    CyberConnect2 has listened to fans' feedback for Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, and it was the right decision. The mistakes of Generations are behind now and we're offered a really good Story mode, even if you'll be only watching your screen most of the time. With a huge choice of characters and a still very efficient gameplay, Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is obviously the very best episode.

    Naruto is a beloved ninja, in Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 he has a great story to tell. Fans have found the best game in the Shippuden series, but really this chapter has some unforgivable mistakes. New ideas and classic setbacks, all together in a beautiful cel shading.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is the best 3D fighting game to date. Everything from Storm 2 just was upgraded hell of a lot! The story mode in this game is **** amazing! However it does skip quite a lot of canonical information from the original show so don't make this game your only source for Naruto Shippden. With that aside, the story aspects along the narration and the fighting makes this mode perfect, not close to perfect, perfect! Also the soundtrack for this game are just... wow. If you can buy the soundtrack alone you will be in a treat. The versus mode itself got a serious upgrade! Its so fun and competitive that is could be an e-sport game. Kinda extreme but you will see for yourself. And the online mode is fixed and enjoyable from the last game. Beside the crappy servers Namco Bandai provides, it's a fun made for you or your friends to play head to head with each other or with other players around the world.     Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 can be a fun game if you're a fan of the show or manga, but it doesn't offer much to those who aren't. The combat isUltimate Ninja Storm 3 can be a fun game if you're a fan of the show or manga, but it doesn't offer much to those who aren't. The combat is simplistic but works and allows new players to the series to jump straight into the game. The story whilst changing a lot of key points still tells the journey of Naruto and the Ninja War. The game hasn't really been tuned up the way you'd expect from a sequel and feels a lot like Ninja Storm 2, whilst this isn't a bad thing as it still has plenty of new playable characters and continues the story, you instantly feel that you've played this game before. The online battles are still a mess, with people being encouraged to repeatedly use the same attack to win and no real incentive to try any of the lesser characters, it gets dull quickly. On top of that you have massive connection issues with most matches you join having some sort of delay. This can be side stepped if you host a match but then the other player will be in your shoes. So don't expect this game to have a strong playerbase for long. All in all I'd say this is a rental or buy when it's around $30. There is no need to play this game immediately and it doesn't bring enough new features to the table to warrant a full price purchase.… Expand
