    can fast travel anywhere without returning back to the fast travel machine.
    I didn't like the story and the antagonists especially the antagonists they are annoying in the bad way.
    Kinda easy than the old ones especially in boss fights also i'm disappointed not to see old faces like Zed.
    In the end i didn't like the END what the hell ending is that? kill Lilith? she was my favorite character
    To me it worths every penny go out there and buy it except for some flaws but there is no perfect game    … Expand

    Gameplay is fun, the controller feels great! I haven't used controllers in shooters since PS1 and it feels good!
    Performance is so-so.
    Plotstory is mediocre. Humour is cringe and blank.
    But overall it is a very fun game to play!

On peut acheter davantage de cases mais ça coûte très cher et ça ne suffit même pas. Plusieurs disent qu'il faudrait au moins 10x plus de place et je suis d'accord.
    -trop complexe. BL est avant tout un jeu relativement simple basé sur le plaisir et le matériel. Ils ont ajoutés un peu trop de choses dans BL3.
    - contient pas mal de bugs. J'aurais aimé qu'ils ajoutent un peu moins de choses mais polissent davantage le jeu.
    -manque de stations de voyage. C’est particulièrement irritant sur certaines cartes qui sont relativement grosses (ex. skywell-27, Athenas, etc.).
    - les monstres reviennent après un certain temps: irritant. En plus, els coffres ouverts ne se régénèrent pas (mais les munitions disparaissent bien sûr...) Ça aurait dû être graduel ou après plus de temps.
    -un peu misandre.

    Mise à jour: j'ai enlevé 1 point puisque la mise à jour de février 2020 a introduit un sérieux problème avec l'affichage du sac à dos lorsqu'on vend à une machine.    … Expand

    I loved Borderland 1 and 2, so I should also love 3. But there is something in this game that feels just not right.

    I am a long time fan of Borderlands, since I saw the Game Informer cover story back in 2007. I played hours on end both alone and with friends in every entry in the series and it was almost always a hit with everyone I played it with. Its combination of Diablo-style loot and skill trees with Halo-style shooting and physics is a winning combination what I percieve to be largely minor designI am a long time fan of Borderlands, since I saw the Game Informer cover story back in 2007. Its combination of Diablo-style loot and skill trees with Halo-style shooting and physics is a winning combination what I percieve to be largely minor design problems, and in all honestly, 3 is no exception. I was there at PAX East 2019 when Gearbox had their big presentation to announce the game, and did nice things like show Battleborn fan art and have cosplayers come up on stage. I should have suspected something when they conspicuously failed to announce what store the game would be available from.

    Borderlands 3 is a lot of fun, but I cannot in good conscience tell you to pay money for it. The why is a number of things that are varying degrees of heinous. The first, of course, is because of the Epic store and their shady exclusivity deals, which more then once have been used to bait-and-switch customers and kickstarter backers. I've been playing Epic games all my life and the skeezy, CCP-money backed Epic Games of today resembles nothing of the company that once developed and published titles like Unreal Tournament, Jazz Jackrabbit and Tyrian 2000. They don't even resemble the company that developed Gears of War. If the issue had been that alone, however, I would have simply waited out the year and then whatever time it would take for BL3 to be severely discounted on Steam. But there is more.

    Anyone familiar with Gearbox has a lot to say about them, not all of it productive: How much of a "disappointment" Duke Nukem Forever was, how "bad" Battleborn was. **** of course, though their treatment of Duke since has not been stellar, and Troy Baker's statement about their refusal to participate in unions, and so on. The real issue is their grandstanding CEO, Randy Pitchford. Even if I had enjoyed some of Randy's past antics and stage magic tricks, his persistently bizarre public behavior and repeated allegations leveled against him of things like possession of child porn, siphoning 12 million bucks from the company and even assaulting Claptrap's original VA, David Eddings on top of denying him pay, are rather difficult to gloss over. It's difficult to say what's true and what isn't. But you combine that with the Epic business and publisher 2K Games' less then stellar track record, such as supposedly sending private investigators to a Youtuber's house for "breaking our policies, leaking confidential information about our product, and infringing our copyrights", they said, and you get a pretty ugly picture overall. By the time of this writing i'm sure tens, if not hundreds of thousands of people ignored all of this and gleefully shelled out the full asking price for BL3, maybe even from the Epic Store, but I will not. If you people keep paying money to get shafted, they will keep doing it.

