    It seems its either a 0 or 10 the way the reviews go, so giving it a zero. In its current state its about a 4.

    For starters the game seems to have lost hits charm humour wise, although maybe its just because I have grown up a bit. Their seems to be a lot of corridors and exploration doesn't seem as open as BL2.     do not buy this game, gearbox does not deserve your money, they have bought out so many media corporations to try and make this game sound and look good and they also made the game exclusive to epic games store to try and make more money,

    I really like borderland game but on PC the game run very badly, it s poorly optimize for sure.
    I hope a patch to fix it and maybe change my review.
    I have RTX 2060, 16GB of ram, I7-8750 H but i get freeze in lower setting...that is why i give bad review.
    The gameplay is fine but unplayable for moment.

    Man, what a disappointment. I picked up the first Borderlands shortly after launch and had been anticipating this launch - and after 10-12 hours with the game, divided among two character classes, all I want is my money back. This isn't the Borderlands I've been playing for the past decade. I don't know what this is. But it's definitely not worth your money.

    To start, it takes about 20    Man, what a disappointment. I picked up the first Borderlands shortly after launch and had been anticipating this launch - and after 10-12 hours with the game, divided among two character classes, all I want is my money back. This isn't the Borderlands I've been playing for the past decade. I don't know what this is. But it's definitely not worth your money.

    To start, it takes about 20 minutes to earn your first skill point, and longer until you unlock your first passive ability, so it'll be a while before you can tell if you enjoy playing your character class. If you don't, enjoy sitting through the lengthy unskippable intro cutscenes (one of which is just compressed trailer footage).

    Once you get caught up, don't waste any time exploring the initial area. Exploring on your own is a waste of time, since quest objects / items can't be activated or collected unless you have the active quest. At least on Pandora, don't bother exploring an area unless you have an active quest in that region.

    As you're travelling through the area, characters you haven't met will randomly start talking to you via your ECHO with no introduction or context. They immediately deliver fetch/kill quests before you meet them, have any reason to help or trust them, or agree to a reward, etc.

    Meanwhile, your main quest giver, 10 minutes after meeting you, entrusts you with the most powerful artifact in the universe because she's busy doing housework. You're expected to care about the villains because they apparently have done some evil **** off-screen before you show up, but they're so irritating, bland and uninspired that I couldn't possibly care less about them. Compare them to Handsome Jack in B2 - like him or not, you immediately knew who he was, what his motivations were, and why you were in conflict with him. Here, you're just kind of thrust into a situation with little explanation - and not in a compelling, in-medias-res way, more of a "we forgot to hire a writer" way.

    The lack of strong writing leads to a lot of stilted and awkward dialogue / delivery between characters. NPCs will stand stock still while playing low-budget procedural face animations during emotional cutscenes. One character got locked into a push-ups animation while he was supposed to be sobbing over the loss of his comrade. A certain character that you save from the enemy thanks you, then immediately turns around and runs right back into the bandit camp where they were just being tortured because the nearest transporter is located there.

    If you're expecting any sort of player choice or expression beyond which guns to shoot and which abilities to spec into, you'll be disappointed. There's little-to-no option for creative completion of quests. If you try to go off the beaten path at all, or come up with a clever solution to a problem, you'll get shut down and railroaded back to the script the game wants you to follow. Not great for an open world game.

    I could go on about the outdated graphics and ****ty textures, overall bad voice acting and delivery, uninspired settings, recycled mechanics, enemies, locations, etc, copy-pasted art assets, reduced enemy variety and intrigue (at least in the first ~10 hours), asinine and illogical quests (not in the fun, quirky Borderlands sort of way - just downright stupid), missing audio content, ubiquitous bugs, lengthy and irritating mandatory checklist-style quests, the fact that the game forces you to play a slot machine to advance the plot - and a whole lot else. But I'll save you the time:

    The guns are fun to shoot. Some of the character abilities are kind of fun. There's some great, satisfying sound design in combat, and combat feels good overall. So, props to the weapons/combat design team, you folks nailed it.

