    A lot of BS reviews just targeted at Epic. It's a great game and improves on BL2 in every way. Avoid DX12 on PC though!

    Кошмар, фпс падает каждые 5 секунд, вне зависимости от настроек, а в режиме прицеливания фпс вообще пробивает дно. Ладно, к этому кое-как с горем можно привыкнуть. Но помимо этого в игре куча багов (нпс перестают двигаться, перестают работать некоторые кнопки в игре, предметы в инвентаре некорректно отображаются, глушиться звук и т.д) , особенно, выбесил баг когда босс застрял на лестницеКошмар, фпс падает каждые 5 секунд, вне зависимости от настроек, а в режиме прицеливания фпс вообще пробивает дно.     This game is Borderlands through and through. It's simple math, if you like the past Borderlands games then you will like this one.

    That said the game play is MUCH improved. Gun play is SO much better and more impactful. The addition of sliding and climbing is very cool and the sheer variety of guns is amazing. From a performance angle I'm dubious of many of the complaints. My PC    This game is Borderlands through and through. Epic store sellouts Randy Pitch ford and Gearbox made a game that is almost identical to the last 3 BL games and are swimming in cash from the soulless masses that don't give a f about consumer practices. You're the reason why EA still can make **** games and are still in business. Can't wait until this is cracked, but it will probably suck either way.… Expand

    Low performance on a i7 7700k, GTX 1070, 16GB Ram. It's a terrible launch, buggy mess and a EGS exclusive for 6 months. They even started deleting reviews to make themselves feel better.

    First thing to address is that this is a Borderlands game, so don't expect too many new things. The style, atmosphere and humour is what makes the series. The gameplay is very tight and enhanced by the new movement options, mantle and slide. These can give you a few more tactical angles and nothing feels better than sliding up to an enemy and finishing them with a switch shot the groin.

    It's a lot of fun and the characters are as big as ever. The addition of the new locations makes it feel a lot bigger and more varied than previous versions, as does the amount of guns!

    There are a few bugs, but none of them I have come across are game breaking.

    Just don't run it with DX12.

    If you love Borderlands, you'll love this. It's immature, loud and brash but loads of fun.    … Expand

    Shady DRM that is uploading unknown data to a server.

    Outdated and childish toilet humor.

    I don't know why the hell people are still okay with this. This is essentially the equivalent of 2K20. A reskin with an updated roster. The roster update is just the guns. Everything else is the same. I hate that people are okay with reskins for some franchises but not others. This is just as scummy as 2K and FIfa. How am I supposed to recommend this game when I can just tell you to play Borderlands 2 and have a better launcher, the same variety of loot, better optimization, much better price tag, and much better humor. This game is Borderlands 2.1. I wouldn't even qualify it as an expansion, just some additional guns. Don't buy this game. Just buy Borderlands 2 for a third of the price.… Expand

    To start, at its core this is inherently a borderlands sequel and should be praised for how true to the series it feels, gameplay feels smooth, fast paced and rewarding. The gameplay loop is identical to how previous editions are, grinding mobs for levels to build an ever growing machine of a character, looping maps to find chests, bosses, rare mob spawns, and of course grinding for legendary guns. If you like me, enjoyed this grind of the previous titles, you will pick this game up and immediately feel right at home.

    The visuals are stunning, albeit not optimised in the slightest at launch, having to turn down some settings such as material complexity in order to get consistant frame rates. Frame drops can take you out of enjoyment of the game as the performance with some of the settings turned up can be completely immersion breaking, some fights can drop the frame rate from 80 - 50, which on a 144hz panel is something you definitely notice.

    However, that being said after altering some settings, the game looks the part and the game runs perfectly smooth for me, particle effects light up the battlefield, arms, blood, legs and heads fly around as an instant reward for targeting that body part, the lighting is so good, dark areas feel dark, light areas make your eyes adjust, textures are super sharp and crisp and the colour palette has seen a massive upgrade.

    Sound stage is also fantastic, gun sounds feel punchy and bassy, explosions distort the sound arounds you, shotguns sound powerful and pistols pop, i couldnt believe how good the sound effects where after i first stepped into the game, hearing the first car back fire after stepping on the accelerator was a small detail i greatly appreciated

    The story line and characters are mediocre at best, the story writing and the jokes just do not seem fitting for the series, comparing Handsome Jack with the Calypso Twins, they just appear empty, uninteresting and provide no sort of connection with the player. The humour has also taken a step back in this game, however there was a few moments that i had a chuckle to myself, mainly hearing Zane respond to people and the world around him, playing an angry scottish man is always going to be funny.