    Instead, I suggest you pick up a used copy of the game for consoles or find, shall we say, alternative means of acquiring BL3, because beneath the executive **** price model, crashes, unlikable villains and flat jokes is a mechanical evolution of the series that I'm sure, for at least some of the people who did real work at Gearbox, is something they wanted to be proud of. Hopefully they got the pay they deserved for it, but I don't think Randy, 2K Games, Tim Sweeny or Xi Jinpeng for that matter deserve one red cent of your money for this or anything else anymore.

    The game offers a number of quality of life improvements, like the ability to fast travel from any location instead of specific warp points, a feature that really ought to have been in the series from the first. Driving controls were much improved as well, with a better sense of weight and physics. Movement is improved, the mantling mechanic is a great addition. There are number of outstanding issues attributable to its origins as a console game, such as there still being only four weapon slots, but I guess things like that are never going to change. Like I said at the beginning, minor issues in the scope of things. The game generally runs well, with smooth framerate and reasonable load times, though I did occasionally encounter game-crashing fatal errors.

    I wanted to tell people to buy Borderlands 3, but I can't. Still, if you have the opportunity to play it, whether or not you've played the previous games, it is a pretty good time. That is why I am giving it a Four and not a big fat Zero. I even tried to leave a Steam review after the free week and was not able to. There is a reasonable explanation for why that is, but it doesn't look right regardless.    … Expand

    Free drop on Epic games. So how does it compared to the PS4 version? Well it isn't a laggy piece of trash. Solo on B3 on normal is easier than B1 and way more so B2 (as for the pre-sequel dnf). The fun stuff the characters can now mantle and floor slide. The combat is fast, frantic, flashy and fun. The rest of the game as in the driving is just ok-ish.     Elemental damage can be so much BS which drains the health all the way to zero (which sucks when no enemy about to leech a second wind off). Activating Iron Bear with Moze just before negates the elemental BS attacks (and anything near death), I found Moze a good character for a solo run. Anything that vampires health is also very useful in solo runs. Only in co-op can a player be usually revived by another player. I think the robot character pet can do it though?

    This game is all about loot and chasing the next gun, nade, shield, boost, etc. Sometimes it can be annoying swaping out a fave fun gun due to levelling up making it to weak against higher levels.

    Borderlands series used to be intentional parody and satire. This time Borderlands 3 writing is looks like it was written by bunch of angry feminists and guys who have issues with the girlfriends boyfriends? So yeah it’s loads of fun to laugh at (not with). Hey are we supposed to like Ava? All she does is get people killed and shout at other people for it?    … Expand

    I have two words about the third Borderlands game...... "Cash grab" !.... Even after i got Season pass now they crated Second season pass.... After the disaster the Craig Dlc was.... i dont feel i will pay anymore money for Borderlands content not even gona purchase 4th installment !

    Punto en contra : a veces los NPC se bugean, y es necesario transportarse a otro lugar para que se arreglen.

    I had to turn the graphics down significantly to get the game to run relatively smoothly and I have a new computer with 32 gigs of RAM and top graphics card. The game is the same engine and the story is worse than borderlands 2 and bland. The guns are not as interesting and the missions gets repetitive quickly. For some reason they took out achievements.     Character nerfs. All i'm going to say is, pick Amara. Right now, Amara is pretty much the best character. Everyone else is nerfed to make them not fun, and they never listen to us about it. FL4K used to be great, but now you have to constantly change builds because of how much they nerf him!

    Other than that, the game is great. The legendary weapons are cool, the combat is fun, and it's pretty fun overall. My only gripe is Eden 6, arguably the longest, and most boring are in the game.

