Double Dragon Revive lacks a more decisive personality, but there's no doubt that the game manages to overcome skepticism, delivering a solid enough gameplay system and a great beat'em up experience for modern times. The only downside is the rather limited content in terms of length and variety, but the merits in the sound design and the small details in the interaction with the environment stand out, ensuring that long-time fans will find something here with the potential to become great in the near future.

Hirogami is a game that enchants with its concept and art direction, but on the other hand, it struggles with the execution of some of its key mechanics. Hiro's transformations are detailed and work very well, encouraging exploration. However, its weak story and truncated, slow-flowing combat leave something to be desired. Still, despite being an average title, it can please fans of the genre.

Fort Solis delivers an immersive cinematic experience, enriched by exceptional voice acting, stunning graphics, and elements such as audio and video that enhance the narrative. Exploration, collectibles, and the gradual unfolding of the plot contribute to the suspense, while excellent visuals and animation are highlighted, although movement can occasionally be stuttered. Despite being relatively short, Fort Solis offers a memorable journey into its unique universe.

By trying to deliver a looter shooter in an already consolidated universe but showing another side and approach, Rocksteady Studios only proved that fans were right from the first glimpse of the game. There are notable positives despite everything, as enjoying it cooperatively is fun for a while, but the decisions made didn't prove to be the most appropriate and Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League fails to stand out as a whole, being a half baked product without much creativity.

Skull and Bones embraces the piracy theme in a naval battle game that delivers good combat in a well-crafted fantasy. There are still a lack of precise adjustments to improve the experience as a whole, improvements to poorly developed mechanics and the endgame in its current state is deplorable. By offering a bold approach to its chosen theme, Hotel Barcelona is unlike anything that came before, even if it doesn't reinvent the wheel in any of its most important aspects. It's violent, it's cruel, it's graphically stunning, and it reflects delightfully disturbed minds like few other games today. All of this would be incredible, were it not for the combat system and technical performance, both of which are less than ideal.

Astronite is that game that you're not going to call it amazing or your favorite but it is not bad either. It can be just another simple metroidvania to play during the weekend.

Overall, Witch on the Holy Night is an excellent visual novel that shows why the studio behind it is so famous and responsible for some of the biggest franchises of the genre. Apart from some minor criticisms, such as the localization and the balance of the scenes, this might be the genre’s best release this year.

When it works, Cyber Hook is excellent, the stages are enjoyable and stimulate the player's creativity. Unfortunately, that's not the case with the PS4 version and what's left is a broken game and a mediocre experience not worth your time.

At its best, emoji Kart Racer is just a generic, repetitive, and tiresome more-of-the-same game. The lack of features or modes, uninspiring customization, simplified physics, unstable tracks, boring races, and especially the lack of creativity, however, make it even worse than any other game of its kind currently on the market.

Rhythm Sprout is a fun game, but it lacks polish in important points of its experience. It's a title that certainly brought some fun and catchy beats during the adventure. It's recommended for those looking for a simple rhythm game to occupy themselves for a few hours.

Delirium is a game that makes use of several references to be fun, but that ends up suffering the consequences of relying too much on them. Even so, it may please fans of point-and-click games who want a more casual experience that recalls the classic games of the 90s.

Souls of Chronos is, overall, a fun adventure. Taking inspiration from the right games to strengthen its base, it manages to bring that special feeling of classic JRPGs, despite being short. Unfortunately, the game is full of technical problems that end up affecting your experience.

Seven Doors has mostly random and uninteresting puzzles that fail to meet the expectations created by the game's synopsis and trailer. It leaves something to be desired for its lack of action, and also considering that there are many other better games in this genre, many with a really good story.