    If that's good enough for you, get some friends together, get smashed, and you'll find some fun in Borderlands 3. If you want an intriguing world, decent dialogue, somewhat compelling characters, a clearly defined and intriguing villain, subversive mechanics, occasionally on-point satire / meta commentary in a crazy, Mad Max-inspired world with Diablo-esque combat mechanics that feel fun and rewarding... then just go play Borderlands 2 ya dingus    … Expand

    Good game, Horrible pc optimization. Studders non-stop. Can't keep a solid frame rate at any point in the game. Hard to enjoy with all the issues.

    Касательно технической части: игра ужасна. Эти длинные, коридорные пустые локации. Этот перегруженный интерфейс. Эти лаги/баги/фризы/зависания... Я потратил на игру 3 добрых дня, чтобы пройти сюжетные квесты и я уже жалею о потраченном времени и деньгах. Лучше бы подождал пиратку, да терпения не хватило.
    Дальше со спойлерами.
    Сюжет: банален и разочаровывает. Персонажи не проявляют и половину тех эмоций, которые они испытывали потеряв Роланда в БЛ2. Злодеи - зазнавшиеся, избалованные дети в телах взрослых. Они раздражают. Но, к сожалению, на фоне Стилл из БЛ1 и Зарпедон из ТПС - они чуточку да лучше. И все же, им очень далеко до Красавчика Джека из БЛ2 и ТФТБ.
    Больше всего во всей игре меня раздражает количество роялей в кустах, которые выскакивают просто из неоткуда. Меня разочаровывает, во что превратили уже знакомых персонажей. То, что сделали с Майей, Воном и Аурелией - вообще финиш. Мне жаль этих дамочек и мальчика-бухгалтера. Мне не нравится, что функция, которая была у нас по дефолту в БЛ2 - открывается лишь с прохождением полного сюжета в БЛ3. Это дико раздражает и совершенно не вызывает желания повторно окунаться в игру на данный момент. Может быть, если Гирбоксы поправят технические моменты хотя бы с багами/фризами/зависаниями - я еще подумаю об этом, но точно не в ближайшее время.
    Оффтоп: EGS-фаны, уймитесь пожалуйста. Ваш обожествляемый лаунчер не стоит того. Я перешагнул через себя, купил игру в EGS и я жалею об этом. Она не стоит своих денег вообще. Совет тем, кто не купил: ждите торренты или огромных, наищедрейших скидок на игру. В пределах 200+ рублей. Если не купите/не поиграете - много не потеряете.    … Expand

    Maybe Gearbox can use the spyware that comes bundled with the game to make the game not suck, but that still won't bring back Claptrap's voice actor after Randy Pitchford assaulted him. Looks like the people waiting for the Steam release made the right choice, because people who bought it on the Epic store are beta testing the game

    Please please don't waste your money on this game. I have never ever played something so broken, buggy, and full of glitches. I don't know how they have gotten away with releasing a game like this but if I weren't past the play mark I would request a refund.

I play this game on Epic games after downloading Epic Launcher for the first time. I've made this account on metacritic so I can actually review the game and warn anyone who are planning to get the game this early. My laptop is AcerI was excited to play Borderlands 3 after a bunch of hours from the previous games. But I cannot enjoy the game if I can't have a decent amount of frames. My laptop is Acer Nitro 15 with 1050ti and it can play Apex Legends lowest settings 1080p without having any problem reaching and maintaining 60 fps. But when I play Borderlands 3, an expected non-demanding game in terms of graphics, I cannot maintain 60 fps on 1080p. So i switched to 900p to try to enjoy the game I paid $60 for, but the frames are the same. This tells me one thing, my laptop is not the problem, it is the optimization that was so bad that certain places cut my 50-60 fps average (both on 1080p and 900p) into half, 30-40 fps. I also encountered the laggy main menu problem. I also found problems with the inventory because sometimes a gun is in a slot but the thumbnail is a grenade. This AAA $60 game launched worst than a FREE Battle Royale game (apex legends). I have submitted a refund request through Epic Refund Policy email, and after 2 days later, I have not received any reply yet. Now I see why Epic won't add reviews feature into their platform, so they can control the narrative and reviews so the games on their platforms look better than they actually are.… Expand