    Overall, it's a nice game if you played BL2. I would recommend if you ok with the above complaints.    … Expand

And they appear every few minutes in end game levels. Googling about them noticed articles about how they ruin end game and can't agree more. Made me decide to quit Borderlands 3 and forget about buying DLC packs ever.

    Rest is all good and fun. If not anointed enemies I would say it is amazing. But one simple thing is enough to ruin experience and simply move on. If you have no plans on grinding this game to infinity - get it and enjoy.    … Expand

    + More interesting legendary guns + More ways to build your character with augments, swappable skills / types + Good dialogue and humour (mostly) similar to 2 + Improvements on visuals and options over 2 while sticking to the style + Game is a decent length, not long but not too short    TL;DR - Borderlands game with good improvements and some down sides. I recommend this game on sale.

    + Good dialogue and humour (mostly) similar to 2
    + Improvements on visuals and options over 2 while sticking to the style

    + Different planets / area types
    + Has characters from the Telltale series

    / Annoying antagonists. Would be a negative but it makes me hate them at least?

    - Some characters were pretty badly written

    Как по мне игра очень скучная . Первые 2 части и Pre sequel намного интересней. В Borderland 3 главные злодей какие то дети стримеры с пушками вообще неинтересны и скучные . Им не сравнится с эпичным злодеем красавчиком Джеком. Перестрелки да круто сделаны но через 5 часов надоедает .Вроде оружия много очень много но они мало чем отличаются .Как по мне игра очень скучная . Первые 2 части и Pre sequel намного интересней.     BL3 is just a upgrade of BL2 but with serious performance issues.
    The enemies AI is terrible, no challgenge at all, you can just run throw them and complete missions easily. In resume the gameplay is just press W and shoot some ducks,

    Eh, 10hours in and while it is neat it doesnt have the same humor or edge as the old borderlands. Falls flat in a lot of cut scenes and the Cyclopse twins dont have the same quality as Handsome Jack had. It's okay but falls short of its predecessors.

    there is a part in which the same game can be repetitive, but they managed to prevent it from becoming this way thanks to the large number and variety of enemies that are everywhere.
    the story is not the best nor the villains the best that have been seen (Handsome Jack left a difficult position to fill) the outcome of each character to my liking was fine.     Boss battles are ok. Challenging enough yet not so hard you have to spend entire days to work trough them. I don't get the loot system at all. You have weapon scores to help you choose your loadout yet    First Borderlands game I've ever played. Not that impressed.

    Boss battles are ok. Challenging enough yet not so hard you have to spend entire days to work trough them. I don't get the loot system at all. You have weapon scores to help you choose your loadout yet some higher level weapons were garbage compared to the ones with a significantly lower score I allrdy had. I just looted everything to sell it all and buy bigger backpack space for ridiculous amounts of money.

    Also, the frequency at which the annoying twins pop up is just frustrating.
    The humor is bland and repetitive. The maps are big for the sole purpose of having a reason to implement vehicles. There's literally nothing else. There is a lot to loot but 80% are just ammo boxes which is a shame.

    Overall good enough for the story. Uninstalled after it because I got bored. Not a game for me.    … Expand

    This game has made me laugh out loud more than any other in recent memory. I waited for almost a month after release to pick it up because I had heard about the issues at launch. I wanted to play through the entire game in Co-op with a couple of friends and didn't want to contend with a bunch of connection issues.

    I have got to say this game played beautifully at 1080 120fps for most of my time. I don't have an exceptionally powerful pc but there were zero issues running it. As for the gameplay, it is exactly what you would expect from a Borderlands game. The wide and I do mean WIDE selection of guns and other loot is incredible. There is everything from a chain-driven automatic pistol that you cool down with a water gun to a dubstep blasting smg. The loot is so bountiful that you often have to make choices on which to pick up as they can't all fit in your inventory. It makes the game feel rewarding and fresh even when fetching the 100th item for some quest.
    The gameplay can be a little repetitive in that many of the quests are fetch based and for that reason I would recommend playing with some close friends to keep it fresh and enjoyable.
    Please do not let the reviews from the release of this game sway you, the issues that many of them are referencing as far as optimization and bugs have been fixed and this is one of the best gaming experiences that I have had this year.    … Expand

The main character I played also suffered from this to some extent, where she was speaking in old internet lingo that felt really dated. However, despite all this the game was very enjoyable.

