Inside is short but immensely interesting, telling its story almost like a silent movie, without words. Playday has once again managed to create something unique, a game that stays with us for hours after finishing the story.

Fans of western RPGs like Witcher 3 will most likely skip Tales of Berseria, even though it's definitely worth checking out. And fans of Tales of series? They are probably deep inside the campaign already.

I was surprised how different Bayonetta Origins is from the main series, with strong gameplay and a nice atmosphere. It's clear that PlatinumGames knows very well what it wants to do with the franchise.

Shadow Warrior 2 is a great sequel. Even irritating dialogues and jokes can't hide the fact, that the combat is simply great and enjoyable. Every fan of dynamic shooting -- and slashing -- should definitely spend some time with the game.

Translating tabletop Mordheim into digital world was a titanic challenge for developers from Rogue Factory, one executed very well. The only issue is the lack of factions, which - when published - will make the combat even more interesting.

Salt and Sanctuary can be called a 'Dark Souls 2D' and certainly is more worthy of this name than the official Slashy Souls on mobile. Frustration, perseverance, joy, satisfaction - all present. Shortcomings are not serious enough to overshadow this specific kind of enjoyment, characteristic for Souls series.

Far Cry Primal offers fresh and revamped atmosphere, but very little in terms of new mechanics. Thankfully, the core gameplay is still immensely satisfying, especially in later stages. Overall, Primal marks a step in the right direction for the Far Cry series.

After ironing out technical issues - which will certainly happen, given the size of the franchise - we'll be able to safely call Warzone 2.0 an almost perfect game.

Resident Evil HD offers a unique and emotional trip to the origins of survival horror. Thanks to its release on current platforms, the younger generation can for the first time cross a threshold into the evil mansion.

Saros is a fantastic roguelite shooter, although it doesn’t make quite the same impact as Returnal - mainly because of the many similarities between the two. It lacks that same sense of freshness, and its narrative layer isn’t nearly as captivating. Still, the combat, boss fights, and exploration of intriguing locations deliver an incredibly enjoyable experience that’s downright addictive. It’s definitely a game worth checking out.

Diablo 4 is certainly a tasty proposition for fans of the series, but their appetite may not be fully satisfied. Repetitive nature of side activities and their small rewards steer us towards the storyline, which initially also leaves a lot to be desired. Fortunately, the foundations for further development are solid, the combat is satisfying and the size of the world offers plenty to do.

Fans of Death Stranding will find more of what they know and love in the sequel - only bigger and better. Those who dismissed the series as a ‘delivery simulator’ probably won’t change their minds. But both camps are likely to appreciate the boldness and freedom with which Hideo Kojima continues to blur the line between game and film.

Contrary to appearances, slower pace of combat never makes it boring. Successful hits from long distance are very satisfying, even after many hours. It's a pity that the micro-transactions system is not perfect.

Final Fantasy XVI is something very different from what fans know, and yet by some miracle Square Enix managed to maintain the series' identity. A successful step in a new direction.

Still, it is not a game for everyone - one has to forget almost everything that games have taught us over the past decade.

There's no doubt that Fallout 4 is worth recommending and that everyone will find something interesting here - it's an impressive and addictive game. It's only a shame that Bethesda didn't try to change the gameplay formula a bit more or iron out the technical problems.

It's hard to be bored while sabotaging competition's infrastructure and detonating underground nukes. Couple more buildings or patents would be a welcome addition, but Offworld Trading Company is already a complete, well-thought-out strategy.

Halo 5 lacks something fresh and surprising, a breath of new life. The campaign is interrupted in the wrong moment and the lack of split-screen is disappointing, but these cons are balanced out by addictive and satisfying multiplayer. The game is not without certain defects, but it's still worth recommending.

Yakuza 0 is a specific game that demands turning a blind eye on some elements, like mediocre graphics, technical shortcomings, long cutscenes and slow story. If we can accept these issues, Yakuza offers a rich world and hours upon hours of gameplay. Seems like the best moment to check out this Japanese fenomen.

Civilization 7 is trying to reinvent the wheel, and it's not quite succeeding in doing so. The gameplay has been greatly simplified, and while some of these changes add momentum to the game, others strip it of the depth to which fans of the series - or strategy genre in general - have become accustomed. I had plenty of fun, but I expected something more from the new Civilization. Something that would draw me in not for a few dozen, but a few hundred hours. And that something was missing.