    That being said, i have never played borderlands primarily for the story, i play to become a god that can rain hell of hundreds of mobs with interesting and unique guns, spending hours to obtain rare legendaries, and playing with different class builds, the story was always just an added bonus to help guide me to the end game where i play it my own way, and take on whichever boss i want at any given time, and for that reason I highly recommened Borderlands 3, it has nailed absolutely everything i was looking for in the next chapter of the series.    … Expand

PC game does need further optimization as I'm seeing frame drops to mid 50s running a 1070 GPU on medium settings at 1440p. Make sure to run in fullscreen mode as windowed brought me into the 40 fps range. But the game is still very playable and I love it.

    Its exactly what i wanted and expected from a borderlands sequel. What i didnt expect, and was happily surprised by is the deoth of the skill trees. Its no longer about beelining to a single capstone.

    I normally don't write reviews for games but the representation of this game is nutty. This is a fantastically crafted game with excellent gunplay and insane set pieces. It is a flawed game but there is so much misinformation. This game deserves better.

Borderlands 3 is no different. I run it on medium or high settings on everything except volumetric fog. It has crashed twice in 40 hours of game play. The game is great fun and so far Tyreen Calypso is a good antagonist.… Expand

    Given that it is re-treading old path but with the same gameplay, it should be good for old fans. But really not truly innovative. Lackluster characters and story, more FPS than RPG and bugs and glitches reported in the typical gearbox manner,

    It is better to give this a pass first until it is improved.

    Epic launcher has terrible issues downloading and updating the game. Now it comes it out it may be uploading everything you do in the game to them. Combine that with general buggy mess and poor optimization, weird input delay and random crashes. Story wise from what I was able to play it's a cringe fest of memes and off brand jokes that took place of actual story and funny writing. Where is all Vault Hunters from Borderlands 2, and why aren't they the main characters in Borderlands 3? Where is The Watcher, Athena and Great War from The Pre-Sequel? Where is Fiona after TFTB ending?

    Fantastic addition to the franchise. Great visuals and gunplay. There are also fantastic set pieces and celebrity cameos which are used well.

    I would give this an 8.5 if the dx12 was fixed. The game runs great in dx 12 on my radeon VII but it takes forever to get into the game at the start and then i have to change the resolution to 1440p before i can switch back to 4k at 75% resolution. I think there should be options to change the resol

    In a world full of bland live service **** this game stands out as a complete, well crafted package, full of surprises and great moments. The issues with this game are present but are blown way out of proportion.

    Game is awesome. I haven't had one technical issue on PC and i'm playing it in 4k and getting 60fps on a 1080ti. Don't listen to the bad reviews the game is a blast. If you loved BL2 you'll love BL3.

    i love BD 1 and BD 2, and waited this one!

    i dont get all those negative Scores... maybe Because Epic Launcher?

    This game is a same old BD2 whit better loot, and more Gore and nice new characters.
    i got 100-160fps no lag or Fps drops and no bugs or other issues.

    i like the game and i realy enjoy it.

As far as I can tell, Borderlands 3 has improved on Borderlands 2 in every way.

    The game looks beautiful. I don't know how anyone could think its hardly an improvement over BL2. Do a side by side of the two. BL2 looks like hot garbage. The lighting in this game is so impressive, I love it combined with the cell shaded style. The guns are all so unique. Every gun I have picked up has been completely different and fun to use, no matter the stats. The skill trees are far more in depth and allow a lot more catering to your individual playstyle.

    The changes to co-op has allowed for far superior drop-in drop-out co-op play. Playing with friends has never been easier. I love the shared loot and scaled enemies system. It just makes it so much more enjoyable. It was so annoying in previous borderlands games that you couldn't progress further than your friends or you would just one hit everything in their game. BL3 has completely remedied that.

    if you're going to get your panties in a bunch over the game not being on steam, I'm going to go ahead and give you a big YIKERS and a big "Grow up." Who cares. You can still play the game. I haven't had a single issue with epic games launcher. Enjoy waiting 6 months.

    I know this was ranty but this review bombing stuff is just ludicrous. Imagine being so devoid of individual thought that you give a massive AAA title like BL3 a metacritic score equivalent to BIG RIGS OVER THE ROAD RACING. Give me a break..

