strongest aspects of Divinity II are the excellent story, so long as you are willing to dig it out, and the incredibly open-ended character skills customization. While this game certainly has its flaws, the pros far outweigh the cons, and it is a game that cannot be sipped but must be gulped or possibly even quaffed!

Guitar Hero On Tour: Decades is an interesting addition to your DS collection not only for the new tracks but especially for the extended tracklist via wireless link with the original game.

I will be the first to say that an RTS game on a console is not the best platform for this genre. But the Command and Conquer series has been one of the best for the console thus far. Real time strategy games are some of my favourite type of games to play but sadly this version feels more like an add-on. Not that that’s all bad, but I was expecting more for the 800 MS points.

Despite its shortcomings, Disney Sing It: Family Hits has guilty pleasure written all over it and is definitely a great game to play with the family and friends.

Moon is proof that first person shooters can work successfully on the DS. Yes, it will take most gamers some time to get used to using a stylus to aim, but once you do, you’ll wish that more developers would follow suit.

With the two crucial pillars of an action-adventure game’s quality being story and gameplay, some games in this category make up for their shortcomings in one department by excelling in the other - The Lost Frontier isn’t anything of such sort, as a shortage of interesting characters stumbles over an average gameplay design that’s difficult for the player to even interact with.

Considering the very limited number of RPGs currently available on the Wii, those who have been looking for a game to wet their appetite should be satisfied with this option.

Even with the issues in regards to its level design and some noticeable glitches here and there, Young Thor is still a very enjoyable and worthwhile experience.

I have to say that this is seriously in my top 5 RPG’s this console generation and that is saying a lot with such company as Mass Effect, The Elder Scrolls Oblivion and Fallout 3. So saying that I say this is a must buy for role playing gamers is no understatement and I am hoping for downloadable content and a sequel. This maybe a rental for a few but it is a must buy for everyone else.

While the game is short there is plenty of replay value with multiple levels, branching mission paths and different ways to beat the level. Impressive effects are mixed with great graphics and sounds in a complete package.

Legends' pacing is really the only serious detriment to the game. The implementation of quick-time events feels more like an awkward attempt to differentiate the series from THQ’s Smackdown franchise, rather than a fresh new gameplay mechanic. Old-school grappling fans who are longing for a simpler wrestling game will likely get the most out of LoW, but those accustomed to the fast and furious pace found in SVR will have a harder time embracing the "streamlined" controls.

Leaving the open-world and adopting a more confined, linear environment, Volition's newest entry in the popular franchise promises a far more engaging story and less distractions without compromising what the Illinois-based developer has been building upon. The result is quite different...but pleasantly interesting.

This is fun and it is even a better game than Fantasy Wars was so fans of Turn Based Strategy games should buy this, but if you are un-sure a game like this is something you will enjoy then wait for the demo or download the demo for Fantasy Wars and see if this type of game appeals to you.

Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli feels like a Ferrari diorama. Everything is presented with class, respect and little show-boating. There is no way any racing fan (especially the Ferrari lovers) should avoid this game or at least not giving it a shot but do not go in with high expectations.

If you are a survival horror fan or just a Silent Hill fan you will enjoy this game and it would be worth the buy, but it is not a scary game, at least for me. If you are new to the Silent Hill franchise, just rent this one as it is not a good starter for the series. If you want to be scared, Dead Space is your best bet or Siren on the PS3.

Of course, you can’t match the exact same rock n’ roll experience of holding a guitar in your hands but it comes very close. So remember: find a comfortable way to hold the DS and grip before playing and rock the hell out of it.

Despite the few flaws we found, 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand is extremely fun to play, especially to those who were looking for a bad-ass co-op game to play with their buddy. Just remember that the game doesn’t try to take itself seriously…and neither do you. Turn off your brain, grab your bullet-proof vest and give 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand some love, ‘shawty’.

The Beatles: Rock Band was a success because of its incredible soundtrack and a pure vision when it came to presentation. On top of that, it was the best iteration on Rock Band’s gameplay elements to date. Lego Rock Band tries to drink from the same well and even has the benefit of tapping a seemingly new audience. But, due to poor setlist choices and stability issues, it’s just not up to snuff when held up against the already impressive Harmonix offerings.