    I've been playing Borderlands since the first one came out. I've played and loved all the Borderlands games including Tales from the Borderlands and considered myself a fan like so many but I have to say over the last few months 2K has worn me down to despising them to EA levels.

    Characters are totally forgettable and uninteresting, jokes seemingly never land. Who wrote this?!

    Story is boring as hell. Ask people who finished the game and tell you their most memorable things that happened and you'll see.

    Also the size of the game (over 70 gb?) is painfully undeserved for what little it actually delivers.    … Expand

    Well that wasn't what I expected.
    The game is painfully average. Lazy writing, far less explorable world, and no innovation make it a solid 5. However, the technical implementation make the game barely playable. The sudden FPS drops are so bad I'm taking another 3 points off. 6 years, and all got was a weapons pack on a broken engine. Good job, Randy.

    I wanted to love this game but i couldn't. I have 23 hours in it, I have encountered 2 gamebreaking bugs in story missions. I'm not making another character.
    There are sync issues also. I lost the best pistol in the game due to it.
    Avoid this game until they fix it if that's ever going to happen.

    No split screen on PC, poor performance and dated visuals. Gameplay is worse than the previous game. Have refunded, would suggest avoiding.

    6 years to make? Seems to just be an add-on.. plus its (clunky as hell) and laggy gameplay is fast which i like but gutted i paid £59.99 for this! £20 maybe (feel ripped off) changed to 0 bugs after bugs

    Middle: now you have guns for the sake of guns, the game just throws TONS of trash guns towards you, that don't really make any sense. After 10 minutes you stop caring and just buy a gun with biggest number in the corner. You can try to calc DPS, but it's pretty much impossible and useless to compare guns against each other. As for gameplay, game is too easy, after 4 hrs of play I've amassed $6000 and i had nowhere to spend this money on, enemies are never a danger to you, you just kill them like flies with no real challenge. Side quests are tedious waste of time. HUMOUR that was the essence of borderlands 1/2 is now dull, boring shadow of it's former self, it's not trying to make you laugh, it's just not damn funny. Hello, guys? Yeah, the previous borderlands were made in another era, now you've gotta be careful with all the edgy jokes or you get a bad press from SJW idiots whos feelings were hurt. I get it, 2K, yeah. But all of the above just killed the franchise.

    Unoptimized and stuttery, too easy - hard mode not avaible from the start which makes the game boring, level scaling randomly not applied in some places, pathetic bosses. Story and gunplay were nice at least.

    The "humor" falls flat. When it's "on" all the time and EVERY...SINGLE...LINE... is delivered as a quip and an attempt at a joke that it just gets extremely annoying after the first 10 minutes.

Bought it , played for 50 min, quit ,uninstall. Money wasted. Do not buy now . If they solve the issues then give it a chance. Now it is a complete waste of money! The first thing you might think is that my rig is outdated, but that's not the case, I'm running an overclocked I7 6700k, SN750 SSD, 24 gigs ram, and dual overclocked 980TIs. Basically, my rig laughs at the most resource intensive games you can throw at it, yet Borderlands 3 will randomly cause 100% disk usage, which will cause 1 of 2 things to happen. 1. the game will start having extreme framerate issues to the point of being completely unplayable or 2. will simply hang and crash. Let me stress, this isn't some problem at start up, this occurs randomly with no warning and seems to have no rhyme or reason to it, I've had the issue occur while selling items and while in combat. That's not even getting into the gameplay, which simply feels rehashed from BL 1&2; if it wasn't for the name change this game could have easily been a DLC that threw some tweaks into the mix. In addition, there's also terrible AI and difficulty scaling issues. I will give the game points on the humor front, it's funny and entertaining when you're not tearing your hair out over the performance issues. I have no comment on online play, as I don't even want to try with the issues I already have. Overall I'd give BL3 a solid 5.5-6 if it wasn't for the technical issues, which means it'll be a solid pickup once it goes on discount and hits the $25-$30 range, but for now stay away unless you are willing to be a beta tester for a game that definitely was not ready for release at launch.… Expand

