-
The graphics of this game are pretty phenomenal considering the game is being displayed by the Wii.
-
Suffice it to say, you'll have fun if you give this game a fair chance.
-
Spectrobes Origins is home version perfectly adapted from what we've seen in Nintendo DS. It makes good use of the Wii hardware and has a well-integrated story, which is bolstered by a great localization to Spanish.
-
Spectrobes: Origins is an interesting evolution of the franchise, even if still aimed to a teen audience it happens to stand out as a solid and entertaining RPG recommended especially to fans of the genre. The game is visually impressive but plagued by minor faults, it does not last a lot but it offers some optional content and lots of creatures to unlock and collect.
-
This is a cut above most monster collection games, but won't change the world. [Oct 2009, p.80]
-
This is a decent game, and kids will likely enjoy it for a while, but it falls well short of being any sort of modern classic.
-
With a simplistic, weak story that will only entertain young children and drab, tedious gameplay that only young children could overlook, Spectrobes: Origins is a game that should only be played by kids, and even then, any Pokémon game will provide them with three times the content at three times the quality.
