A journey through breathtaking worlds, gameplay that constantly reinvents itself, and a cooperative experience that truly shines—especially when played with the right person. Batman Arkham Asylum is a product of absolute value that can count on a cast of colorful characters to build a great game, really fun. The greatest strengths of the production lie in the gameplay built around what are the real capabilities of Batman, mixing action and stealth section, but always related with the universe from which have been extrapolated. Rocksteady's game is certainly the new standard for understanding how produce games under license, adapting for videogaming the very spirit of this historic character.- SpazioGames

After almost 8 years, Bioware is back on the PC platform to deliver an impressive RPG. Old style party mechanics merged with next gen cinematics, an epic plot, deep and tactical combat, replayability and beautiful dialogue. Elder Scrolls fans could miss the free exploration, other could feel the lack of a deeper crafting, but Dragon Age finds its strength in delivering an immense and believable story driven experience. Newcomers to the genre could find it hard to learn the tactics, but patience and dedication will grant a fair share of gratification. An RPG for RPG true lovers, destined to be remembered.- SpazioGames

Like a journey between two parallel worlds, we feel continually tossed between a gameplay that is no more, and some contemporary mechanics. Maybe that's the true secret of Zelda: the game manages to turn itself into the allegory of its own game mechanics, without ever overdoing it, in a sober and elegant way.- SpazioGames

Donkey Kong Bananza is another good reason to buy a Nintendo Switch 2 if you haven't already, after Mario Kart World. But if the kart franchise will get better with post-launch support, DK and Pauline adventure is already a great game at day one, albeit too simple even for Nintendo standards. God of War: Ragnarok on PC is yet another confirmation that expertly crafted ports are still possible, despite everything. Stunning graphics (though you’ll need a good PC to handle all that visual splendor), gameplay as sharp as Kratos’ blades, and a gripping narrative that won’t let you go. Sure, there was the risk of relying on past success and resting on its laurels. It doesn’t revolutionize, nor does it need to: it perfects what already worked on the PlayStation platform, with a confidence that few titles manage to maintain. Death Stranding 2 is a bold game that knows exactly what it wants to be when it grows up. It carries the shadow of being a little less of an “experience” and a bit less unique than the first – yet it remains unmistakable and eccentric compared to anything else on the market, because nothing else truly resembles it. What emerges is an incrementally enhanced more of the same – something that feels unusual for Kojima, who has always been eager to reinvent the wheel, the engine, and even fire itself if necessary. He layers complexity upon complexity into the gameplay, even at the risk of diluting the paradigmatic uniqueness that is (and should remain) the very identity of Death Stranding. When we published our review of the first game back in 2019, the headline was “Black or white”: I was certain people would either love it or hate it, with no middle ground. This time, we’re talking about “Black and white,” because Death Stranding 2 manages to be both at once — a grayscale of choices, some disappointingly safe and others brilliantly singular. It’s a video game that loudly insists on being, first and foremost, an artwork, while at the same time being far more of a product than its predecessor. It can’t quite replicate the disruptive, singular impact of the original, but it gently – and beautifully – reminds us that with every package we deliver to someone else, we also pass on a piece of ourselves. And that this thing we call love, these human connections, can hurt deeply — but also heal just as much. Just like Death Stranding 2 does.- SpazioGames

Resident Evil Requiem is a chapter destined to divide the fan base. Its almost obsessive reliance on fan service derails what could have been an incredibly powerful narrative, resulting in a convoluted script reminiscent of the series’ CGI films. It’s a real shame, because nearly every other aspect of the production reaches remarkably high standards, occasionally brushing against excellence. The gameplay is varied and rock-solid, supported by some of the best level and game design the franchise has ever delivered, Ultimately, however, its excess of ambition prevents it from matching the brilliance of the recent remakes or the strongest canonical installments.- SpazioGames