    I like the game. I like it just as much as the 2nd one. Jokes are not as funny because it was probably written by some 5 year old. However, what really makes me mad is that this game is used as a medium to promote political messages and agendas.

    I 'm really sorry I bought this game for money. The plot deeply disappointed me. Humor is bleak, the characters are not charismatic. Borderlands 3 is only a bleak shadow of itself.
    All characters are created to please femenists, seedlings and sexual minorities.

    Runs very poorly on my 1060, the humor is cringy and the writers are obviously pushing an agenda.
    Furthermore, the new iteration of Denuvo the game uses does constant 2mb/s uploads to call home.

    I’m still fighting the bugs, my frame rates are terrible. I can’t stand AAA getting released as bad as this and it being acceptable!

    0 because the game in such a state requires full price. If it were a f2p demo then ok, but for the finished product, as developers state it, this is unacceptable.

It is fun, immersive, whimsical and overall just a true masterpiece of the genre and really does exactly what a sequel should do. It adds new features without drastically changing the game play, it improves the quality of many important aspects in the game such as voice acting, models, maps, design, driving, gun play, music, character introduction and much more. The game is still clearly Borderlands without a shadow of a doubt. But the really amazing thing about this game is that it feels the exact same as when you loaded up borderlands for the 1st time, and it 100% delivers.… Expand

Writing too small, slight lag when you move and shoot, echo menu lags and can take 10 seconds to change from page to page, npc's repeat themselves sometimes, guns disappear and reappear in your menu, the list just goes on.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. So i will dumb this down in case the gearbox decides to read this review (unlikely any of them can read but we will see.)

    Pros:
    - gameplay is nothing new but that doesn't matter. The mechanics are fun and ultimately, fun is the most important aspect of a game.
    - I like that the new Playable Characters have dialogue, some of it is even worth listening to.
    - I like how they expanded the world a bit, not just stuck on pandora all the damned time like the previous titles.
    - New vehicles and vehicle customization

    Cons:
    - Story is straight garbage. Seriously, the parts that they didn't straight plagiarize from borderlands 2 were just cringe-worthy at best and horrible at worst.
    - New non-player characters were 90% garbage. Ava was completely unlikable. I wanted to kill her more than I wanted to kill the bad guys. Speaking of the bad guys, they were clearly written as some sort of boomer fanfiction of what "millennials are like." The rest of the new characters were voiced by people who must have never done voice-acting and are only there to collect a paycheck. I have a smart watch that reads my texts with more emotion than most of the characters in this game.
    - Holy cheese and rice, the performance. I run on a 1080ti and a ryzen 2700x and the game is on my SSD. This game runs like **** I've never had that problem. With any game. Ever.
    - Previous entries have had pretty cool weapons that were fun to experiment with. The coolest thing about the weapons in this game was some could switch between burst/semi/full-auto... That's it. I've admittedly not used every gun in the game yet but I've got about 100 hours already into the game and I've yet to find any crazy combos of gear/abilities that feel good to use. Pretty bland.
    - What the chuck did you guys do to the ability trees? The classic simple ability tree was perfect. It worked great. Now there are all these additional things and you can switch between trees and all that jazz but it just feels over-complicated now.
    - Ava. I know I mentioned this already but WTF. She is a terrible character. Completely unlikable and I hated every second of the game that she was in. I want to punch her voice-actor in the face and that's crazy because it's the writers who made her awful.
    - Unskippable cutscenes... in a game that's meant to have multiple play throughs.. literally designed for multiple runs. Amateurs.
    - after the 2nd planet, everything felt pretty much the same. The missions were all the same, the story was repeating itself which was a repeat of borderlands 2 but like... if BL2 repeated itself over and over within BL2...
    - I don't mind killing off characters. BL2 killed Roland who I **** loved but it was necessary. But killing Maya off was just... unnecessary. It felt like the writers were trying to distract us from the fact that they were just cats walking on keyboards.
    - Ava. She's garbage. Worst addition to any game ever. I would rather spend a month locked in the basement that i assume all darksouls players live in while playing Tetris and listening to them talk about how much better darksouls is than even sex which is a weird thing to say for people who have clearly never had sex than EVER play anything with Ava in it ever again.