    One of my biggest complaints with Borderlands games is the driving is done very poorly, and in this game its not improved upon at all, yet despite all of this some of my favorite missions were driving missions. The vehicle part acquisitions is tedious but a great addition, and it a great expansion on the cosmetics in borderlands. On top of vehicle cosmetic adjustments the game also brings player colors/themes and helmets back, these are much better than the previous entries and are thematic. Gun trinkets and paints were added, while I was not able to collect too many they were nice when I found them.

    The graphics are exactly what one would want, and on top of that the game runs impressively well. My machine is rather out of date now a days but I managed to run this almost maxed out at 1080p with 60fps no problem. The games environments look fantastic and not a bad resolution low poly object in sight. When you first load in, the game might tank and look bad but its just loading things in and it does fix itself rather quickly.

    The writing while I complained at the start of my review is actually really enjoyable. There are some things which could be perceived as plot errors but they're not so glaring that they ruin the story. Where the writing really shines is the individual characters and how they all fit so excellently. WIthout spoiling, many celebrities voice characters in the game, and while at first it is strange hearing their voices they nail their characters and their characters are witty and enjoyable. We also see a great cast of returning characters, some even from Tales From The Borderlands which is phenomenal. i was very worried they'd leave those threads untied. The recasting of Claptrap annoyed me deeply at first but eventually I just forgot what he use to sound like and quite honestly, he's all still there. He's done very well, perhaps his most compelling appearance.

    Gun play is as enjoyable one can expect from a borderlands title, however new additions have been made to gun manufacturers and "class mods" that really add variety. Each gun company has a special benefit to using their weapons, without naming them all jakobs for example when you crit something the bullet will bounce to another target as well which comes in handy when you're bursting down large groups of things. Much of the game I was doing content I was not at level for, which is likely my own fault so most guns I could not use until later. The vaults in my experience yield no good guns, and my best guns came from quest rewards or killing bosses.

    Speaking of bosses, the bosses are excellently done. Just enough mechanics to be challenging and not so much health they feel like bullet sponges. Every single boss was unique and entertaining, however I did not feel as if you had to adjust your gun types to help you. I only did this for one boss that I was clearly undergeared for. Most bosses I died on one or two times, except funnily enough the final one which I did in my first try. Many of the bosses are large and imposing, you have to maneuver around the stage to get better shots on them and you never really can stand still or hide behind cover for too long. This makes the fights feel more engaging and less like I'm just pouring bullets into something. Some of the bosses are forgettable, so much so that I actually had to look up a list again to check which bosses there were, but others are so excellent they should be case examples of how FPS should implement boss fights.

    The game ends well enough, its not a great surprise to me, and it does leave itself space to have another game, while still feeling satisfying. I have not played the DLC, and I played completely solo, I'm sure others experiences may differ but I am looking forward to playing the DLC and future games.

I concede there are characters that I do enjoy but they have fallen by the wayside and are only there for a short while to make room for shrill ear splitting voices and childish humor. At times where I catch a moment of calm, almost serious character moments such as a side quest where a woman takes the time to somberly recollect on the fact that her brother killed all their other siblings and would have done the same to her almost made me feel invested in the world. Only for moments later for a different side mission where a man is stuck in an outhouse and everything is screaming in my ear again. What's worse yet is the characters, in Borderlands they have always been weak but it feels the more times they bring them back the more times they feel less like people and more like walking dick joke dispensers. Tanis in the first one was a somber scientist that had to contend with the fact that she was the last survivor of her research crew. In Borderlands 2 & 3 she is a generic mad scientist trope. Vaughn and Rhys feel like the charm from Tales has been completely sucked out of them. Ellie, Claptrap and Tina are as annoying as ever and I long for death every time I hear their voices. Finally there is the games biggest problem character and I would say missed opportunity. Ava. I looked into the extended content and I was shocked to find two actually well written scenes with her. the Sharing of Maya's death and the funeral, scenes that were cut from the game. Scenes that would have made her go through growth and introspection. I encourage you to see them for yourselves because it is mind boggling how they could think it a good idea to cut such pivotal scenes for a characters development.