    Again do the sour pc-gamers destroy a games rating. Im enjoying it all the way on my Xbox One X, without any troubles. Borderlands 3 is absolutely amazing, smooth as silk in its own way. True to the franchise, it delivers a ton of entertainment! Enjoyable characters, both old and new, cool music, hardcore gameplay, awesome worlds/planets etc. Just like Gears 5, it delivers!     Apart from the bugs which people have reported and the performance issues (both of which I somehow haven't noticed yet on a bloody GTX 760) the game itself is great. Gunplay has greatly improved and the skill trees have a lot more options now than "you get more grenades". They also reward exploration a bit more than "here's a badass rank" which is a huge improvement imo.

    I'm not done with this game and the only complaint I have so far are the cutscenes (1440p) are cropped weirdly, but other than that, the game runs fine. Very smooth on my end, love the humor (not as good as 2 so far), love the boss fights thus far. I know a lot of people are still so upset over the Epic store...but really, it's still on PC.     The game is fun but my only complaint is about the performance and I think is thanks to denuvo , I can’t make the game run stable even with this component, rtx2080 ti,intel core i7 9700,32gb of ram , I’ve been trying to run the game with a resolution of 2560x1440 and everything on ultra but I had to go down to High and even in high , the frame rate sometime drops under 50

The gun play is much more fun now, a lot of improvements regarding quality of life. Well the jokes are kinda left out, but i had some nice laughter. The menu and visuals are nearly the same to that of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. And with no major improvement graphically speaking the game plays worse performance wise. This makes no sense....
    5. The missions are boring. Yes they are legit boring with many of the quest giving characters acting similar to each other and the objectives being similar. 6. Behaviour of developer and publisher alike has been very anti consumer. They recently went on a banning spree towards players who "misgendered" FL4K as a "he" or "him". Yes you heard correctly. For some reason these people hate references to the male gender and their idealogy seeped through into the game. Game needed more QA and less identity politics with bad ŠJW cringy writing. ŠJWs can't write jokes. Actually when playing this game the writing and even the bad AI gave me Wolfenstein: Youngblood vibes.    … Expand

    Garbage game. You only do 2 things in this game. Kill swarms of bullet-sponge enemies and open loot boxes. That's it. There is nothing more to it. Also playing solo is essentially impossible so definitely don't get this unless you have several friends to who also want to play this.

    I've only played as FL4K so far and they're a fun VH to start with. The story is enjoyable and the humour can go from cheesy to laugh out loud funny from moment to moment.

    The game itself is more of the same from Gearbox, with a few modern tweaks...
    - The movement and combat feel more fluid due to better physics and animation
    - Gunplay and melee feel more solid and satisfying
    - The addition of slide and mantle make movement feel much smoother.

    Few mild disappointments though...
    - Loading from one zone to another in the same way as BL2 feels lazy. The maps I've seen really aren't that big and complex. This solution to join feels really dated.
    - Even though I've been lucky to not experience anything major bugs, I feel like performance needs to be improved
    - I run into stupid stuff like getting stuck to the scenery
    - FL4K's default head is animated but none of the others I've seen so far are.

    Overall, If you're not a victim of performance issues, this game is a worthy follow on from the second game. If you love Borderlands, you'll love this. And if Gearbox support this in the way BL2 was supported, there will be plenty to do for years to come.    … Expand

    I'm having a blast and cannot wait for crossplay to finally play Borderlands in coop. I like how the variety of guns allows you to enjoy different play styles.

    The story is pretty crap so far (cults... fascinating), but on the positive side this just lets you focus on the arcadey destruction. I also like the quirky humor.

    I haven't suffered any performance issues so far on my GTX 1080 Ti.

Баги - Я начал играть с релиза и играю сейчас и на данный момент (19 сентября) у меня было 3 бага! 1 в начале когда железяка котился в центр вербовки 2 у нпс на 10 сек было серое лицо 3 и это самое страшное нпс не пошел дальше по заданию и я это исправил перезаходом что занело у меня минуту!

    Больше причин я не нашел или не вспомнил! Игра великолепна! Мне очень обидно что ей занизели оценки не за что! Я уверен что это из за того что вы не решили разбираться в игре а просто услышали чье то мнение и все!