    Conclusion:

    Gave the game a 1 because it has a few redeeming qualities. I tried REALLY hard to like it... Ultimately, though, the game felt like the writers were trying to punish their fanbase.    … Expand

    The first two parts were really awesome. They had humor, decent plot and reliable bug free gameplay (not at all but close). I can ignore bugs while the game still playable but the dialogs... It's like the game now is a teenager. Video bloggers as villains? **** humor? Screaming just for fun? Yeah, nice idea.

    Poor performance, mediocre mechanics, guns don't feel impactful, enemies are ok but generally not very interesting, the "story" and characters are incredibly annoying and cringy, the UI is bad. I enjoy the co-op aspect, mainly because it's one of the few co-op shooter games out there, but it feels incomplete and dated.

    2) Player characters skil trees and abilities: I was so hyped for 3rd part from a long ago particulary because of this, I liked it so much in previous two games - the way that you have one skill, and through-out the whole gameplay time, progressing deeper in the colorful (again!, not the modergamesstylegloss like in 3rd part), you start to see it change! And waiting to combine this visual and plyastyle changes from different trees at the higher levels it what maked me play! In 3rd BL I found this new abilities and trees too lame and boring. yeah, you have 2 skills, that's cool, but look how they change! It's soo lame and boring! Maybe summoning robot have some, played her the least time, but I was hyped for beastmaster! And there are not any interesting perks AT ALL! Why not do something crazy? Like summoning a army of monsters to help you with big cooldown in one tree, but getting big mutated monster in another? And all you have is to choose the type of your crag or which weapon will your monkey use? So boring. Just remember previous characters trees! Krieg, Jack Doppelganger, Gaige! For me their talents are so interesting! Or Willhelm in Pre-Sequel - I didn't find his body change skills very useful for myself, but it was so cool seeing your body change, and that nuke passive!
    3) Characters and story - I will say without spoilers and only in general, but I have found a lot of minor characters more interesting that the main ones, a lot of jokes (especially HYPED type ones if you can call them like that) seemed lame for me too. Ending is dissapointing though, the fight is not bad, but I liked Pre-Sequel last boss much more, wanted to see more gigantic bastard as the boss there. Everything which I expected to be cool in the story and have new loot (which I found not appealing too most of the time), be it mysterious Vaults, travelling in space with aliens and such, were all betrayed.
    In the end, all I can think that for now it lives just on hype and on decent reviews from the people who are not the funs maybe not of the franchise exactly, but not of that particular parts and featurer of the game which I liked so much and willed to continue to support.    … Expand

And when you DO survive them, there's another area and another NPC having you do doing the same goddamn thing! OVER and OVER, with NO visible reward or reprieve. NO weapon to kill things easier with. NO shields to have you survive longer. NO real reason to go back and play some more. This game lacks any redeemable features aside from the gunplay. And the Vault bosses.     The Good: The gunplay is solid, class progression feels satisfying and fun, visual design is still gorgeous and some characters are nicely written.     The Good:
    The gunplay is solid, class progression feels satisfying and fun, visual design is still gorgeous and some characters are nicely written. New weapon/characters/overall mechanics are fun to use and decent side quests keep the chase for loot interesting and fresh and never feel forced or boring.
    Activities and Engdame are great, keep the fun going and present more options to gear yourself.