    I can only assume it was so the cost of finishing those scenes didn't cut into Randy bottom line of cash he could pocket and shaft his employees bonuses on. Allegedly.    … Expand

    He jugado unos 10 minutos hasta llegar al primer boss. Lo tumbé simplemente dando vueltas a una columna desgastándolo poco a poco. Eso en la dificultad normal. Hay una más fácil, pero no hay modo difícil. Luego de eso desinstalé el juego y pedí la devolución.

    В мелочах однозначно лучше. Новый движок, новая графика (стиль немного поменялся, непривычно), масса интерактивных объектов, новые механики (дополнительный режим стрельбы, прицелы, перемещение). Кооператив не пробовал, в нем вроде как тоже есть продвижки - отдельный лут для каждого, автоподстройка уровня противников, режим эндгейма.
    Но локации скучные, в рамках одной планеты они однообразные. Отсутствуют плавные переходы, как было во второй части. Да и Элпис со станцией гипериона запомнились куда ярче.
    Сюжет слит, хотя задел после пресиквела был очень большой. Слиты все персонажи (хотя вроде что-то про дополнения писали), они либо умирают, либо появляются на несколько миссий (привет команда Б в лице Брика и Мордекая, под руководством Тины).
    Слишком мало дополнительных заданий, их структура на уровне DLC - проходятся параллельно с основной миссией в локации-кишке. Те же проблемы, что и в каком-нибудь Докторе Неде - бежал по основной миссии, пропустил второстепенную метку, осознал это уже на выходе с локации, снова бежишь мимо заспавнившихся противников. Очень скучал по миссиям на защиту объекта, миссии доставки на время слишком однообразные, ощущаются как пасхалка. Часто вспоминал, как после сюжетного поворота во второй части в убежище спавнилась куча дополнительных миссий.
    Про лут пишут везде - он сломан. Валится отовсюду, чего только стоят 4 легендарных пистолета, полученные из сундука то ли Лилит, то ли Майи. Пушек стало больше (ну, так говорили в трейлере). Но проблемы те же - очень часто бегал с одним и тем же оружием, которое выпадало каждый раз нового уровня. То есть при таком заявленном количестве лута все еще реально найти то же самое оружие, которое чуть отличается названием и внешним видом.
    Про толерастию писать не буду - противно. После анонса второго DLC глянул обложку и понял, что покупать игру не буду. Хотя выхода в стиме ждал полгода.
    Про технический проблемы тоже писать не буду. Играл на пиратке, грех жаловаться. Их починят. Рано или поздно. Но почти все, что было перечислено, не исправить никакими патчами. Разве что начать четвертую часть с ролика, где третья предстает страшным сном Лилит :D.

    Описал проблемы, которые первыми пришли в голову. Средняя оценка пользователей говорит сама за себя - 5.2 (8.2 - Borderlands 2, 6.2 - Pre-Sequel, 7.6 - Borderlands). В сюжет, кроме гибели героев, ничего не вносит. Всегда можно перепройти вторую. Надеюсь, можно будет просто выкинуть эту часть из головы и продолжить с 4-й.    … Expand

Реализовано несколько геймдизайнерских фишек, которых не хватало в предыдущих сериях франшизы (спойлерить не буду).     It's really horrible. The performance at launch left the game unplayable even on good hardware, and this has barely improved. The DLC released since has been an absolute joke, leaving the $100 edition of the game as completely worthless. I will never buy another Gearbox game.

