    Tales of Symphonia Chronicles is a great bundle for every JRPG fan. The original Symphonia published on Nintendo GameCube and PlayStation 2 was missed by a large number of players due to the lack of popularity of the Tales of saga into the Western market. Namco Bandai is now working hard on the JRPG side, listening to the fans' feedback.

    Another thrilling (but not flawless) ride for the Motorstorm series. The new, apocalyptic scenario delivers excellent track designs and incredible visuals, but the entire single-player experience feels a little bit unbalanced. On the other hand, sound and multiplayer options are top-notch.

    Old school hack 'n slash lovers, get ready, The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing 2 is a game made exactly for you. Lots of action, profound skill system and a good story makes this Neocore Games production perfect for any fan of the genre.     Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown is a revamped and remastered version of a brilliant game released over a decade ago. Despite the simple 3-button setup, the battle system is surprisingly deep. This game is easy to access but hard to master. Every fighter has his unique fighting style and everyone can find is perfect fitting. SEGA obviously wants to push the online experience since offline modes are very limited. Expect regular free updates for netcode and new contents in the next months.

    Soldner-X 2: Final Prototype is certainly a well-packed shooter. The mix of old-school gameplay and terrific HD graphics are again a good choice. Easier than its prequel (and that's ok), it seriously lacks in longevity.

    Codemasters has succeeded in the difficult task to bring back to life a famous IP, looking forward to a multiplatform future, which has just started. If you are among those people from the 'old school', feel free to add half point to the final mark. If you aren't, and are looking for an easy game, just do the opposite and look for another game.

    Magic 2014 Duels of Planeswalkers is a solid and intriguing version of the renowned card game. Wizards of the Coast still limits the experience to bring people to their shops: will they resist next year with Scrolls, World of Warcraft: Heartstone, HEX e Might & Magic: Duel of Champions coming?

    The iOS version of Microsoft puppies island is a very funny pastime, probably more suitable for kids or very young players rather than hardcore ones. Nevertheless, from a technical viewpoint Frontier IP offers very good graphics, an immediate gameplay and, last but not least, an excellent control-system.

    MotoGP 21 is the incarnation of the “less is more” creative philosophy. Milestone decided to direct every effort towards the race, improving the physics and the driving systems, making good use of every next-gen feature, including a brilliant PS5's DualSense implementation. This, however, gave birth to a very minimalistic and detailed experience, something that will surely appeal hardcore fans but might result redundant in the hands of more casual players.

    Hero Academy offers a new concept of multiplayer gaming on iOS devices: an asynchronous system using push notification, suitable for quick session you can resume whenever you want, even the following day. Robot Entertainment's IP is funny and immediate, suitable for all player – even the less skilled with RTS. But be careful: playing without a strategy against a human opponent could be an authentic suicide.

    Remothered: tormented fathers is a great stealth-horror game, in which every step could be the last one. During all the adventure you will feel the breath of the death on your neck, but runnig away is definitely the best way to embrace the darkness. A must have for all the fans of hard-core horror games in which the enemy is the stalker like Clock Tower.

    Bounty of Blood: A Fistful of Redemption is the most interesting DLC of those proposed to date. Although it requires the usual 7-8 hours for 100% completition, thanks to an all new cast it manages to offer a little more. Smooth storyline, interesting atmosphere and endless weapons, all with a comic touch in pure Borderlands style.