    The Bad:
    Most of the characters are dummies who tell 20 dumb jokes in a row and 1 good joke in the end of their pressence in the scene. Villians are terribly written, allthough the design and concept behind them is good enough to be somewhat entertaining. The humour is terrible across the whole game on 50 garbage jokes you get 1-2 good ones. Story is a flop, with absolutely unsatisfying ending and a spit in your mouth in general and especially in comparison to Borderlands 2, which at least had some sort of meaningful and decent paced events. Optimization is hot garbage, it is not acceptable to release a game that had been 7 years in production in a state like that.
    Microtransactions are coming.

    Conclusion: Borderlands 3 keeps and refines its brilliant gunplay, reinforces class progression and design and enhances visual art style and presents you good amount of fun content and dozens guns and gear to loot, just like a good looter-shooter supposed to do. While the story, humour, characters feel choped in half in quality and downgraded in scenery, the game still provides you a good shooter experience and overall feels like a good time spent.    … Expand

    -Сценарий крайне слаб и бессвязен. Авторы сами, кажется, не смогли себе объяснить что такое хранилища, что из себя представляют Сирены и тд.. куда делся Страж из концовки BL TPS? Понимание психологии на столь низком уровне, что сценаристы решили, что лучший способ сделать так, чтоб игрок почувствовал грандиозность всех этих хранилищ это показать как люди становятся богами, пожирают планеты и тд... т.е ушли в абстракцию, по отношению к которой проблематично или почти невозможно испытывать какие бы то ни было эмоции.
    -Персонажи-антагонисты картонные. На их месте даже Гектор, Накаяма, Капитан Скарлет, Зарпедон, Филисити смотрелись уместнее. А Гектор и Зарпедон так вообще на голову выше. А про Джека я вообще молчу.
    -Персонажи-протагонисты точно такой же мёртвый картон. Будто разговор двух носков, надетых на руки, но разными голосами, карикатурно выпячивая особенности характера и строя на этих карикатурах юмор. Живыми они не воспринимаются. Их решения лишены логики. Как жертвы, разбредающиеся по углам в средненьком фильме ужасов.
    -Сценаристы не умеют создавать драму. "Драматические" моменты угадываются за несколько часов до их происшествия. Подводки к ним будто из фильмов категории B, настолько они шаблонны. Не умеешь правильно подготовить почву, а затем убить - не берись за сценарий. То, что должно вызывать сопереживание вызывает раздражение от спущенных в унитаз персонажей и возможностей.

    То, что из себя представляет BL3 указывает на то, что её делали люди крайне далёкие по менталитету от тех, кому я благодарен за предыдущие части, или её делали люди, которых поставили в жёсткие рамки капиталисты, желающие состричь бабла, охватить аудиторию по шире, рисковать поменьше, и оставаться BL только визуально, чтоб заманивать фанатов.

    Im tired of games releasing like this, its a buggy un fun mess. You can enjoy it until the bugs in the game make it impossible. after the 30th bug half way through that I would call game breaking/game ruining. it just seems more like a chore. This game deserves the piss poor rating it has. Devs need to release games at least playable this is horrible, the pre sequel was better then this