There's an interesting atmosphere of anxiety in Kholat, effectively keeping us in front of the screens - that's biggest advantage of the game. On the other hand, developers quickly ran out of ideas that would make the exploration easier and more interesting. Still, Imgn.pro's debut is largely successful.

It's fun to visit the mountains in Steep from time to time and enjoy a pleasant ride down the slope or one of the more exciting challenges. It's important not to Overstay the game's welcome, since Steep can quickly become rather boring and monotonous.

The new instalment of the wacky party game series surprises with absurd ideas. Playing with friends in WarioWare: Move It! is certainly fun, but boredom creeps in pretty quickly.

The two main innovations in FC 25, namely Rush mode and the FC IQ system, really hit the mark. However, the other significant changes can be counted on the fingers of one hand. If you liked FC 24, you will certainly like FC 25, but if you were not a fan of the previous installment, you will probably not have a good time here.

Total War Pharaoh is unlikely to be a game you will sink hundreds of hours in, due to its repetitiveness and lack of variety. Fortunately, frequently criticized parts of previous games - AI and powerful heroes disrupting the balance - have been improved. Overall, few new mechanics and a new historical period are not enough to add Pharaoh to the "best in Total War" collection.

Despite its shortcomings, Marathon delivers solid fun and can really pull you in. Its distinctive art style and Bungie’s signature shooter feel are without a doubt something the competition doesn’t offer. That alone could keep players engaged for the long run, especially once the game gets more content and irons out some of its early issues. For now, I’m giving it a 7/10, but I believe even a 9/10 is within Marathon’s reach.

Stellaris brings a lot of fresh elements to the space strategy genre, but - after a promising start - the gameplay changes into more tedious management. At some point you can't help but feel it would be more interesting to start again with a fresh save and abandon our civilization: special events disappear, errors make it impossible to finish missions and the enemy AI is never very smart in combat.

I wouldn't call Synapse a must-have for PlayStation VR2, but it's certainly a unique experience. Basic gameplay and character development are brilliantly executed, so if you decide to pick up this game, you'll be throwing enemies to the ground and bludgeoning them with virtual bullets with a smile on your face. It's just a shame that the small amount of content makes it feel a bit like a proof of concept rather than a full-fledged game.

An interesting and pleasant adventure, not too demanding alternative for Pokémon fans, who are perhaps a little bit tired with the same formula. Yo-Kai Watch won't offer any deep gameplay system, but maybe that's the point.

Elden Ring: Nightreign is undoubtedly an interesting experiment that could bring a much-needed breath of fresh air to the soulslike genre. Its gameplay loop, built around relatively short matches, offers an intriguing alternative to the traditional, hours-long campaigns FromSoftware is known for. However, as the studio’s first foray into multiplayer-focused gameplay, it suffers from some early growing pains - issues unlikely to be fully resolved through patches alone. The lack of built-in voice chat is a major drawback, and I wouldn't recommend the game to players who don’t have at least one reliable teammate and access to an external communication tool. Playing with randoms can be a frustrating experience.

Arizona Sunshine 2 could have been one of the best VR games, but the developers made some weird decisions that get in the way of fully enjoying the game. However, they succeeded in what is most important - enjoyable zombie shooting. Buddy the dog is also a fantastic addition to the first installment.

Intriguing and captivating at times, only to irritate few moments later. That being said, Revelations 2 leaves fond memories.

Stalker 2 is a great example of a game that some would describe as “eurojank”. Ambitious, unfussy, charming, eluding industry trends and incredibly addictive, but at the same time quite "stiff" and with numerous technical flaws. If you are able to put up with it, you will have a great time. I, as a long-time fan of the series, certainly had.

The Crew is not without issues, but still offers a lot of fun: the pleasant driving model and huge world encourage exploration. It's during the free roaming that the game spreads its wings and offers real breadth.

Final Fantasy XV is a good game, suffering after years of chaotic development. It's definitely worth checking out, but bare in mind That Square Enix have not managed to make a "Final Fantasy for everyone", like the company claims. All we get is an approach to find the golden mean, not always a successful one.
