Blades of Time had a good starting point with this time bending idea, allowing the player to clone himself for combat or puzzle purposes. But its basic level design, poor artistic direction, and overall confusing combat, when paired with an uninspired story render the game quite disappointing.

Font Mission is like a 1995's Virtual On, but without Sega's talent, both in terms of game design and customization options for you Wanzer. Oh, and the production values are clearly not on par with what one can expect from an average current gen HD game. If it wasn't a quick buck drawn from a prestigious name, I don't understand what Square intended to do with this.

Despite some ideas and a will to deliver a comprehensive game (the virtual coach, cards, touch screen based games), FIFA 11 DS remains a poor attempt at providing a respectable soccer game compared to its HD counterparts. It's ugly, there's no AI, and in the end, kids without high expectations might enjoy it, but it's probably my duty to inform you that your little brother will be better off playing a good ol' Nintendo World Cup on your dusty Game Boy.

Sure, the augmented reality brings something unusual to the game. Feeding your pet, play with it, check its health, etc. does have something magical to it, especially with the familiar backgrounds of your own home. But beyond this initial amazement, the not-so deep activities, the technical limitations of the PSP's camera, and the annoying loading times will tarnish the fun you can get in the long run. That's why the PS3 version remains so much better.

It's true for books or movies, and remains true for games as well: a good theme doesn't guarantee success. Between the failed infiltration and dull fights, Redfall leaves us with a particularly bitter taste. The desire to loot epic equipment, to discover the bosses of the game (ultimately too rare) and the coop are all reasons that prevent the controller from falling from our hands. But with each confrontation - as insipid as it is ridiculous because of a strawberry AI - and with each new uninviting objective, one wonders what we are still doing there. So, we continue, to see if what awaits us is worth it, to realize that it is not. Are you looking for a very good FPS to do solo? Redfall is definitely not for you. Are you a fan of vampires and want an affordable experience to do with friends thanks to the Game Pass? Arkane Austin's game will fill you up for a very short time, at best.

Sonic The Hedgehog Episode 4 seems to be more of a Sonic the Hedgehog 1.2 (calling it "A.5" would put it too close to the brilliant Sonic 2...). The levels don't surprise, the soundtrack bores, and more importantly the blue hedgehog's inertia and dullness make it a real disappointment in 2010. We'll try not to resent it too much, since it's a rather cheap downloadable game, but it's still a very short game as well. Love is blind, so some may still enjoy it, but we'd rather advise them to try out the DS games, which are closer to today's expectations of a 2D journey with the supersonic hedgehog.

For a platformer reminiscent of Limbo, it's particularly bad, since it makes the levels hard to read, and the poor gameplay doesn't help at all, making it frustratingly difficult. If you take its physics, gameplay and map, then Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown is really a good racing game. Pleasant to take in hand, both at the controller and at the wheel, the game knows how to offer good sensations within its varied environment and its successful reconstitution. But at the moment, it is particularly difficult to advise on its purchase, as it has suffered from profound problems in the process of being resolved. If we could ignore a distressing technique, the emptiness of Natural Doctrine and its amateur appearance almost make it impossible to recommend to anyone. Even lovers of the genre, T-RPG.

Creating a Diablo-like is much more complicated than it seems. I sincerely believe that the Fatshark guys did what they could to offer a new take, but they simply failed. Three characters to control; too few skills and customization ; a frustrating leveling-up system... and above-average production values are going to drive away even the most persistent gamers.

No charisma, no ideas, no fun, Jet Rocket II is a game that does not deserve your attention.

A bad game was bound to be released among all the launch titles of the 3DS. Asphalt 3D, even though its seems comprehensive on paper, can't make us stick to the 3D screen. Its production values are so poor, that it seems like it's been a rushed port from previous versions on low spec hardware. If you want to race in 3D with your 3DS, for the time being, favor Ridge Racer.

Let's get to the point: Past Cure is an atrocious video game, bad at every level. That's all you need to know about it.

If you're an moldu who's super-fan, be sure that I understand you, but don't be fooled. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 is clearly underwhelming, and doesn't compare in any way to any other TPS in terms of quality. Imprecise, slow, poorly designed, we can't even recommend this Harry Potter game to the most tolerant fans.