    I've become a fan of the Borderlands series. It's true. The first one was great. I can say the same for number two. Even The Pre-Sequel made me happy. When playing the game I was using the graphics card 100% and all the time. At the beginning I played the game on maximum details, but after a while I dropped it to the lowest so I wouldn't have such a heavy load on the GPU. The game even looked better on low details than high in my opinion. The way the textures weren't so smoothed out and everything was suddenly so sharp it got more of that Borderlands feel, at least in my opinion. Personally, I recommend you try putting the game on lower details. This is purely my opinion, but for me it just looked more Borderlands that way. As for the story, it's not bad here, but on the one hand, it's not great either. The main female baddie is pretty cool, but the final fight with her just doesn't have the same feel as the ones from previous installments. On top of that, the ending was a bit too long for me. The developers added a new environment, but I still don't like the final one. I'm talking about the locations in the city. The ones in the countryside although not reaching the quality of the ones from the previous games were fine, but the city passages I didn't like much, because when I say Borderlands, I think of the desert or the winter locations from the second game. I understand that the developers wanted to give us something new, but personally I feel negative about this change and I just don't want the city in Borderlands. But now I want to get to those other locations, like the legendary Pandora, which just isn't the real Pandora here. I don't know. Maybe it's the fact that there isn't that delicious music playing in the background like in one, or maybe it's the fact that the game just has a little bit of a different graphical style from one and two, but it just doesn't feel right here. Just loading it up I was wondering what it was supposed to be. It doesn't look bad, but I liked it better before. Anyway, on to the inventory. I'm sorry, but for me, it's disgusting. I really couldn't get used to the inventory for the whole game, and although I started to get the hang of it after a while, I longed for the old one from 2. In my eyes, the inventory here was cluttered and quite ugly to boot. As I said the whole game looks a bit ugly to me and I'm not a fan of the way health bars, inventory, dropped items and the like look. Not to criticize the game, I can praise the fact that when you open an object and money flies out of it, your character takes it immediately and you don't have to deal with anything. Maybe it's not as satisfying as when you used to press the button to grab item, but every now and then it's a cool novelty, for example if you're in a hurry and want to loot something quickly in the middle of a fight, it's a bit easier here than it was before. Borderlands is of course all about loot and you can loot weapons here which are also awesome, on the one hand again I'm not that much of a fan. I'll explain. There are new guns that resemble proper Assault Rifles and they look gorgeous, yes, but they're more into Battlefield or Call of Duty and not quite into Borderlands. So I commend the developers for that, they added some of those new guns that on one hand spoil that Borderlands vibe a bit. To sum it all up. For me, this is an unnecessary sequel that further unnecessarily spoils the name of the series. It's not a bad game, I'm not saying that, but it's just far from the quality of the previous ones. I'd rather there had never been a third installment. I understand the developers and it's a fact that they were given a pretty tough task and to surpass the second part was kind of impossible, but unfortunately Borderlands 3 is not only not equal to Borderlands 2, but to any part of the series and is far below them in quality. Worse visuals with worse locations compounded by horrible optimization and just no, not this... As someone who turned on Borderlands 1 back then saying I'll give it a try when everyone is talking so much about what a blast it is and then was so absolutely enthralled with the game that he had to go straight to the second game and then the Pre-Sequel and was so hyped for the third installment, I ended up walking away disappointed. I'm sorry, but for me this is a mediocre sequel that I can't recommend.… Expand

    The "good gameplay" is really good. In terms of pure mechanics, this is a superb Borderlands installment. There's some bs with the metagame (inconsistent drops, weak manufacturers), but shooting has never been so fun and responsive in the series. Also, Borderlands finally got actual boss fights, and most of them are really well done, imo.

    The "bad narrative" is really bad. And it's not just about the plot or the characters, I mostly don't even mind them, - everything's awful on a fundamental, moment-to-moment, line-to-line level: the writing, an overwhelming majority of the jokes, pacing, sometimes even the voice acting.

    Everything in between is a mixed bag. Graphics are nice to look at and artists try their best, but results range from fantastic to really bland or even visually irritating sometimes. Soundtrack jumps from memorable and thrilling, complex and fitting pieces to a "meh" audio filler, sound effects are no different.

    Overall, if to approach a score as a dry calculation of good parts vs bad parts, I feel that there was noticeably more good ones, but they're disjointed, unfocused and mixed with some of the worst filth this series has to offer (looking at you, Ava). Better then average experience, but the line it walks not to fall into a complete blunder is so thin, that I cannot force myself to complete DLCs I paid for, so they cannot disappoint me further.