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The story is so bad I'm having to force myself to play through it to find something fun about it. The story based on evil YouTubers doing the "hey guys!!!! What's up!!! It's ya boy so and so! Remember to like share and subscribe!" It pops up so often it's pure cringe. It's lazy and it's boring. Not to mention that the game is way deep in the females date strong too movement. The story is basically females females females.. and the very few men you come across are either gay or so dumb that all you end up thinking is really? This is what gaming has evolved into? There was even a moment where you are forced to listen to I am strong listen to me roar female rock for 10 mins during a mission. Hearing them call themselves rich **** and strong **** is so over the top fem bs that I'm not even sure what crowd they were pandering to with this one. The gun play is an exact copy of the previous games. So new gun mechanics were cool but they mechanics fade into the norm really quick. It also feels like the enemies are more of a bullet sponges thean ever. I expected more and am left trying to force myself to play a game that was suppose to be fun. Do yourself a favor and don't spend the $99 like I did.… Expand

    So, after that, I have been plagued with constant crashes. Also, for some reason my GPU just goes "nope!' and I would either have to force a restart or complete shutdown. This is the only game i've had that kind of crash with. My PC can handle the Rec. Specs..

    CPU: 8700k
    GPU: GTX 1070
    RAM: 32GB
    HDD: 2TB, 512GB SSD
    OS: Win10 64bt

    I get between 1-3 hours before I get this crash. I've tried every "fix" out there aside from reinstalling Win-10. Switching from Windowed to full-screen, closing third party apps, rolling back drivers/updating drivers to latest, Updating Bios, lowering graphics. The score will stand till a actual patch comes and hopefully deals with the problems. It will change based on if things get fixed.

    I've never had a single problem like this with any Borderlands game from 1 to the Pre-sequel.

    So after a patch, I have noticed that I have not been crashing like it used to. I may get an occasional stutter or a little lag with menus, but other than that, the game runs well enough with what I have.

    Game play - Almost like any looter/shooter, the guns do feel much better than Previous games, Each brand does feel unique and there's a lot of variety, hopefully it will spawn many builds, and not just a couple "meta" builds for each class. A majority of Legionaries are not tied to a certain boss, and can be world drops, either in random loot or just random enemy. You can still farm certain bosses to get loot as well as some endgame stuff. The 4 classes we have (At launch, slim possibility that they might add more vault hunters, not guaranteed) Do feel different from each other and should have great synergy when builds/loadouts are more refined.

    The scaling is actually really good, compared to what we had in BL2 with the ridiculous amounts of health/shields and damage for both players/enemies. It's found a good point where you're not reliant on set weapons/shields/grenades/classmods or your not gonna have fun. (I was able to use a LV17 legendary pistol till about 30)

    Story - I'll keep this short, it's not amazing. I mean there will be jokes and stuff that people will either laugh at and enjoy or just cringe and sigh. Things could've been developed better and some things should've been fleshed out better. Oddly enough, some of the side missions do have better dialogue than the main story.

    Performance - A game this anticipated should have not launched in this state. I can understand PC being a bit harder to optimizing because of the vast amount of hardware to account for, but the PS4/PS4 Pro and XboxO/Xbox OX did have a bit of trouble as well.

    Graphics - Game looks beautiful. I'm able to enjoy the game on 1080p High settings with average FPS of around 75-90 with dips to 60(when toooo much is going on)

    I know they still got plenty to do to make the game great for all. More patches, buffs, nerfs, and when the DLC comes out, hopefully it will add more to the story and make it much better. With everything I've went through and what I've played currently my new score feels justified to me. Get this game if you want to, it's not a must own but if you're a fan of Borderlands and Looter/shooters in general. Probably get it on a sale. Or wait till April when the paid beta is over.     Gearbox has a problem: the fantastic Borderlands 2 is too good to be beaten. But in the case of Borderlands 3, it is still more than a worthy successor. The filmmakers brought many pop-cultural references, maybe pushing too hard on how they want to be “modern”, but otherwise it's a great game again. [Issue#298]

    Borderlands 3 offers a generous experience, with colourful characters, neat gameplay and a charming universe. Its formula, very close to that of the previous episodes does not revolutionize the show but its small new features bring a little freshness and the scenario makes us want to go to the end of the adventure. Its dynamism and nervousness make it a choice piece for adrenaline-ready FPS lovers and license fans.