    Игра не идеально и заслуживает 8 балов но я бы поставил ей 9 а так как вы ставите ей плохие оценки я поставлю 10 чтоб немного поднять оценку игре!
    Разбирайтесь в вопросе а не верьте кому то просто так!

    Upon first impressions, I have to say that there is absolutely nothing to turn your nose up at here. The game is highly functional and fun to play. The voice cast and writing talents put the previous entries in the series to shame, and the game looks beautiful to boot.

    I'm not sure why everyone is so mad. The game so far is incredible, aside from some bugs and glitches which can be fixed it has the same feeling as the previous games, just way better. Same loving characters, comparable humor to the past games and great gameplay.

For someone who was not a fun of the series up to this point, this game will most likely not change your mind. I enjoyed all the life improvements like auto ammo pick up out of the chests and lost item machine. The worlds are gorgeous, and there is lots of content and fun gameplay.     Dropping my score from a 9 to an 8 because the story and characters were always a big component of what I liked about the Borderlands games, and while I still think BL3 makes the story in games like Destiny look like a joke, the story/characters/dialogue (and how old characters are treated, as I said before) are not up to par with Borderlands 2, even if everything else is better.    … Expand

I have a mediocre PC and this game is playing flawlessly. Bottom line, if you're a fan of the BL series, then you'll love this new one. Go buy it.

It's done absolutely nothing to improve visuals, gunplay, the GODDAMN user interface, or the fact that every new gun you pick up is somehow a little worse.     When joining a friends game sometimes the cut scenes audio was delayed (Although my friend was playing on a very low end laptop and his game would freeze for like half a second at time. The audio delay only seemed to happen when his game froze so it might have just been an error on his end as we never had this problem while i was hosting)

    Summary:
    This game easily tops the previous games in the series its got a great story, great villains, (Not as good as Handsome Jack but still good) the guns feel amazing and so many quality of life improvements. And while i had a couple of bugs this game could have easily been a 9/10 if the bugs are improved (will update when fixed). The only reason this game doesn't get a 10 is really because the villains don't quite live up to Handsome Jack. But aside from that I highly suggest ignoring the negative reviews for this game and at least try it for yourself. Maybe give it a few weeks for all the bugs to be patched, whilst i personally didn't encounter many bugs and my game ran smoothly on ultra ranging 60 to 100 fps, i am aware that might not be the case for everyone. All i ask is that you give the game a go you will have the time of your life.    … Expand

    It's everything you liked about Borderlands 2 but with more content and many quality of life changes. If you liked Borderlands 2 you'll love the third game if you didn't like the game play or comedy of borderlands 2 you won't like the game it's that simple

    I can't believe that they ruined the borderlands franchise like this :( Terrible writing, terrible graphics, terrible gameplay... it doesn't feel like they tried at all, it fells like a halfassed version of BL2 instead of a proper sequel :(

    No real wow factor.
    It has been 6 years since the last Borderlands but i hope that does not mean they've been working on this for 6 years. Same feel to the game. Same map youve seen 1000 times. Same enemies who are just bullet sponges and every character has to wise guy and make some terrible cringe joke. its just really hard to take this gamer serious. it feels so    its just okay.
    No real wow factor.

    Отличная игра! Все, кто говорит обратное - не знают ничего о её вселенной! Суперская графа, геймплей, всё вообще круто! Чуток дождаться оптимизации и вообще тогда нареканий не будет. Ставлю авансом 10.

    Better and faster version of borderlands 2 as gameplay.As story it is not that good like borderlands 2.But still the best loot shooter game so far.

    Gearbox has a problem: the fantastic Borderlands 2 is too good to be beaten. But in the case of Borderlands 3, it is still more than a worthy successor. The filmmakers brought many pop-cultural references, maybe pushing too hard on how they want to be “modern”, but otherwise it's a great game again. [Issue#298]

    Borderlands 3 offers a generous experience, with colourful characters, neat gameplay and a charming universe. Its formula, very close to that of the previous episodes does not revolutionize the show but its small new features bring a little freshness and the scenario makes us want to go to the end of the adventure. Its dynamism and nervousness make it a choice piece for adrenaline-ready FPS lovers and license fans.

    The fun, humorous storyline, some great dialogue and theatrical accents of the diverse characters, beautifully varied locations and the same great gunplay that Borderlands is renowned for, means that Borderlands 3 becomes another must have title in the series.