    6/10, only buy if you're a fan.    … Expand

    Plethora of guns, almost too many but certainly fun and a good way to spend the time. If you go into this knowing what it is you wont be disappointed.

    Great game! Although I did puke in my mouth a little when I saw Randy Pitchford's name in the credits. Just a natural reaction when I see his name... oh.... just happened again. Not sure why all the 0's. Maybe because I waited to play it once all the hootenanny with the bugs was settled.

    The gameplay was really fun, huge amounts of guns and skill trees, but the story was lame. I would definitely recommend it to people who like experimenting with builds.

    I've played through this game twice once on pc and once on xbox. This is a great shooter, Ok story, and meh character progression. Basically if you loved the first 2 games then you'll love the 3rd.

    As much as it pains me to admit, as a HUGE fan of the series, the 3rd Borderlands are - in some ways- a pale shadow of the second game. The mechanics are great, and there's just so many quality-of-life improvements in comparison. The gunplay is (still) on point, and the pleasure of mayhem is there. But... the heart and soul of borderlands is missing. The wonderful storytelling that kept meAs much as it pains me to admit, as a HUGE fan of the series, the 3rd Borderlands are - in some ways- a pale shadow of the second game. The mechanics are great, and there's just so many quality-of-life improvements in comparison. The gunplay is (still) on point, and the pleasure of mayhem is there.     Meh. It's not awful but it's nowhere near the quality of the other games in the series. It can scratch the Borderlands itch if you're a hardcore fan but even then I wouldn't pay full price.

Playing Borderlands 3 feels like playing Call of Duty, Battlefield, or any other crappy ADS lock-on shooter. If you don't like those games, you won't like this one. Even worse, playing solo this is by far the easiest game of the series.     The majority of the game is spent listening to a wimpy/incompetent/moronic guy (Rhys, Vaughn, Timothy, Titus, Claptrap, Troy), while praising the strength and skills of the female counterparts (Lilith, Maya, Juno, Rose, Lorelei, Tyreen). It even gets weirder with lines like 'Shoot him the D', ’Kick him in the D.' repeated multiple times for one of the    2/10 So woke, it's embarrassing.

    But even then, the game is buggy. The game crashed, the interface was sometimes unresponsive, and two quests got stuck, even though the community had flagged the bugs months prior.    … Expand

Не прописаные новые персонажи, и просто убитые в моральном плане новые. А и самое главное теперь у нас в качестве главного врага не *хуенный красавчик джек, а два просто НАИТУПЕЙШИХ стримера.

    This is the best Borderlands game yet. It is by far the best balanced and has the best game and map design. This game is very funny; It feels like the writers actually went to university and paid attention in physics and philosophy class.     I really enjoy the challenge of the game. It is not crazy difficult for no reason. Almost every death felt earned and a learning lesson. The weapons feel much more balanced this time. I could nit pick some things such as a few side characters that were annoying and cringe inducing (there is a teen girl apprentice I wanted to throw out the ships airlock), but overall, I really enjoyed this game and did think it was the best in the series yet.    … Expand

    Gearbox has a problem: the fantastic Borderlands 2 is too good to be beaten. But in the case of Borderlands 3, it is still more than a worthy successor. The filmmakers brought many pop-cultural references, maybe pushing too hard on how they want to be “modern”, but otherwise it's a great game again. [Issue#298]

    Borderlands 3 offers a generous experience, with colourful characters, neat gameplay and a charming universe. Its formula, very close to that of the previous episodes does not revolutionize the show but its small new features bring a little freshness and the scenario makes us want to go to the end of the adventure. Its dynamism and nervousness make it a choice piece for adrenaline-ready FPS lovers and license fans.

    The fun, humorous storyline, some great dialogue and theatrical accents of the diverse characters, beautifully varied locations and the same great gunplay that Borderlands is renowned for, means that Borderlands 3 becomes another must have title in the series.