I was completely expecting this game to literally suck, but in fact it is well done and very fun game that does the Bourne name justice.

It's disappointing to see a title with so much potential fail to deliver on almost all fronts. While Crush3D has plenty of good ideas, and has a great concept on paper, it simply doesn't offer a very compelling experience.

NBA 2K10: Draft Combine is a very good idea but Visual Concepts needs to put more work in there. The unfair grading system and the inconsistent A.I makes the game a very difficult one to enjoy. However, every first effort needs to be taken into perspective. There’s a lot of things that could be done for the future if 2K are willing to retry the experiment again next year because like I said it earlier, this could really redefine playing sports games forever.

While Sorry! is one of the most fast-paced and per consequent, one of the most frustrating games of the whole Family Game Night experience, it remains the most amusing game of the whole bunch. Still, if you have purchased one (or all) of previous Family Game Night titles, adding this one should not be an issue an it’s even a must.

If you were waiting for all available versions of NBA Jam to hit stores, the addition of Online make this the version of choice. On the other hand, if you don't plan on playing online, I would recommend picking-up the Wii-version and experiencing the game how it was initially meant to be played.

Don’t get me wrong, I liked Lips, it’s just that I expected a lot more from it; especially after seeing what SingStar was able to deliver. Plus knowing the fact that Microsoft is the king when it comes to social networking, this game feels rather incomplete. Lips will surely give you, friends and family, hours of fun if you only have an Xbox 360. If you have a Playstation 3, I would not be surprised if you end up playing SingStar more often.

Good controls most of time.

Gotham City Impostors is online multiplayer gaming in its purest form: straightforward, fun, easy to pick up, deep enough to satisfy the hardcore, boasts an active community, and it's very accessible.

It's not the most robust experience on the 3DS, but it remains a title worth picking up despite its notable omissions.

Just like Peggle, Save The Turtles scores big thanks to its friendly presentation, cute visuals and addictive gameplay. In my books, this hidden gem is a no-brainer if you’re looking for a great game to invest your Nintendo Points in.

An uninteresting story combined with repetitive gameplay give the player little else to grab on to.

There’s a little something for everyone in Easy Golf. Casual players both young and old will find the game to be graphically appealing and easy to pick up and enjoy, but there’s an audience here for hardcore gamers as well. The player created courses can bring a challenge to this game. While a little pricier than other XNA titles, be assured this is a game that is overflowing with features and content that goes beyond what many Xbox Live Arcade titles offer at the same price, giving players a full Arcade-style golf title for their money.

Loaded with charm, wit, and simple-yet-addictive gameplay, The Munchables is easily recommendable to anyone looking for a game that’s slightly out of sync with the norm. Proof positive that casual doesn’t have to be a dirty word.

I really enjoyed Asura's Wrath, but the gameplay is somewhat of a great disappointment. We are supposed to be here to play a game, and the sections that we do get to play are lacklustre at best and don't add much to the experience, which is a shame.

Overall, Flock will draw players in with its cutesy and whimsical world. It’s definitely not for everyone, but if you liked the idea of building your own levels in LittleBigPlanet and the adorable world of The Maw, you’ll enjoy the marriage of the two here. But at $14.99, it might seem a little pricey for a downloadable title.

Those looking for a more serious, sim-like atmosphere will need to look elsewhere, as TNT Racers is all about the slightly off kilter vibe experienced with its tongue firmly lodged in its cheek.

Crackdown 2 doesn't take any risks, instead opting to preserve the spirit of the first game almost verbatim. The lack of progression is undeniably disappointing in some respect, but at the same time you can't help but have fun. Ten minute play sessions turn into hour-long hunts when searching for those last few orbs and leaping from the such great heights never gets old.

By no means a breakthrough in the RTS genre. Veteran players of games such as StarCraft, Supreme Commander or even Age of Empires III will most likely find that it lacks the depth of its bretheren. Still, in spite of its abysmal AI and other design flaws, AoE Online has a certain appeal, thanks to its interesting progression. For some players, the game will work just like an MMORPG: questing may not always be exciting, but the reward system will keep them coming back.
